An Unforgettable Stay with ”Superhuman” Service in Weishui Memory Hot Spring ”Our first trip to China was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. Located right in the heart of the vibrant Tai’an Ancient Village, the hotel is surrounded by lively local shops and friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the owner (or manager) who personally helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Despite being busy preparing the restaurant on the first floor, every single staff member paused what they were doing just to wave and smile at us. It’s rare to find such a warm, genuine welcome these days! A special shout-out to the receptionist who rushed from the kitchen to assist us. Even though there was a language barrier, their 'service level' was god-tier. She skillfully used a translation app and even created a WeChat group with 8 staff members just to ensure the two of us were well taken care of! Truly mind-blowing hospitality. Our room on the 3rd floor (yes, there’s an elevator!) was pristine. We loved the welcome tea set, the natural light from the sunroof, and the stunning panoramic window view of the ancient village. It felt like stepping into a classic martial arts novel. We fell in love with everything here—the hotel, the village, and the mountain. Our only regret is staying for just one night. Next time, we’re definitely booking for a full week!”

Il tempo sul monte Qingcheng piovigginava e ho trascorso tre giorni in hotel. Per chi viaggia da solo, il servizio e i comfort dell'hotel erano particolarmente importanti. Un gruppo di personale giovane e cordiale mi ha offerto il giusto comfort durante i miei tre giorni e due notti. Trasporti: Il treno ad alta velocità per la stazione del monte Qingcheng dista solo 5,6 chilometri in taxi, con un costo di poco più di dieci yuan, quindi non ho avuto problemi di trasporto. Camere: L'hotel disponeva di una vasca termale, un minibar, frutta di benvenuto e snack: tutto ciò che ci si aspetta. La pulizia era impeccabile. Attività: L'hotel offriva numerose attività gratuite, come la copia di sutra, la meditazione e il Baduanjin (Otto pezzi di broccato). Ho partecipato alla meditazione con le campane tibetane per due giorni consecutivi; avere un insegnante che mi guidava ha reso più facile il rilassamento. Ristorante: Sebbene la colazione non fosse esattamente a cinque stelle, ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze di base. I noodles e i noodles di riso erano deliziosi, per niente banali, paragonabili a quelli di un ristorante. Pranzo e cena possono essere prenotati in anticipo. Ho persino ricevuto una menzione dal personale perché ho mangiato houttuynia cordata fredda per due giorni consecutivi: era davvero deliziosa!!! Quando non sono riuscita a finire il pasto, un membro del personale si è offerto di conservarne un po' per me: davvero premuroso! Se il tempo lo permette, vorrei davvero rimanere ancora qualche giorno. Ci tornerei sicuramente se ne avessi l'occasione. È un posto fantastico per rilassarsi.

Il negozio Mushan Yingxue Jiangyou si trova vicino all'aeroporto di Tianfu, a circa 15 minuti in auto, e ancora più vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. L'hotel dispone di un'auto per il ritiro e la riconsegna gratuiti. L'hotel è stato costruito l'anno scorso e inaugurato quest'anno. Edificio di quattro piani con ascensore su e giù. Sul tetto sono presenti una piccola piscina e una sala da tè all'aperto per intrattenimento e svago. Sostenuto da una collina, alberi verdi e giungle, l'ambiente è elegante ed elegante. L'hotel dispone di una sala da pranzo con servizio tutto il giorno e colazione self-service gratuita. Il personale è accogliente e responsabile. Assistimi proattivamente nella risoluzione dei problemi di emissione delle fatture. Le camere sono lussuosamente arredate e il maggiordomo intelligente può controllare con la voce tende elettriche, TV, condizionatori d'aria, ecc. Where to start! If you are looking for a few nights away from the bustle of Chinese cities and you want to relax and unwind in nature then Suxi Qingshan Forest Homestay is perfect! The hotel is easily accessible from Chengdu. A short 25 minutes train ride from Chengdu to Qingchengshan station and then the hotel staff will arrange to pick you up. As soon as you arrive you will realise what an absolute gem this hotel is! The hotel is nestled amongst the hills with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. This is a luxury hotel with the services and infrastructure to match. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea upon arrival and you also have the possibility to enjoy a hot water jacuzzi, a fitness area, walks around the hotel forest grounds as well as many other experiences proposed by the hotel. The hotel is only 15 mins drive from Dujiangyan Giant Panda Centre and the hotel staff organised transport there and back for us. We would recommend this Panda reserve as it is much quieter than the reserves in Chengdu! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on both nights of our stay and the food was truly exceptional! We chose the set menu, which took us on a culinary journey through Sichuan. Each plate was refined, delicious and made using fresh ingredients. The breakfast was equally delicious, fresh and healthy. We would like to highlight the kindness and warmth of all the hotel staff. They were always available to answer any questions and organise activities to make our stay magical. The hotel staff were able to communicate with us in both English and French. We stayed at Suxi Homestay looking for a relaxing few days away from cities and we were blown away by the experience! We would have loved to have extended our stay!

Here’s a revised version of the review with that detail smoothly added: ⸻ Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, proprio all'ingresso della stazione degli autobus turistici del Monte Qingcheng, con un comodo parcheggio e un garage sotterraneo. L'hotel dispone di una lavanderia per la comodità degli ospiti. Forse a causa della scarsa occupazione, sembrava aperta solo una piscina termale. Il servizio alla reception era nella media; non hanno menzionato il tè pomeridiano, quindi non abbiamo potuto godercelo. Non hanno nemmeno menzionato l'esperienza dell'Hanfu (abito tradizionale Han). Le camere dell'hotel erano ben attrezzate, spaziose e confortevoli. Anche la colazione era accettabile. Sarebbe utile se il personale dell'hotel fosse più accogliente e informasse proattivamente gli ospiti sui servizi offerti.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella camera famigliare durante le vacanze con i bambini. C'erano molti ospiti al momento del check-in, e il giorno dopo abbiamo aspettato parecchio prima di poter entrare. Tuttavia, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto proattivo nel rassicurarci e ci ha persino offerto di assaggiare la cerimonia del tè tradizionale. L'hotel è vicino alla fermata del tram, rendendo facile raggiungere le attrazioni turistiche.

L'hotel era praticamente vuoto, ma il personale era professionista. Le camere erano un po 'di declino in pochi punti - ma in generale era estremamente piacevole e di lusso in altre aree. In generale, una raccomandazione certa. E'una fattoria di tè di lavoro. Siamo svegliati presto per raccogliere foglie di tè per l'esperienza (gratuito ma vale 68 yuan) e se si raccoglie abbastanza si può portare al maestro del tè per poi sperimentare la frizione del tè in un buco per trasformare le foglie fresche in tè verde secco. Le borse di tè nelle stanze sono fatte dall'hotel stesso e del gusto grande. Le esperienze più gratuite sono incluse con il soggiorno, tra cui le classi di birra di tè e di indossare la hanfu. Pensavo che fosse incredibile valore per i soldi. Il culo privato è grande e ha portato un sacchetto di erbe a casa per gettare in un bagno medico. Le camere sono spaziose con una vista eccellente - e DEVO apprezzare il numero incredibile di commutatori di luce che vi permette di avere qualsiasi combinazione di ambiente luminoso. Minori scontri - vi verranno moschee nella zona alfresco durante i pasti, mi siederò all'interno la prossima volta. Abbiamo dovuto anche fare la doccia per molto tempo prima che l'acqua calda potesse uscire. Le socket di carica sono un po' affamate con molte polveri nelle socket e alcune uscite potrebbero non funzionare a seconda della tua fortuna. Le socket standard funzionano per lo più, ma le socket USB potrebbero non funzionare. La W/C intelligente è anche leggermente disfunzionante, ma funziona in gran parte come previsto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just across the road, you can see the famous Blue Tears Dujiangyan. It is also very close to popular attractions such as Panda Selfie and Guanxian Ancient Town, making sightseeing very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Guests also receive a complimentary tea voucher to enjoy drinks while admiring the Blue Tears view from the 19th floor. The best seats are limited, so make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy the most stunning view😉 There are also a few halal restaurants located behind the hotel, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The only drawback is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, and outstanding service.
