Oltre alla sorgente termale privata sulla terrazza di ogni camera ♨️, c'è anche una splendida piscina all'aperto circondata da acqua cristallina e vegetazione lussureggiante, perfetta per scattare foto meravigliose. Giocare in acqua e passeggiare con la mia amica è stato incredibilmente rilassante! L'esperienza di benessere serale è stata un valore aggiunto! Ogni sera alle 20:00 ci siamo goduti una meditazione con campane tibetane e candele: un modo coinvolgente per rilassarsi e calmare la mente, liberandosi dallo stress del lavoro – un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. Il programma del secondo giorno è stato allo stesso tempo rilassante e appagante! Una sontuosa colazione a buffet è stata servita dalle 8:30 alle 10:00, con wonton, noodles e porridge integrale – un'esperienza davvero soddisfacente e rigenerante. Durante il giorno, è possibile partecipare a un'escursione di gruppo in montagna per immergersi nella natura selvaggia, oppure dedicarsi in tranquillità alla copiatura delle scritture e alla pittura di mandala presso la Suwen Academy, godendosi la vacanza in tutta tranquillità. An Unforgettable Stay with ”Superhuman” Service in Weishui Memory Hot Spring ”Our first trip to China was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. Located right in the heart of the vibrant Tai’an Ancient Village, the hotel is surrounded by lively local shops and friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the owner (or manager) who personally helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Despite being busy preparing the restaurant on the first floor, every single staff member paused what they were doing just to wave and smile at us. It’s rare to find such a warm, genuine welcome these days! A special shout-out to the receptionist who rushed from the kitchen to assist us. Even though there was a language barrier, their 'service level' was god-tier. She skillfully used a translation app and even created a WeChat group with 8 staff members just to ensure the two of us were well taken care of! Truly mind-blowing hospitality. Our room on the 3rd floor (yes, there’s an elevator!) was pristine. We loved the welcome tea set, the natural light from the sunroof, and the stunning panoramic window view of the ancient village. It felt like stepping into a classic martial arts novel. We fell in love with everything here—the hotel, the village, and the mountain. Our only regret is staying for just one night. Next time, we’re definitely booking for a full week!”

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

L'hotel vanta un ambiente meraviglioso, offrendo esperienze di Hanfu (abiti tradizionali Han), un parco giochi per bambini e sorgenti termali. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità del monte Qingcheng e c'è un tram unico nelle vicinanze: chi non l'ha mai preso prima dovrebbe assolutamente provarlo; è piuttosto comodo. È anche vicino alla stazione sciistica, quindi potete portare i vostri bambini a sciare. Il ristorante dell'hotel serve cibo delizioso e le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento a pavimento, il che le rende molto confortevoli. Il personale della reception è professionale e cordiale. L'ingresso dell'hotel è proprio accanto alla fermata dell'autobus turistico, il che lo rende molto comodo per salire in montagna!

Posto bellissimo, come mostrato nelle foto. Servizio e cibo ottimi. Il letto era super comodo, la doccia era calda e potente, i prodotti da bagno erano di ottima qualità. Siamo andati con i nostri genitori anziani e hanno adorato stare nella natura e respirare aria fresca ogni giorno. Sembra un'oasi di pace lontana dal caos e dalla frenesia del mondo. Da notare che non ci sono negozi nelle vicinanze, dato che l'hotel si trova a metà collina e il ristorante dell'hotel non è aperto tutto il giorno. Questo non è stato un problema per noi, dato che abbiamo potuto ordinare cibo a domicilio con la guida del personale dell'hotel. Inoltre, è molto più vicino a 街子古镇 e piuttosto distante dalla zona principale di 青城山. Ci è piaciuta molto 街子古镇, perché è molto meno turistica della zona principale di 青城山 e abbiamo trascorso un'intera giornata esplorando la città. Cosa potrebbe essere migliorato: - Durante il nostro primo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi con il Wi-Fi e il riscaldamento della camera. Avrei preferito che avessero controllato il riscaldamento prima. - Non c'era un tour della struttura al nostro arrivo, né un'introduzione alle attività gratuite disponibili durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi abbiamo dovuto esplorare il posto da soli e chiedere attività come: calligrafia, equitazione, trasferimento gratuito in auto alla stazione ferroviaria di Qingchengshan. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella camera famigliare durante le vacanze con i bambini. C'erano molti ospiti al momento del check-in, e il giorno dopo abbiamo aspettato parecchio prima di poter entrare. Tuttavia, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto proattivo nel rassicurarci e ci ha persino offerto di assaggiare la cerimonia del tè tradizionale. L'hotel è vicino alla fermata del tram, rendendo facile raggiungere le attrazioni turistiche.

All'interno della stanza della reception ho prenotato le camere da letto a due posti di lavoro di montagna in anticipo. Ero riempito di aspettative. La prima impressione dopo essere arrivata al negozio è davvero fantastica e molto integrata nella natura, e mi sono sentito particolarmente comodo. La zona della reception è spaziale, pulita e pulita, il servizio del personale della reception è molto entusiasta, aiutaci a prendere il bagaglio e fornire attentamente i beni necessari, particolarmente intimidi. Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, but there are quite a few areas where the service and facilities could be improved. First of all, the front desk was seriously understaffed. During peak hours, there were only two staff members handling check-ins, resulting in very slow service and long waiting times. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly or patient. There was also a discrepancy between the room description and the actual room. When booking, the room description indicated that three double beds would be combined to form one large bed. However, in reality, only two double beds were pushed together to make one large bed. We were a group of three, but only two sets of toiletries were provided in the room. I called the front desk to request an additional set and waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing was delivered. I called again and was told that a robot would deliver the items shortly. However, the delivery was incomplete — the towel and bottled water were missing. After calling the front desk for the third time, I was told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I explained that I needed to go out and could not wait for too long, but the staff simply asked me to come downstairs and pick up the items myself. For a hotel, I found this level of service quite disappointing. Another issue is the elevator situation at night. There were often many people waiting for the elevators, as some guests were going to the 19th floor to enjoy the night view of Dujiangyan, while others were heading to the hot springs. The waiting time could be quite long. Also, only a very limited number of rooms actually have a view of the “Blue Tears” phenomenon. Even at the restaurant on the 19th floor, there are only about three seats with a good view, and they are often occupied. It can be quite difficult to get one of those seats. The hair dryer in the room was also very disappointing. The airflow was extremely weak and there was no cool-air setting, which is particularly inconvenient for women. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the train station and Yangtianwo Square, making it very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service efficiency, front desk service, room description, and some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. If you value good service and a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering these issues carefully before booking.
