Hotel con balcone a Chengdu

Hotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Un soggiorno incredibilmente riposante! È l'hotel più confortevole in cui abbia mai alloggiato in tanti anni di viaggi di lavoro! I materiali utilizzati sono di gran lunga superiori a quelli di molti resort di lusso! Sono arrivato nella seconda metà del ponte del 1° maggio e il ragazzo alla reception mi ha gentilmente fatto un upgrade a una suite con una camera da letto. La biancheria da letto è più confortevole di quella degli Hilton, con il giusto equilibrio tra morbidezza e sostegno. Il letto è enorme e la stanza è super silenziosa. La zona circostante è elegante e mi sono sentito al sicuro anche tornando a tarda notte. Gli ospiti sono di alto livello, per lo più uomini d'affari e stranieri. Veramente all'altezza della reputazione di Yanlord. La vasca da bagno, il soffione della doccia e i dettagli sono impeccabili, persino la lampadina del comodino era senza un granello di polvere. L'intera suite era tranquilla, sicura e inodore, e si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo comodamente. Le pulizie sono discrete, e potevo dormire fino al pomeriggio senza essere disturbato. Questa settimana mi ha davvero rigenerato corpo e mente. Non volevo più andarmene! La prossima volta che verrò a Chengdu, tornerò sicuramente qui!

Questo hotel ricrea fedelmente l'architettura di un autentico castello francese, immerso in un lussureggiante giardino con sentieri alberati e incantevoli paesaggi, creando un'atmosfera pigra e romantica. La pulizia della camera è impeccabile, l'ambiente è ordinato e fresco, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente confortevole. La biancheria da letto è di ottima qualità, morbida e delicata al tatto, garantendo un riposo eccellente. Inoltre, l'isolamento acustico è eccezionale, lontano dal trambusto della città, permettendo di rilassarsi in pace dopo una giornata di visite. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e premuroso, le procedure di check-in e check-out sono semplici e veloci, e qualsiasi piccola richiesta viene gestita con pazienza e disponibilità. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Posizione: La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio accanto a un quartiere commerciale, rendendo molto comodo trovare posti dove mangiare. Pulizia: L'hotel è di recente apertura e la pulizia è impeccabile. Tuttavia, la stanza aveva un forte odore di ristrutturazione, piuttosto pungente. Il personale dell'hotel ci ha cambiato stanza, spostandoci in un angolo del corridoio. Presumo sia stato un upgrade di tipologia di camera, ma la stanza non era grande, aveva solo due finestre. Ci hanno anche portato un purificatore d'aria, quindi hanno fatto del loro meglio. Servizio: Il servizio di Jolin è stato eccellente, non so se fosse il vicedirettore dell'hotel. Ma ha aggiunto WeChat e ci ha offerto un servizio di maggiordomo, sempre disponibile e risolvendo rapidamente ogni problema. Questo è stato il motivo principale per cui abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno. La sera, la lounge non offriva molte opzioni di cibo, ma la qualità era buona e i prezzi non erano alti.

We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Molto caldo ospite, arrivato presto al TFU, e trovato questo posto per riposare presto al mattino. La zia è molto gentile e bella. Grazie per aver accettato le mie arrivi mattinati. E il posto è così bello, conveniente, vicino alle metro, pulito e pulito. Molto raccomandato ^^ Vi forniscono un comodo pannolino da usare in loco.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare con proiettore e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L'hotel si trova in un cortile interno, quindi i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza. La camera è ben insonorizzata e incredibilmente silenziosa. I materassi di qualità hanno assicurato un sonno profondo a tutta la famiglia. Il proiettore gigante offre un'ampia selezione di film: i bambini guardano i cartoni animati, gli adulti le serie TV, ognuno trova il suo. Il parcheggio ha molti posti auto e la ricarica per le auto elettriche è comoda, rendendo il viaggio in auto elettrica senza pensieri. La stazione della metropolitana è a pochi minuti a piedi, quindi è facile raggiungere la Base dei Panda e Chunxi Road. Le strutture sono complete e il servizio è eccellente, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Lo consiglio vivamente alle famiglie con bambini!

L'esperienza in hotel che ho avuto questa volta è stata fantastica! Appena entrato nella hall, ho potuto percepire l'entusiasmo del personale. Il check-in è stato veloce e premuroso e mi hanno anche aiutato a scegliere la tipologia di camera più adatta. La camera era pulita e ordinata, l'arredamento era semplice ed elegante, i servizi erano completi, la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole e ho dormito bene. La colazione era ricca e varia, sia cinese che occidentale, e i sapori erano buoni. Anche la posizione è molto comoda, ed è comodo per mangiare e fare shopping. La prossima volta sceglierò questo hotel!
