Ho prenotato una villa con due camere da letto, la villa è dotata di bagno privato, immergersi nel cortile è super confortevole! Inoltre, ci sono più di 30 bagni pubblici tra cui scegliere! La villa ha un cortile privato, e l'auto può fermarsi direttamente alla porta! Il noleggio di kimono è disponibile presso la reception dell'hotel, che è molto popolare con la decorazione dell'hotel!

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is very beautifull. All staffs in hotel are very kindly and enthusiastic. I will come back in further.

這個温泉酒店總體來説還不錯！入住前接到了Tina的電話，來電詢問入住事宜等，到了酒店，辦理入住手續之後，給我們介紹酒店的温泉和早餐區域，還主動加了微信，給房間送了小童洗漱用品，温泉中心特色鹽療也還不錯，唯一美中不足就是等房有點久，入住前Tina就提前聯繫並問詢入住需求，居住期間全程貼心關注；服務周到、熱情希望酒店繼續保持良好的賓客關係服務！

這次入住體驗非常好，Tina管家服務特別好，酒店餐廳服務員態度也很好，小朋友過生日還送了生日麪，房間用品和飲用水補給的很充足和及時，温泉和酒店的床睡起特別舒服，餐廳的早餐也還可以，總體都還十分滿意，就是温泉池可以再注意一下防滑就更好啦。

一次説走就有的旅行，酒店不論環境、設施服務都為這段旅程增色不少。酒店園林式的裝修，環境幽靜，植被茂盛，很適合度假。前台Taylor和Hailey服務温馨熱情，讓人感覺如沐春風，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。另外酒店早餐也很出色，菜品豐富，味道可口。房間佈局很棒，層高高，打掃的超級乾淨。也會推薦親朋好友來酒店度假。

酒店處處都是拍照的景，這一點對於喜歡拍照的人來説特別友好。環境雅緻，依水而建，酒店環境很好。我去的時候住客不算太多，管家Hailey服務也很好，響應及時，Taylor辦入住很熱情。房間設施完備，有個小陽台，景觀不錯，私密性良好，房間打掃的很乾凈，小冰箱裏麪的飲品也是免費的，很温馨的感覺，我和家人很喜歡。

酒店免費升級了麓居，環境很好，本來想全部5星好評的，可是昨晚泡湯的時候發現室內最大湯池的牆邊有很多蒼蠅及其他蟲的屍體！真的很影響感官愉悦！淋浴區的水龍頭太低，上面的噴灑打不開，以為操作不當喊工作人員半天沒有迴應！麓居環境很好，可是我住的701有個衞生間的馬桶竟然是搖搖晃晃的，有點無語哈！早餐種類略少，但是味道不錯！雖然有點不完美，但是有機會會再來！
