Hotel con terme a Chengdu

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Prima ancora di decidere se prenotare qui, ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni e il modo in cui il personale mi ha accolto mi ha subito convinto a prenotare per i miei figli e i miei genitori. Da quel momento in poi, ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di assistenza o ho chiesto informazioni, sono stati sempre tempestivi, seri, responsabili, gentili e pazienti. Li ringrazio moltissimo. Dopo il check-in, sono rimasta completamente incantata dal Qingchengshan Hegu Shanju sotto una leggera pioggia. La montagna avvolta nella nebbia, il verde ovunque... la camera era pulita, e durante i due giorni di soggiorno le pulizie sono state puntuali e la vasca termale è stata disinfettata, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto tranquilla. La colazione era fresca e deliziosa, in grado di soddisfare le diverse esigenze sia degli adulti che amano il piccante, sia dei bambini che non possono mangiarlo. Purtroppo, essendo fuori per gite, non ho avuto il tempo di provare gli altri pasti dell'hotel, ma li lascerò per la prossima volta, perché tornerò sicuramente! Inoltre, l'hotel offre una vasta gamma di attività adatte sia agli adulti che ai bambini, quindi anche se si decide di rilassarsi in hotel per due o tre giorni, non ci si annoierà affatto.

An Unforgettable Stay with ”Superhuman” Service in Weishui Memory Hot Spring ”Our first trip to China was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. Located right in the heart of the vibrant Tai’an Ancient Village, the hotel is surrounded by lively local shops and friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the owner (or manager) who personally helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Despite being busy preparing the restaurant on the first floor, every single staff member paused what they were doing just to wave and smile at us. It’s rare to find such a warm, genuine welcome these days! A special shout-out to the receptionist who rushed from the kitchen to assist us. Even though there was a language barrier, their 'service level' was god-tier. She skillfully used a translation app and even created a WeChat group with 8 staff members just to ensure the two of us were well taken care of! Truly mind-blowing hospitality. Our room on the 3rd floor (yes, there’s an elevator!) was pristine. We loved the welcome tea set, the natural light from the sunroof, and the stunning panoramic window view of the ancient village. It felt like stepping into a classic martial arts novel. We fell in love with everything here—the hotel, the village, and the mountain. Our only regret is staying for just one night. Next time, we’re definitely booking for a full week!”

L'hotel vanta un ambiente meraviglioso, offrendo esperienze di Hanfu (abiti tradizionali Han), un parco giochi per bambini e sorgenti termali. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità del monte Qingcheng e c'è un tram unico nelle vicinanze: chi non l'ha mai preso prima dovrebbe assolutamente provarlo; è piuttosto comodo. È anche vicino alla stazione sciistica, quindi potete portare i vostri bambini a sciare. Il ristorante dell'hotel serve cibo delizioso e le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento a pavimento, il che le rende molto confortevoli. Il personale della reception è professionale e cordiale. L'ingresso dell'hotel è proprio accanto alla fermata dell'autobus turistico, il che lo rende molto comodo per salire in montagna!

Posto bellissimo, come mostrato nelle foto. Servizio e cibo ottimi. Il letto era super comodo, la doccia era calda e potente, i prodotti da bagno erano di ottima qualità. Siamo andati con i nostri genitori anziani e hanno adorato stare nella natura e respirare aria fresca ogni giorno. Sembra un'oasi di pace lontana dal caos e dalla frenesia del mondo. Da notare che non ci sono negozi nelle vicinanze, dato che l'hotel si trova a metà collina e il ristorante dell'hotel non è aperto tutto il giorno. Questo non è stato un problema per noi, dato che abbiamo potuto ordinare cibo a domicilio con la guida del personale dell'hotel. Inoltre, è molto più vicino a 街子古镇 e piuttosto distante dalla zona principale di 青城山. Ci è piaciuta molto 街子古镇, perché è molto meno turistica della zona principale di 青城山 e abbiamo trascorso un'intera giornata esplorando la città. Cosa potrebbe essere migliorato: - Durante il nostro primo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi con il Wi-Fi e il riscaldamento della camera. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella camera famigliare durante le vacanze con i bambini. C'erano molti ospiti al momento del check-in, e il giorno dopo abbiamo aspettato parecchio prima di poter entrare. Tuttavia, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto proattivo nel rassicurarci e ci ha persino offerto di assaggiare la cerimonia del tè tradizionale. L'hotel è vicino alla fermata del tram, rendendo facile raggiungere le attrazioni turistiche.

All'interno della stanza della reception ho prenotato le camere da letto a due posti di lavoro di montagna in anticipo. Ero riempito di aspettative. La prima impressione dopo essere arrivata al negozio è davvero fantastica e molto integrata nella natura, e mi sono sentito particolarmente comodo. La zona della reception è spaziale, pulita e pulita, il servizio del personale della reception è molto entusiasta, aiutaci a prendere il bagaglio e fornire attentamente i beni necessari, particolarmente intimidi. Poi il personale ci portò alla stanza. La stanza era in un piccolo giardino, l'ambiente era fresco, tranquillo e elegante, pieno di sentimenti vicini alla natura. L'hotel era praticamente vuoto, ma il personale era professionista. Le camere erano un po 'di declino in pochi punti - ma in generale era estremamente piacevole e di lusso in altre aree. In generale, una raccomandazione certa. E'una fattoria di tè di lavoro. Siamo svegliati presto per raccogliere foglie di tè per l'esperienza (gratuito ma vale 68 yuan) e se si raccoglie abbastanza si può portare al maestro del tè per poi sperimentare la frizione del tè in un buco per trasformare le foglie fresche in tè verde secco. Le borse di tè nelle stanze sono fatte dall'hotel stesso e del gusto grande. Le esperienze più gratuite sono incluse con il soggiorno, tra cui le classi di birra di tè e di indossare la hanfu. Pensavo che fosse incredibile valore per i soldi. Il culo privato è grande e ha portato un sacchetto di erbe a casa per gettare in un bagno medico. Le camere sono spaziose con una vista eccellente - e DEVO apprezzare il numero incredibile di commutatori di luce che vi permette di avere qualsiasi combinazione di ambiente luminoso. Minori scontri - vi verranno moschee nella zona alfresco durante i pasti, mi siederò all'interno la prossima volta. Abbiamo dovuto anche fare la doccia per molto tempo prima che l'acqua calda potesse uscire. Le socket di carica sono un po' affamate con molte polveri nelle socket e alcune uscite potrebbero non funzionare a seconda della tua fortuna. Le socket standard funzionano per lo più, ma le socket USB potrebbero non funzionare. La W/C intelligente è anche leggermente disfunzionante, ma funziona in gran parte come previsto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just across the road, you can see the famous Blue Tears Dujiangyan. It is also very close to popular attractions such as Panda Selfie and Guanxian Ancient Town, making sightseeing very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Guests also receive a complimentary tea voucher to enjoy drinks while admiring the Blue Tears view from the 19th floor. The best seats are limited, so make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy the most stunning view😉 There are also a few halal restaurants located behind the hotel, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The only drawback is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, and outstanding service.
