Hotel con balcone a Chengdu

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è stata davvero una sorpresa fantastica! Appena entrato, sono rimasto colpito dal design raffinato della hall. Il personale era super cordiale e sorridente, e si è offerto spontaneamente di aiutarmi con i bagagli fino in camera. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale superior che era spaziosa e pulita. La biancheria da letto era così morbida che sembrava di dormire tra le nuvole, e l'isolamento acustico era eccellente, ho dormito profondamente fino all'alba. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di scelta, e i noodles preparati al momento erano deliziosi! La cosa più importante è la posizione eccellente: la stazione della metropolitana è proprio fuori dall'hotel, rendendo facile andare in giro per shopping e cibo. L'attenzione ai dettagli è evidente ovunque, anche le bevande gratuite del minibar venivano rifornite ogni giorno. L'ho già consigliato agli amici e tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta! 💯

La prenotazione di una notte in questo fantastico alloggio è molto dispiaciuta. Gli ospiti, tranne i vicini, hanno deciso di parlare delle loro storie di vita sul balcone esterno fino a che non si possano considerare le ore di giornata. I ricevitori e i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli e utili durante il mio soggiorno rendendo questo estremamente memorabile.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Ottimo per i pacchetti famiglia, soprattutto dopo un'escursione in montagna quando si rientra con le scarpe sporche: poterle pulire, lavare e asciugare direttamente in camera è comodissimo. La colazione è ricca e la vista notturna dal piano superiore è molto bella. Cinque stelle.

Service: 5/5 top notch (complaint about the centralized air con and they responded seriously by upgrading me to another room/ Breakfast: good enough with local food such as Dan Dan noodles, dumplings Room: unique design of the hotel & rooms. Great to spend some time to take pics around the hotel. Location: slightly further away from the main attractions but 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station. Easy to call for DiDi at a reasonable price. Quiet place at night & able to get a good rest after a long day walk outside Plus point: The wifi strength is super fast! I will definitely come back to this hotel if I'm going to revisit next time!

We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Molto caldo ospite, arrivato presto al TFU, e trovato questo posto per riposare presto al mattino. La zia è molto gentile e bella. Grazie per aver accettato le mie arrivi mattinati. E il posto è così bello, conveniente, vicino alle metro, pulito e pulito. Molto raccomandato ^^ Vi forniscono un comodo pannolino da usare in loco.

È raro trovare un hotel in centro città con un parcheggio così comodo! Il parcheggio è enorme, con numerose colonnine di ricarica, quindi troverete sempre un posto libero al vostro ritorno la sera. Le camere sono silenziose e riservate, i materassi sono di alta qualità e confortevoli, migliorando notevolmente la qualità del sonno. La stazione della metropolitana di Taisheng South Road è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, il che la rende ideale per visitare le attrazioni e cenare fuori. Il bagno intelligente, la biancheria da letto pulita e gli ottimi servizi sono tutti di prim'ordine. Altamente raccomandato per chi arriva a Chengdu in auto; non dovrete preoccuparvi del parcheggio o della ricarica, è un soggiorno senza pensieri, confortevole e sicuramente merita una seconda visita!
