With Chengdu South Railway Station just 8km away and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport only 19km away, transportation is very convenient. In addition, Wenshu Monastery Metro Station is just a short walk away. Seeing Chengdu's sights from this hotel is easy with Chengdu People's Park, Kuanzhaixiangzi Alleys and Tianfu Square all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Chengdu hotel can make use of the parking facilities. When it comes to Chengdu hotels, the City Xiyouli Hotel is highly regarded for its excellent facilities. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Ci piaceva davvero, è vicino alla metropolitana. E'facile arrivare dall'aeroporto. Ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza dove c'era un po'di odore di sigarette, eravamo con un bambino e ci hanno chiesto di cambiare. Hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza gratuitamente. Il servizio di lavanderia è disponibile gratuitamente. La colazione è un po' più morbido per gli europei, ma non lascerai la fame. Non ci sono abbastanza forche. Quando siamo arrivati, ci sono stati presentati diversi biscotti e un kit di igiene e pantaloncini sono stati portati per il bambino. Grazie, vorremmo tornare di nuovo 💘

Hotel molto carino dall'arredamento caratteristico cinese con camere super moderne, perfino il WC giapponese. Incluso nel soggiorno ci sono dei piatti tradizionali dai quali se ne puó scegliere due ogni giorno con orario 15 - 22 quindi puó fungere anche da cena. La colazione è prettamente tipica cinese ma hanno la macchina per il caffè espresso e qualche dolcetto per chi predilige la colazione dolce. Posizione perfetta a 600metri a piedi dalla metro. Inoltre hanno anche la lavanderia ad uso gratuito.

Highly recommended! We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary getaway, and they did made our celebration extra special. We got a cake from them, also decorated our room romantically. Service was perfect, room was huge, clean and just PERFECT. Very family friendly. Food was great. If you want a perfect city and river view, go to this hotel. Cindy was amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak good english if you are a non chinese speaker. They’re very helpful. A fine gentleman down in their lobby area helped us ordered a car. I forgot his name. Thankful we chose this hotel. We are definitely going back here again

We booked the room with the hot spring tub and it was spacious and comfortable! Hotel staff were extremely helpful - from handling our luggages (two huge ones), providing food recommendations and early check out request due to our day trip out of Chengdu!
They also provided snacks for us to bring for our day trip to the mountains. We felt really welcome from day 1 of our stay till the end.
Saw some reviews about room cleanliness and noises from outside due to thin walls, I mean…it’s an old courtyard converted into a hotel, so do expect some aspect of heritage left behind as part of the vibe!
It’s a great escape from the bustling city, forces you to be quiet and zen. Come experience it yourself.

La camera è molto bella e la consiglio vivamente. La signora alla reception mi ha spostato in una stanza con tatami quando ha visto che avevo un bambino. La biancheria da letto è morbida, i tappetini sono buoni, anche l'igiene è molto buona c'è una toilette intelligente. Anche gli snack forniti erano deliziosi, li ho mangiati tutti, erano molto adatti ai miei gusti. Anche il servizio a valore aggiunto della sorgente termale giapponese all'ottavo piano è stato molto piacevole stanchezza e mi ha reso energico il giorno successivo!
È molto vicino a Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road e Fuqian Square Altamente raccomandato!

MMrs and MrsIt was really wonderful experience staying in this heavenly homestay during my visit to Mount Qingcheng with my wife. It was built by a hillside with spectacular mountain view filled with the natural forests of pine,j fir, cypress and all kinds of fragrant undergrowth make up a deep green world, with sound of birds everywhere.
We embraced ourselves in the peace and tranquillity - very therapeutic for our body and soul. We were very pleased meeting with the fonder who shared with us his vision and inspiration and he demonstrated the key of success - mindfulness and meticulousness.
The chef in the restaurant who has over 20 years of experience, provided a customized menu for us with the fresh ingredients, very delicious, healthy and unique. And the service team was really customer-centric and caring - they reminded us the time for the dinner as we wandered in their beautiful garden watching the butterflies, etc.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

JJasonL'atmosfera dell'hotel è incredibilmente accogliente e rilassante, con una pulizia impeccabile e un profumo delizioso in tutto l'hotel. Servizi gratuiti come shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e crema idratante migliorano l'esperienza e la fragranza accattivante aggiunge fascino.
Rilassarsi in camera è una gioia, soprattutto sapendo che sotto c'è un centro commerciale e ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Comodamente, ci sono autobus diretti per la città e organizzare un ”Didi” (simile a un taxi) è senza problemi.
Il personale dell'hotel è eccezionalmente accomodante e cordiale. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono gratuite e il detersivo è fornito. Nel complesso, mi sono goduto molto il mio soggiorno e ci tornerei sicuramente se avessi l'opportunità di visitare di nuovo Chengdu.

AAndrewBWhere to start! If you are looking for a few nights away from the bustle of Chinese cities and you want to relax and unwind in nature then Suxi Qingshan Forest Homestay is perfect!
The hotel is easily accessible from Chengdu. A short 25 minutes train ride from Chengdu to Qingchengshan station and then the hotel staff will arrange to pick you up.
As soon as you arrive you will realise what an absolute gem this hotel is!
The hotel is nestled amongst the hills with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. This is a luxury hotel with the services and infrastructure to match.
We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea upon arrival and you also have the possibility to enjoy a hot water jacuzzi, a fitness area, walks around the hotel forest grounds as well as many other experiences proposed by the hotel.
The hotel is only 15 mins drive from Dujiangyan Giant Panda Centre and the hotel staff organised transport there and back for us. We would recommend this Panda reserve as it is much quieter than the reserves in Chengdu!
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on both nights of our stay and the food was truly exceptional! We chose the set menu, which took us on a culinary journey through Sichuan. Each plate was refined, delicious and made using fresh ingredients.
The breakfast was equally delicious, fresh and healthy.
We would like to highlight the kindness and warmth of all the hotel staff. They were always available to answer any questions and organise activities to make our stay magical. The hotel staff were able to communicate with us in both English and French.
We stayed at Suxi Homestay looking for a relaxing few days away from cities and we were blown away by the experience! We would have loved to have extended our stay!

CCarrolQuesto hotel si trova in bellissime aree, ma è vergognoso che lascino i pascoli prendere in giro. Ancora molto piacevole per camminare intorno al complesso con tutti gli alberi, fiori, lago, coglioni e cani, ma rompe il cuore per vedere le erbe prendono in giro ovunque e c'è quello che una volta sarebbe stato un bellissimo percorso di fiori rosa e le rose sono ancora Il fiore, ma nessun manutenzione, a tutte e a tutte le settimane sono più alte dei buchi rosa e tutto quello che sembrano fare è solo l'erba e dimenticare il resto.
Le camere e le strutture erano molto pulite, quindi sono stato impressionato.
La struttura della stanza è eccellente e molto grande con un giardino e un spa esterno, si inizia a rilassarsi non appena si cammina in porta. L'unica cosa che mi ha messo fuori e mia moglie è la tavola mahjong nella stanza principale al primo piano.
La TV non aveva neanche film né canali inglesi.
Il cibo nel ristorante cinese è stato molto bello, ma limitato.
Il pranzo non era una scelta molto grande e probabilmente perché non è la stagione di picco, ma non era anche molto buono e ci ha messo fuori anche provando il Cibo occidentale per cena e ha attraversato la strada per il cibo veloce invece.
Il personale era molto gentile e gentile.
Vogliamo per il compleanno di mia moglie e, oltre alle impressionanti strutture edilizie, non c'era alcun fattore di WOW per l'esperienza complessiva.

Totalmente oltre l'hotel termale in ritardo! Sia l'ambiente generale che i dettagli delle strutture hanno superato le aspettative!
Questa volta sono venuto a Chengdu con mia madre. Dopo aver visto i fuochi d'artificio in città, ovviamente ho dovuto guidare per due giorni. In effetti, ho scelto gli hotel per molto tempo e ho anche guardato molti B&B , presto ancora più attenzione alle condizioni igieniche e agli standard alimentari. Ci vuole circa un'ora e mezza per arrivare qui da Chunxi Road. Poiché siamo partiti domenica mattina, tutto è andato liscio dopo essere rimasti bloccati in città per un po' e aver preso la superstrada. Strutture: Quando siamo arrivati, il direttore dell'hotel ci ha aiutato ad aggiornare la camera. Il letto era largo circa tre metri e super grande, ahahah, toilette intelligente, bagno separato con acqua e acqua, frutta di benvenuto, caffè e tè appesi, due barili di Tangdaren. spaghetti istantanei, tutto quello che dovremmo avere. Immaginavo che ci fossero molte zanzare, ma l'hotel è stato molto premuroso e mi ha chiamato in anticipo per chiedermi l'orario di arrivo, ha collegato il repellente elettrico per zanzare e ha acceso l'aria condizionata in anticipo. Il parcheggio è molto comodo! L'auto era quasi parcheggiata davanti alla nostra villa.
Ambiente: Il design del giardino è attento e non intenzionale, con molti elementi cinesi (non parliamo solo di giapponesi). Anche l'ambiente del ristorante è molto pulito e l'arredamento è in stile Zen.
Igiene: questa è la cosa a cui tengo di più. La prima cosa che faccio abitualmente quando faccio il check-in in albergo è sollevare la trapunta e controllare se è umida e pulita. Il bagno e la doccia sono puliti.
Servizio: la tariffa della camera include l'esperienza Hanfu, ma non avremo l'esperienza se andiamo a Dujiangyan e Guanhe Hall. Ingresso e uscita illimitati alle sorgenti termali.
Ci sono molti tipi di colazione, ho mangiato troppo cibo piccante lungo la strada, mi è capitato di mangiare qualcosa di più leggero qui in questi due giorni. In breve, è altamente raccomandato!

La posizione è nel punto di vendita del biglietto per la macchina turistica di Qingcheng Mountain, molto conveniente, molto tranquillo e confortevole.Il posto è anche pulito e il servizio della ricetta è buono.Un punto da migliorare è il bagno, il bagno, non c'è un bagno che può fare la lavastoviglie. Un posto così grande non può trovare un posto per lavarsi, e il design è un po'fallito.Il divano di legno di scarpe usa un po'di disagio, e può essere un problema di progettazione.

La mia famiglia ha fatto check-in all'InterContinental Hotel al New Century Global Center, Chengdu il 19 luglio 2024. E' stato proprio il momento dell'uscita globale di microsoft che ha influito sulle reti e sui sistemi informatici, ma siamo stati ben accolti al check-in dal signor Sean, che, nonostante le difficoltà del sistema, è riuscito a garantire una buona esperienza di check-in. A causa dell'esplosione globale, un altro individuo - il signor Sunday Wang - ci aspettava presso l'ascensore del nostro blocco designato, perché doveva aprire personalmente la nostra stanza utilizzando la carta di stanza assegnata dal suo dipendente. Per compensare le inconvenienti, i frutti e i pasticci sono stati consegnati alla stanza per il piacere dei nostri due bambini.Come sempre, le camere sono state ben conservate e fresche.
Uno dei miei figli è la signorina Sunny, che ha assicurato che abbiamo una bella esperienza di cena ogni volta che abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera o andato al ristorante per colazione. Questi extra gelati e frutti hanno certamente fatto felice i nostri figli, oltre a spendere il tempo fuori dal suo programma occupato di giocare con i nostri figli. Oltre alla generosità di Sunny, ha assicurato che il nostro ultimo giorno/notte di soggiorno fosse stato migliorato a quelle belle e spaziose camere familiari sul pavimento... molto belle camere.
Grazie per il servizio meraviglioso che ha offerto all'InterContinental Hotel, che ha dato alla mia famiglia un'eternità di memoria.
