Nel complesso, sembrava pulito, ma il giorno dopo avevo un prurito su tutto il corpo. Inoltre, il personale al check-in era arrogante. Anche se fosse la proprietaria, non si gestiscono gli affari in questo modo. La posizione è in un vicolo, senza insegna, il che ovviamente rende difficile trovarlo. Quando l'ho fatto presente, mi ha subito risposto in modo sgarbato, incolpandomi di non aver telefonato. Nessuna traccia di servizio clienti e un tono molto aggressivo. La prima impressione è stata davvero... mah... Non ha neanche chiesto cosa mi servisse, mi ha solo fatto aspettare con un gesto della mano 🤚, il che è stato piuttosto irritante. A colazione, la pasta con carne di manzo non era vera carne di manzo ed era immangiabile; l'olio piccante mi ha bruciato lo stomaco. Ho chiesto di cambiare con un piatto di ravioli, ma dopo un morso, la carne di maiale era nauseabonda e puzzolente. Prima del check-out (e non era ancora l'ora) sono venuti a bussare alla porta per sollecitarci ad andare via... Sono rimasto piuttosto senza parole. Personalmente non lo consiglio.

Pulizia: Ottima, tutti gli asciugamani sono sigillati, il che dà un senso di igiene e tranquillità. Servizi: Abbastanza nuovi, con servizi igienici intelligenti. Ambiente: Situato all'interno di un complesso residenziale, è piuttosto silenzioso. Servizio: Il servizio alla reception è buono, ma l'atteggiamento della sicurezza potrebbe migliorare. Ci sono pochi posti auto per la ricarica, suggerirei di aumentarli.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da Kuanzhai Alley, con ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche facilmente raggiungibili. La camera ha un design moderno, è pulita e ordinata, e il letto è confortevole. Il personale è cordiale e il check-in è stato efficiente. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ideale per viaggi turistici o di piacere.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The homestay had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There's a lift that takes you up to Level 2 where the homestay is located. While there isn't a lift within the homestay itself, it wasn't an issue at all because the owner was incredibly kind and even insisted on carrying our luggage all the way up to our room on the third floor. We truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. For my Muslim friends, there's a delicious halal food stall located just outside the homestay. It was so good that we went back to buy takeaway for dinner later that night! The location is also convenient, with many tourist attractions nearby. We found taking a DiDi to be the easiest and most comfortable way to get around. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one, we would definitely stay here again!

Questa volta ero a Chengdu per lavoro e mi muovevo principalmente nella zona est. Su suggerimento di un amico, ho scelto per la prima volta l'Hyatt Centric. Innanzitutto, la posizione è ottima: bastano due fermate della linea 2 dalla stazione est per arrivare sotto l'hotel, davvero comodo. In secondo luogo, il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente: il personale della concierge al primo piano e quello della reception al settimo piano sono tutti molto calorosi ed educati. L'hotel ha anche una mascotte, un West Highland White Terrier bianco, molto docile e carino. L'hotel è nuovo, con una bellissima atmosfera artistica; le camere hanno anche delle deliziose e simpatiche decorazioni artistiche. Anche le strutture dell'hotel sono ottime. Penso che d'ora in poi, quando verrò a Chengdu per lavoro, questo sarà sempre il mio hotel preferito.

Questo hotel è stata la nostra base a Chengdu per due notti durante il nostro viaggio in auto nel Sichuan occidentale: la prima notte all'arrivo a Chengdu e l'ultima prima della partenza. È un hotel a cinque stelle abbastanza standard, nel complesso molto buono, e ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza. La posizione è centrale a Chengdu, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione, e i taxi a Chengdu sono economici, il che rende tutto molto facile. Vorrei segnalare un unico inconveniente: il secondo giorno della prima notte, quando ho riportato l'auto a noleggio per parcheggiarla in hotel, i due addetti al parcheggio sono stati davvero scortesi. Se uno avesse avuto un carattere meno paziente, ci sarebbe sicuramente stata una discussione. Spero che l'hotel possa migliorare questo aspetto. La seconda notte, prima di lasciare Chengdu, non abbiamo riscontrato lo stesso problema con il parcheggio, quindi è chiaramente un problema di personale. Nonostante questo piccolo inconveniente, lo consiglio comunque. Inoltre, credo che l'hotel offra un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Servizio eccellente! La camera era pulita, silenziosa e spaziosa, e ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una camera premium. Sono stato qui per 4 giorni di seguito e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta! 👍🥰

Posizione eccellente, proprio nel cuore del quartiere commerciale Chunxi Road/Taiguli, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, rendendo gli spostamenti super convenienti. La camera è moderna ed elegante, con un'insonorizzazione fantastica, un vero e proprio rifugio tranquillo nel cuore della città. La pulizia è impeccabile e la biancheria da letto è morbida e delicata sulla pelle. Il servizio è attento, con un personale della reception cordiale. I servizi gratuiti di lavanderia/asciugatura e deposito bagagli sono estremamente utili. La palestra e la sala lettura sono un plus, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale, rendendolo la scelta ideale sia per viaggi di lavoro che di piacere!
