Hotel con terme a Chengdu

Prima ancora di decidere se prenotare qui, ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni e il modo in cui il personale mi ha accolto mi ha subito convinto a prenotare per i miei figli e i miei genitori. Da quel momento in poi, ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di assistenza o ho chiesto informazioni, sono stati sempre tempestivi, seri, responsabili, gentili e pazienti. Li ringrazio moltissimo. Dopo il check-in, sono rimasta completamente incantata dal Qingchengshan Hegu Shanju sotto una leggera pioggia. La montagna avvolta nella nebbia, il verde ovunque... la camera era pulita, e durante i due giorni di soggiorno le pulizie sono state puntuali e la vasca termale è stata disinfettata, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto tranquilla. La colazione era fresca e deliziosa, in grado di soddisfare le diverse esigenze sia degli adulti che amano il piccante, sia dei bambini che non possono mangiarlo. Purtroppo, essendo fuori per gite, non ho avuto il tempo di provare gli altri pasti dell'hotel, ma li lascerò per la prossima volta, perché tornerò sicuramente! Inoltre, l'hotel offre una vasta gamma di attività adatte sia agli adulti che ai bambini, quindi anche se si decide di rilassarsi in hotel per due o tre giorni, non ci si annoierà affatto.

Un hotel molto carino. La posizione è eccellente, proprio all'ingresso della zona pedonale di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. È pulito e igienico, con un arredamento elegante. Sebbene non sia una sorgente termale naturale, l'acqua è molto pulita e viene lavata ogni giorno. Ci siamo immersi il giorno prima e, quando abbiamo fatto colazione il giorno dopo, la piscina era vuota, il che indica che viene riempita di acqua fresca ogni giorno: un grande complimento! Anche i prodotti da bagno sono buoni; la crema mani, il bagnoschiuma e il balsamo sono disponibili in flaconi grandi e sono prodotti in Francia. L'atmosfera generale è fresca e pulita, il che è molto piacevole.

L'hotel è a soli 15 minuti di auto dal Centro di Panda Giant di Dujiangyan e il personale dell'hotel ha organizzato il trasporto a nostra disposizione. Si consiglia questa riserva Panda perché è molto più tranquillo delle riserve a Chengdu! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, entrambe le notti del nostro soggiorno e il cibo era davvero eccezionale! Abbiamo scelto il menu di set, che ci ha portato in un viaggio culinario attraverso Sichuan. Ognuno dei piatti era raffinato, delizioso e fatto con ingredienti freschi. Il colazione era delizioso, fresco e sano. Il personale dell'hotel ha sempre avuto la possibilità di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e organizzare attività per rendere magica la nostra permanenza. Il personale dell'hotel ha potuto comunicare con noi in inglese e francese. Siamo rimasti a Suxi Homestay cercando un relax pochi giorni dalle città e siamo stati colpiti dall'esperienza! We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

L'hotel è in realtà nella strada antica del contea di Guanxian. Tutto era in arrivo e conveniente. La camera stessa era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Lavanderia è disponibile anche sul terzo piano. Grande valore per soldi!

All'interno della stanza della reception ho prenotato le camere da letto a due posti di lavoro di montagna in anticipo. Ero riempito di aspettative. La prima impressione dopo essere arrivata al negozio è davvero fantastica e molto integrata nella natura, e mi sono sentito particolarmente comodo. La zona della reception è spaziale, pulita e pulita, il servizio del personale della reception è molto entusiasta, aiutaci a prendere il bagaglio e fornire attentamente i beni necessari, particolarmente intimidi. Poi il personale ci portò alla stanza. La stanza era in un piccolo giardino, l'ambiente era fresco, tranquillo e elegante, pieno di sentimenti vicini alla natura. Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, but there are quite a few areas where the service and facilities could be improved. First of all, the front desk was seriously understaffed. During peak hours, there were only two staff members handling check-ins, resulting in very slow service and long waiting times. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly or patient. There was also a discrepancy between the room description and the actual room. When booking, the room description indicated that three double beds would be combined to form one large bed. However, in reality, only two double beds were pushed together to make one large bed. We were a group of three, but only two sets of toiletries were provided in the room. I called the front desk to request an additional set and waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing was delivered. I called again and was told that a robot would deliver the items shortly. However, the delivery was incomplete — the towel and bottled water were missing. After calling the front desk for the third time, I was told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I explained that I needed to go out and could not wait for too long, but the staff simply asked me to come downstairs and pick up the items myself. For a hotel, I found this level of service quite disappointing. Another issue is the elevator situation at night. There were often many people waiting for the elevators, as some guests were going to the 19th floor to enjoy the night view of Dujiangyan, while others were heading to the hot springs. The waiting time could be quite long. Also, only a very limited number of rooms actually have a view of the “Blue Tears” phenomenon. Even at the restaurant on the 19th floor, there are only about three seats with a good view, and they are often occupied. It can be quite difficult to get one of those seats. The hair dryer in the room was also very disappointing. The airflow was extremely weak and there was no cool-air setting, which is particularly inconvenient for women. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the train station and Yangtianwo Square, making it very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service efficiency, front desk service, room description, and some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. If you value good service and a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering these issues carefully before booking.
