Hotel 4 stelle a Tokyo

Servizi: La disposizione delle camere è ragionevole e lo stile generale è giovanile, ma l'hotel non ha praticamente personale che parli cinese e la maggior parte degli ospiti è straniera. La temperatura dell'acqua della doccia non è molto alta e la TV ha canali YouTube per guardare video. I bagagli possono essere depositati gratuitamente alla reception. Pulizia: Il servizio era inadeguato. È necessario informare verbalmente la reception per gettare la spazzatura; non c'è alcun cartello sulla porta. La seconda notte del mio soggiorno è stata effettuata una pulizia completa. Anche per l'acqua è necessario chiedere alla reception. Tuttavia, la posizione è molto comoda, a circa un minuto dalla stazione della metropolitana! Ho anche mangiato al ramen shop accanto e, personalmente, l'ho trovato estremamente salato. Potreste scegliere un'opzione meno salata.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione. L'ingresso principale si trova al primo piano (c'è un 7-Eleven vicino all'ingresso, ma chiude presto). Il check-in è al ventesimo piano e tutte le camere si trovano dal ventesimo piano in su, offrendo splendide viste. Non ci sono piani inferiori. Il secondo piano offre accesso diretto a Takashimaya e alla stazione di Shinjuku, e ci sono due linee della metropolitana proprio di fronte al primo piano, il che rende gli spostamenti molto comodi. Vedi la foto 3️⃣ per una panoramica dei piani. 👍La camera doppia con vista panoramica è piuttosto spaziosa per gli standard di Tokyo, non angusta. È dotata di maschere per il viso e pantofole monouso. 🙃P.S.: Non c'è acqua in bottiglia in camera, ma ci sono distributori d'acqua self-service su ogni piano; il bagno ha una doccia con vasca freestanding 🛁. 👍Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

La posizione è vicina alla stazione JR di Shinjuku, molto comoda! L'hotel è pulito e confortevole, l'ambiente è tranquillo, consigliato! Al piano di sotto ci sono McDonald's e Lawson, molto comodi. La prossima volta che andrò a Shinjuku, in Giappone, sicuramente prenderò di nuovo appuntamento qui!

Mr. Hashimoto is such a friendly person. He was very kind, professional, and helpful. On the other hand, Mr. Takahashi, the elder employee, was quite racist. He had a demanding tone in his voice, almost condescending towards a Korean person who was speaking English only because he couldn’t speak Korean. Sorry I can’t speak Japanese, but you shouldn’t be displaying your dissatisfaction like that when you are dealing with hotel guests. After all, your work is called hospitality business. Very unprofessional. Next time, I hope i don’t feel uncomfortable by a staff member who glares at me for speaking English.

Un po' fuori Tokyo, ma la stazione ferroviaria è a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi. Se partite presto, c'è un bus navetta per la stazione di Tokyo e anche per chi va direttamente in aeroporto c'è un bus navetta. Un centro commerciale si trova proprio accanto all'hotel, con un negozio di articoli di prima necessità incluso, per permettervi di fare acquisti dell'ultimo minuto.

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel My Stay non è stato male, la stanza che avevo era molto piccola e ogni volta che entravi nella stanza c'era un odore di muffa, tuttavia il mio soggiorno è stato ok, check-in e check-out facili.

Ho sentito che c'era un problema con la comunicazione linguistica quando ho fatto il check-in per la prima volta. L'inglese del ragazzo indiano non è difficile da capire Finché non è un ragazzo indiano, dovrebbe essere in grado di comunicare con gli altri. Ed è sempre entusiasta e desideroso di aiutarti a spiegare. C'è una navetta gratuita per Disney, basta prenotare alla reception un giorno prima. Ho preso appuntamento l'altro ieri, ma quando sono salito in macchina, ho scoperto che ero l'unico in un'auto così grande. Percorre 9,5 chilometri, consuma meno benzina rispetto a un taxi e può ospitare un macchina grande con cinquanta persone. Sono davvero dispiaciuto. Voglio solo dire che lo spirito del contratto è davvero degno di fede.

A lovely hotel that I would stay at again. I booked the bunk bed, which my roommate and I felt really comfortable in. Staff were quite friendly and most understood/could speak English. It says self check-in on the booking page but there was someone present to help us through the check-in process. Note that there's an accommodation tax (900 yen per person) that needs to be paid on check-in. Since we stayed for more than five days, they did full housekeeping (changing bedsheets) for two out of the eight days. However, they also were able to provide fresh towels and clear trash daily (we just put their provided magnetic notice on the door and left the items at the entryway). Showers were small, but amazing. They provide a day's worth of toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an electric kettle, a microwave, plates, utensils, cups, scissors, detergent, and two pairs of room slippers. There was an HDTV (with an HDMI port) that we directly connected to Netflix (no need to logout) as well. This hotel is about an 8 minute walk away from Ryogoku station and 11 mins from Asakusa station. If you have a really physical day or have hefty luggage, then this might feel a bit far, but the area generally feels safe, and you get to cross the bridge over the Sumida river to/from Asakusa, which is nice. Other things to note: There is one shared washing machine for the whole hotel that's free to use, and it takes about 2H per wash and tumble dry cycle. There was no quick wash setting. We had to do ours in the wee hours because other guests were quicker to use them in the ”prime” hours (7-9am and 8pm-12mn). A QR code and/or number code is used to unlock your door's digital lock. It's also used for checkout, so save the sheet of paper they issue. Otherwise, remember to take a picture as there's no service staff after a certain time and they will lock the doors to the entrance where the only way to get in is the issued code. Someone pressed the fire alarm accidentally one morning, which brought the fire department, ambulance and police to the hotel and the alert was deafening and heard neighbourhood-wide. Look carefully before you press/lean on a surface - there's no covering on the alarm button, but it is in the centre of a giant red circle. It was an eventful morning but we did not enjoy running down and climbing up 8-storeys worth of stairs (they shut the elevators in emergencies). Overall, a relaxing, cool vibe that feels clean and cozy.

Stanza normale, pulita, servizi disponibili e posizione buona, dentro a kabukicho. La colazione è varia e buona, il personale spingeva affinché ce ne andassimo già un quarto d’ora prima dell’ora di fine.
