Hotel 4 stelle a Kunming

Un Black Diamond Partner vi dice che questo hotel è davvero fantastico!!! Un hotel di lusso di altissimo livello!!! Vengo a Kunming ogni anno! Questa volta, ho cercato a lungo per un mese prima e ho trovato il nuovissimo Anman Flower Hotel!! Questo hotel è perfetto per mia madre che adora i fiori!! L'enorme insegna ”I Love Kunming” all'ingresso è imperdibile, e l'hotel è pieno di fiori... è meraviglioso!! Per il 60° compleanno di mia madre, l'hotel ha decorato la stanza con una quantità incredibile di petali di rosa, ahah~~ Tutto il personale dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo! Torneremo sicuramente la prossima settimana! Arrivederci! Assolutamente fantastico!

La camera è molto spaziosa. È un hotel di recente apertura. I servizi in camera sono nuovissimi, la pulizia è impeccabile e anche l'ambiente è ottimo. Ci si può sedere nella hall. C'è una piscina, che i bambini apprezzano molto. La lavanderia ha un'asciugatrice, il che è molto comodo. La camera in cui si alloggia offre anche corsi gratuiti al mattino, a mezzogiorno e alla sera. Ho partecipato alla terapia con le campane tibetane la sera ed è stato molto rilassante. Le ragazze e i ragazzi del servizio in hotel sono molto entusiasti. Mi hanno accolto all'ingresso e all'uscita, mi hanno aiutato a portare i bagagli e hanno premuto l'ascensore. Ringrazio in particolare Jinsuo e Muyu per il loro aiuto.

For an overnight stay to be in close proximity to the airport, this hotel was perfect! I really liked our family room. It was very clean, new and modern. We had a nice view from our room. Complimentary airport transfer was easily arranged at 5am with takeaway breakfast prepared for us. There is no drive-thru for us to alight with our luggages. Our driver had to drive to the basement carpark which was dark and extremely confusing. Then we had to go through a narrow passage to find the hotel lift. Which was challenging with 2 toddlers (5 and 2 years old) and 4 large luggages and stroller. Hotel staff also doesn’t help with the luggage- this can be improved. This was the most challenging part for us.

Some aspects of my stay were excellent but a few things were terrible.  I will mention the good things first.  The room was large, beautiful and gave a beautiful view of the sunset.  The bathroom was superb indeed and the bathroom amenities were superior as was the shower, toilet and everything associated with the bathroom.   The problems were as follow:  There was no dining facilities in the hotel  to eat dinner and I was very hungry after traveling 12 hours by train from Shanghai.  I had to walk very far to get to the area that has restaurants  and  food kiosks.  When I returned to the hotel with some food that needed refrigeration, I discovered the refrigerator  in my room was not working.  I called for service and the worker who came to check said  the refrigerator was broken and could not be replaced.  this was a big problem since I needed to refrigerate the only food I had purchased.  Finally, another staff came to my room and discovered the refrigerator was in fact , not broken.  It was not plugged in properly so that problem was finally resolved after a very long time.  The worst thing  was the bed.  It was so hard, it was painful to lay down on it and impossible to sleep on it.  I called the desk for help and they told me that they did not have a softer mattress to give me.  The mattress was as hard as concrete and I was desperate to sleep.  A staff member came up with a suitable solution.  She brought several duvets and covered the hard mattress with them--placing them one on top of another until I was finally able to lay down on the bed without experiencing pain.  It was very late in the middle of the night before I was finally able to lay down on the bed and go to sleep.   In summary, the room itself was excellent and the bathroom was superior.  Unfortunately, the mattress was entirely unacceptable and impossible to sleep upon.  It was also very disappointing that the worker did not know how to. get the refrigerator to work properly but his superior knew immediately what the problem was.  Much time was wasted until she resolved the problem.  The worker should have been more knowledgeable  and competent. 

I seldom write reviews after a stay, but Hampton is the biggest exception! I recall walking into the reception and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a counter where snacks and drinks were free to enjoy while waiting to check in, which was nice for my parents and my kids to settle down after a long flight. Moreover, the room was neat and tidy, where pillows were soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of our favourite sessions of the day, there were so many delicious options to choose from, both western and Chinese food are equally scrumptious. We were supposed to pay for our kids’ breakfast, but the management was so kind to let them have it for free for the whole stay! Additionally, the housekeepers really did a great job. They were so nice to bring us extra free bottles of water every day, as well as new towels and the room was always kept neat and fresh. The customer service lasted even after we requested for a late check out, they gave us free gifts (Beautiful Luggage Tags). Who could’ve asked for more honestly! Five Stars for sure!

Dopo aver soggiornato per 4 notti e aver soggiornato anche in altri hotel Hilton in Asia, questo hotel di Kunming ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il servizio è ottimo. La colazione è deliziosa, con cucina cinese (deliziosi noodles fritti), piatti occidentali semplici e caffè. Un ringraziamento speciale a: 1. Daisy del Level 2 F&B, che ci ha accolto ogni mattina ed è stata disponibile con consigli su Kunming. Il direttore Nick per la sua cortesia. 2. Ellie del servizio di pulizia, che è stata diligente nel mantenere pulita la nostra camera e ci ha ricordato di stare al caldo durante l'improvviso freddo. 3. Qiu della reception del Level 1 per avermi aiutato con il check-out. E le gentili ragazze della reception. L'hotel dispone di un angolo bevande nella hall, di una lavanderia self-service e di una palestra. La camera era dotata di un angolo cottura essenziale, una scrivania e tecnologie intelligenti. La posizione è a 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana 白云 e a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Tongde (imperdibili il barbecue coreano e la zuppa di manzo Chaoshan al 4° piano). I minimarket sono appena fuori dall'hotel. Altamente consigliato.

L'hotel si trova abbastanza vicino alla stazione dei treni, più scomoda alla fermata della metro e ai luoghi turistici. Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà iniziale a trovare la nostra prenotazione (ma forse questo è stato a causa di un cambio hotel proposto da trip a causa dell' annullamento dell'hotel che avevamo inizialmente selezionato). Camera molto bella e spaziosa, pulizia eccellente, rifornita di ogni comfort. Lavanderia con asciugatrice, palestra e buona colazione cinese (con la possibilità di prendersi anche caffè, muffin e succo). Attenzione all' ascensore al quale si accede solo con la tessera della camera (abbiamo chiesto per questo la possibilità di avere una seconda tessera che gentilmente ci è stata data).

Abbiamo scelto il servizio di navetta aeroportuale. All'arrivo all'aeroporto di Kunming, abbiamo comodamente atteso al cartello presso la porta 8 al piano B1 delle partenze. Le navette partono ogni ora ai minuti '15 e '45, e il tragitto per l'hotel dura circa 10 minuti, il che è estremamente comodo e senza stress. Al momento del check-in, abbiamo comunicato l'orario del nostro volo per il giorno successivo e la reception lo ha registrato. La camera era confortevole, perfetta per una notte. Il minibar offriva una buona selezione di tè e caffè. L'unico inconveniente era il rubinetto della doccia per la regolazione della temperatura, che non funzionava molto bene; l'acqua era o troppo fredda o troppo calda, e non si riusciva a trovare la temperatura ideale. Lo scarico del WC era automatico, ma con un leggero ritardo, il che era sempre un po' inaspettato. La vera sorpresa dell'hotel è stata la colazione, disponibile dalle 5:30 del mattino, comodissima per chi ha voli presto. La varietà offerta era eccezionale per un hotel di questa categoria di prezzo. La prossima volta che avrò un volo presto, alloggerò di nuovo qui!

Il personale dell'hotel ha offerto un servizio eccellente. La camera è fantastica e spaziosa, solo l'aria condizionata non è abbastanza fredda, ma forniscono un condizionatore portatile. La colazione a buffet è ottima e varia, così come l'orario di cena, dalle 7:00 alle 13:30.

Pulito e ordinato, la camera è nuovissima, i trasporti sono relativamente comodi, non è lontano dalla vecchia strada ed è anche comodo per la stazione. I camerieri sono molto entusiasti. Vale la pena consigliarlo. Ci tornerò la prossima volta.
