Nel complesso, sembrava pulito, ma il giorno dopo avevo un prurito su tutto il corpo. Inoltre, il personale al check-in era arrogante. Anche se fosse la proprietaria, non si gestiscono gli affari in questo modo. La posizione è in un vicolo, senza insegna, il che ovviamente rende difficile trovarlo. Quando l'ho fatto presente, mi ha subito risposto in modo sgarbato, incolpandomi di non aver telefonato. Nessuna traccia di servizio clienti e un tono molto aggressivo. La prima impressione è stata davvero... mah... Non ha neanche chiesto cosa mi servisse, mi ha solo fatto aspettare con un gesto della mano 🤚, il che è stato piuttosto irritante. A colazione, la pasta con carne di manzo non era vera carne di manzo ed era immangiabile; l'olio piccante mi ha bruciato lo stomaco. Ho chiesto di cambiare con un piatto di ravioli, ma dopo un morso, la carne di maiale era nauseabonda e puzzolente. Prima del check-out (e non era ancora l'ora) sono venuti a bussare alla porta per sollecitarci ad andare via... Sono rimasto piuttosto senza parole. Personalmente non lo consiglio.

La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e pulitissima, perfetta per un viaggio con bambini. Offrivano anche un tè pomeridiano gratuito con caffè, latte e un'ampia varietà di specialità di Chengdu, i bambini erano felicissimi! Il servizio era ottimo e le strutture complete. C'era persino musica classica dal vivo e Hanfu disponibili.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Questa volta ero a Chengdu per lavoro e mi muovevo principalmente nella zona est. Su suggerimento di un amico, ho scelto per la prima volta l'Hyatt Centric. Innanzitutto, la posizione è ottima: bastano due fermate della linea 2 dalla stazione est per arrivare sotto l'hotel, davvero comodo. In secondo luogo, il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente: il personale della concierge al primo piano e quello della reception al settimo piano sono tutti molto calorosi ed educati. L'hotel ha anche una mascotte, un West Highland White Terrier bianco, molto docile e carino. L'hotel è nuovo, con una bellissima atmosfera artistica; le camere hanno anche delle deliziose e simpatiche decorazioni artistiche. Anche le strutture dell'hotel sono ottime. Penso che d'ora in poi, quando verrò a Chengdu per lavoro, questo sarà sempre il mio hotel preferito.

Posizione comoda e tutto il personale è stato molto gentile. Il servizio è davvero ottimo, le richieste e le domande vengono gestite rapidamente. Al momento del check-out ci hanno anche offerto un piccolo regalo. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, siamo stati 5 notti e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La colazione era deliziosa, con una buona scelta, e il People's Park è proprio accanto. Adoro il panificio ”Shan Pan Bao”, lo compro ogni volta.

La posizione è impeccabile, situata nel centro della città, con una stazione della metropolitana appena fuori dalla porta. È super comoda per andare alle attrazioni o fare shopping! L'area lounge nella hall è stata progettata con grande cura, rendendo il tempo di attesa estremamente confortevole. Qui sento il calore e il comfort di casa. Il personale dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno viene consegnato in camera in tempo. La camera viene aggiornata gratuitamente. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti e ordinati. Le strutture Xiaoyi sono intelligenti. Consigliato per soggiornare

Pro: Posizione centralissima, comodissima alla metro e per girare la città. Camere leggermente “datate” come stile ma molto pulite, raggiungibili in modo rapido visto l’elevato numero di ascensori che servono l’edificio. Colazione ottima, con tantissima scelta sia occidentale che orientale, prodotti ottimi e di qualità. Contro: I servizi che offre l’albergo non sono privati: la palestra viene usata anche da esterni (e ha macchinari ormai datati e rovinati, anche se sono molto numerosi), la piscina viene utilizzata per i corsi (è obbligatoria la cuffia, se non la si ha là si può comprare in hotel), il biliardo è a pagamento ed è aperto al pubblico. Queste cose non erano specificate al momento della prenotazione… Sebbene ci siano state queste piccole “sorprese” comunque, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche se personalmente non lo definiremmo un 5 stelle, visto che non ha servizi privati. Comunque validissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare con proiettore e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L'hotel si trova in un cortile interno, quindi i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza. La camera è ben insonorizzata e incredibilmente silenziosa. I materassi di qualità hanno assicurato un sonno profondo a tutta la famiglia. Il proiettore gigante offre un'ampia selezione di film: i bambini guardano i cartoni animati, gli adulti le serie TV, ognuno trova il suo. Il parcheggio ha molti posti auto e la ricarica per le auto elettriche è comoda, rendendo il viaggio in auto elettrica senza pensieri. La stazione della metropolitana è a pochi minuti a piedi, quindi è facile raggiungere la Base dei Panda e Chunxi Road. Le strutture sono complete e il servizio è eccellente, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Lo consiglio vivamente alle famiglie con bambini!
