Hotel 4 stelle a Chengdu

Hotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro notti e sono rimasto soddisfatto della mia esperienza. La posizione è comoda, vicina alle principali attrazioni e alle zone commerciali. Sebbene il quartiere circostante sembri un po' datato, una volta entrati nella struttura dell'hotel ci si ritrova in un mondo completamente diverso. L'hotel offre molti servizi extra premurosi, tra cui il tè pomeridiano gratuito, spettacoli di musica tradizionale cinese dal vivo, servizio lavanderia gratuito e persino la possibilità di prendere in prestito abiti tradizionali. Questi dettagli contribuiscono notevolmente a rendere l'esperienza complessiva ancora più piacevole. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma nelle vicinanze sono in corso dei lavori di costruzione che possono causare rumore tra le 8:00 e le 18:00 tutti i giorni. Mi è stato detto che potrebbero protrarsi per altri due o tre mesi. A noi non ha dato particolarmente fastidio, ma gli ospiti sensibili al rumore che intendono rimanere in hotel durante il giorno dovrebbero tenerne conto. Nel complesso, questo hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo con servizi unici e lo consiglierei ai viaggiatori in cerca di comfort e praticità.

Ho prenotato questo hotel all'ultimo minuto per incontrarmi con gli amici a Chengdu. Ho notato che le mie prenotazioni su Ctrip sono sempre molto più costose di quelle dei miei amici e non includono gli stessi vantaggi. Per avere lo stesso tipo di camera dei miei amici, ho dovuto chiedere un upgrade gratuito. La posizione dell'hotel è comunque buona, non lontano da Chunxi Road. Le camere non sono molto grandi, probabilmente il prezzo varia in base al piano. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti. Il secondo giorno la pulizia è stata ottima, sapendo che eravamo due adulti e un bambino ci hanno lasciato tre asciugamani da bagno e da viso. Il terzo giorno, invece, hanno ripristinato gli asciugamani per due persone. Il ristorante al 30° piano ha una bella vista e il servizio è buono. La varietà del cibo non è molta. L'ultimo giorno l'aria condizionata della camera dei miei amici si è guastata ed erano in procinto di ripararla. Noi invece abbiamo dormito fino a tardi e siamo andati a mangiare più tardi. Al momento del check-out, la reception ha regalato un orsetto panda ai bambini, il che è stato un bel gesto. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la richiesta immediata di lasciare una recensione. Ho detto che l'avrei fatta al mio ritorno. Non dovrebbero insistere così tanto per le recensioni, dopotutto la reputazione si costruisce con un buon servizio. Se è buono, è buono.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da Kuanzhai Alley, con ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche facilmente raggiungibili. La camera ha un design moderno, è pulita e ordinata, e il letto è confortevole. Il personale è cordiale e il check-in è stato efficiente. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ideale per viaggi turistici o di piacere.

I stayed in Chunxi Road for the first two days in Chengdu. It was too lively with all the high-rise buildings around, and I was constantly woken up in the morning. On the last day, I switched to Shanshui S Hotel near People's Park. For less than 300, it was really great! Even though it's next to a small road, I finally didn't have to listen to car horns anymore. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They greeted me, asked for my WeChat, inquired about my stay, and if there was anything they could improve. When I couldn't figure out how to use the screen window, or adjust the air conditioning, or needed more water bottles, customer service arrived in just a few minutes. From the seventh floor, I could only see the tops of the trees in People's Park, but it didn't affect the quality of my stay at all. The room was spacious enough, the central air conditioning was warm enough, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and even a small single-tub washing machine (they provided Blue Moon laundry detergent and Dettol disinfectant), which was perfect for washing all my dirty clothes from the past few days. I thought the breakfast was quite good. They had freshly cooked rice noodles and regular noodles, stir-fries, cold dishes, coffee, freshly squeezed juice, bread, lettuce, and fruit. It was comparable to the Atour S hotel that cost over 500 where I stayed for the first two days. For 278, it's definitely worth it. It's very close to People's Park, just a five-minute walk, and People's Park is so relaxing. Downstairs, the snacks are mainly pasta, but a five-minute walk will take you to various ”Lao Ma Pig Trotter” restaurants, so you don't have to worry about food or drinks. It was a 25-minute taxi ride to Shuangliu Airport, which made me happy.

Kuanzhai Alley e People's Park non sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma si può prendere la Linea 2 della metropolitana e in una sola fermata si arriva a Chunxi Road. Ci sono tre ascensori e l'intero edificio è occupato da hotel. Prezzo 99/66.

Ho soggiornato all'Echeng per sei notti e sette giorni e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. Il personale è stato cordiale e responsabile, e la varietà di cibo era ottima e molto piacevole. Ogni giorno la camera veniva pulita e gli addetti lasciavano anche dei bigliettini con consigli utili. La sicurezza dell'hotel è eccellente, infatti le consegne di cibo d'asporto vengono effettuate dai robot dell'hotel direttamente in camera. Ho intenzione di tornare a Chengdu e soggiornare di nuovo qui.

Il giorno del mio arrivo, stavo di fretta con i miei bagagli, e la signorina della reception si è offerta volontariamente di aiutarmi a portarli, offrendomi anche del tè freddo e del tè all'ibisco gratuiti dalla hall, alleviando immediatamente la stanchezza del viaggio. Anche l'igiene della camera è uno dei servizi distintivi dell'hotel. Il team delle pulizie è molto meticoloso, la stanza è spaziosa e ordinata, la biancheria da letto è stata rigorosamente lavata e disinfettata, risultando morbida, pulita e inodore. Il bagno è fresco e asciutto, senza angoli sporchi, e ogni dettaglio ti fa sentire al sicuro e a tuo agio. La biancheria da letto, né troppo morbida né troppo dura, presente nella stanza, è un'altra dimostrazione del servizio attento dell'hotel. Insieme alla biancheria pulita, si dorme profondamente, con una sensazione di comfort casalingo.
