Il capo è molto entusiasta, la stanza è particolarmente pulita, le persone sono anche molto buone, c'è un servizio di trasporto gratuito, il servizio è molto attento, la prima scelta del viaggio.

Hotel come annunciato. Se vi piace la vicinanza sia alla città antica che a Shuanglang, la posizione è perfetta. Poiché è un piccolo stabilimento, il personale è molto attento e facile da raggiungere via Weixin prima di entrare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, hanno offerto anche proativamente snack pomeriggio, mezzanotte zuppa dolce E la vostra preferenza colazione il giorno successivo. La stanza è molto spaccata con 2 lati delle 'pareti' sostituite con un tetto per il vetro di pavimento. Tuttavia, si prega di informare che le toilette e le porte di doccia sono trasparenti 🙈

By far my best experience in China (* ´ ▽ ` *) I would have given a 10-star rating if I could! 1. Location: Walking distance to everything. 1-200 meters to ancient town main street. 2. Facilities: The homestay is locates right by the Erhai lake with wonderful view throughout the day. I stayed in a room without direct lake view but there is a restaurant and lobby with very nice decoration where we took a lot of lake photos. The common scenic spot on 3F is unique and very beautiful. I got a free photoshoot by professional photographer also, he's really nice and quick-witted. We had some very nice photos. The room is clean and well-maintained (I got free upgraded to a bigger room, assumed becuz of the off-season). We had everything we need. Open the window and the room is always full of fresh air, there is a window net to prevent insects in place. The breakfast included in room fare was a big nice surprise also. The preparation looked wholehearted, the food was fresh and like a mini buffet, simple yet sumptious. I don't think we can get something like that at outside restaurants for under 100y/pax. 3. Customer service: The BEST part of this facilities. The staff (Xiao Yang, Xiao Zhi, Pei jie) are so friendly, patient and always went out and beyond their way to make the guests feel comfortable: - They called 1 day ahead of the stay to confirm details and even helped me book local carpooling to save money - They helped me take the luggage from car drop-off to hotel (a short walk as the homestay is located within the ancient town, car cannot go in) - They answered literally every request in very fast manner - Nice little F&B freebies are soooooo nice Totally 5-star hotel service at a local homestay 😂 Shuanglang itself is a very chill and relaxing place to visit in Dali, wonderful for people who like to wander and enjoy the view. But the experience at this homestay made it 10 times better for me and my husband. Would definitely recommend to friends and come back if I visit Shuanglang again. 在中国住过最棒的一次民宿 (* ´ ▽ ` *) 如果能打10星我一定毫不犹豫！ 1. 地理位置： 走路去哪儿都方便，离双廊古镇主街只有一两百米，超级近！ 2. 设施环境： 民宿就在洱海边上，一整天都有超赞的湖景。虽然我住的房间不是正对湖景，但餐厅和大厅的装修很有氛围，我们在那拍了好多洱海美照。 三楼的公共观景台也很特别，真的很美！还有专业摄影师免费帮我们拍照，人超好又机灵，照片效果很棒～ 房间干净又维护得很好（可能因为淡季还免费升级了大房间，赚到了）。该有的都有，窗户一开就是新鲜空气，还有纱窗防蚊虫，贴心！ 房价里包含的早餐也是惊喜，看得出是用心准备的，食材新鲜，像个迷你自助餐，简单却丰盛。外面餐厅要吃到这种水平估计得100块/人以上了。 3. 服务体验： 最最最加分的就是服务！小杨、小志、沛姐人都超好，耐心又热情，真的把客人当朋友照顾： 入住前一天就打电话确认，还帮我订了当地拼车，省了不少钱 到了之后还帮我从停车点把行李搬到民宿（因为古镇里车进不去） 有求必应，回复速度超快 还有各种小吃小饮料免费送，太贴心了！ 简直是五星级酒店的服务标准，在地道民宿里体验到了 😂 双廊本身就是个很适合放松、随便走走看看风景的地方。但这次住在这家民宿，让我和老公的旅程幸福感直接翻十倍！强烈推荐给朋友们～下次来双廊一定还住这里！

Cloudland Seaview Hotel is located just right facing Erhai on one of the stretches of the Ecological Corridor; the Seaview family room I reserved has a panoramic window with beautiful views of Erhai. There are many bicycles and electrical motorcycles for rent to cruise the Ecological Corridor just right outside the Hotel. Though cars are not allowed into the hotel due to the narrow alleys, but the hotel has Buggy that are able to ferry the patrons and luggages into the hotel, just need to arrange with the front desk before arrival. I'm truly impressed by the free flow of specialty coffees offered by Cloudland Seaview to their patrons, if you're a coffee lover, this is indeed a coffee paradise :) One suggestion is perhaps to prepare plant-based milk for customers whom are lactose intolerant or vegan. The room is tastefully decorated, spacious and clean, amenities are superb! A Set Breakfast is included with Rice noodles soup, yogurts with fresh fruits, soy milk & hard boiled egg. Last but not least, the staffs are incredibly friendly and very helpful! Kudos to the team! I'll definitely come back again the next time I visit Dali.

Il mio soggiorno all'Hilton Garden Inn Dali Erhai Park ha superato le mie aspettative ed è stata la scelta più azzeccata del mio viaggio a Dali. Lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione dell'hotel è superba, proprio accanto al Parco Erhai, a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago. Le passeggiate serali per ammirare il tramonto e godersi la brezza marina sono incredibilmente piacevoli, con una vista in lontananza sul monte Cangshan. La sua posizione privilegiata lo rende estremamente comodo per visitare la città e scattare foto. L'ambiente dell'hotel è pulito e spazioso, con aree comuni eleganti e confortevoli. Le camere sono luminose e ariose, con un'ottima luce naturale e ventilazione. Le finestre a tutta altezza offrono viste panoramiche e alcune camere godono persino di una vista sul lago Erhai. Le camere erano impeccabili, la biancheria da letto morbida e confortevole e ho dormito benissimo. I bagni avevano zone separate per doccia e WC e venivano forniti articoli da toeletta. Le strutture erano ben tenute, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno molto rilassante. Demi alla reception ha fornito un servizio professionale ed efficiente, rendendo il check-in e il check-out agevoli. Il personale è stato cordiale, gentile e ha risposto pazientemente a tutte le mie domande, offrendo un servizio meticoloso e premuroso. La colazione dell'hotel era abbondante, con un buon equilibrio tra piatti cinesi e occidentali, oltre a molte autentiche specialità di Dali. L'hotel dispone anche di una palestra, una lavanderia self-service e altri servizi pratici, a dimostrazione della cura per i dettagli. Nel complesso, offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso, un servizio attento e premuroso e una posizione impeccabile, che lo rende perfetto sia per vacanze rilassanti che per brevi soggiorni. L'intero soggiorno è stato confortevole e piacevole, arricchendo il mio viaggio con tanti bei ricordi. Sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Dali.

Servizi: Le strutture sono complete, con la possibilità di fare il mirroring dello schermo della TV e prodotti da bagno belli e funzionali. Pulizia: Ho soggiornato per diversi giorni ed era tutto molto pulito. Quando ho chiesto la pulizia della stanza durante il soggiorno, sono venute due addette che hanno lavorato con grande serietà e responsabilità. Servizio: Eccezionale. Fin dal primo giorno mi sono sentito a mio agio, e il proprietario è stato molto gentile e socievole, un vero abitante di Dali che conosce bene la zona.

I stayed at Darling Darling Villa and overall had a pleasant experience, with a mix of highlights and a few areas that could be improved. Location: The villa is conveniently located about 10–14 minutes from Dali Ancient Town, which makes it easy to explore while still enjoying a quieter stay. Room & Facilities: The room was very spacious and big, which was a huge plus. The bathtub was exceptionally large, easily fitting a family of four. However, the area where the tub connects to the floor showed cracking paint, which suggests some lack of maintenance. The steps leading up to the bathtub were also quite slippery, so caution is needed. The toilet area lacked sufficient lighting and did not have an enclosed space. Considering that food in Yunnan often makes bowel movements very “smooth,” the ventilation for odors was rather poor, which could be uncomfortable. There were also flies around the shower area, which was not very pleasant. The basin was slightly low for face washing, but still manageable. Service: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted with carrying our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which was much appreciated. For foreigners, do note that check-in may take longer due to the registration process. Communication via WeChat was fast and responsive, which made things very convenient. One suggestion: please provide clear instructions for using the washing machine—I had some difficulty figuring it out. Thankfully, the staff kindly helped me. Thank you, 小哥哥! 🥺 Rooftop & Views: The rooftop view was stunning, perfect for stargazing. However, we visited during winter and it was extremely cold, so dress warmly if you plan to spend time there. Transportation: The drop-off area is located in a narrow alley, so be sure to inform your cab driver in advance. Otherwise, you may need to carry heavy luggage from the main road, which can be inconvenient. Overall: Darling Darling Villa offers great views, spacious rooms, and genuinely warm service. With some improvements in maintenance, lighting, ventilation, and cleanliness, it could be an even better stay.

Ho trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in una camera con vista sul mare allo Yanyun Hotel e non vedo l'ora di condividere la mia meravigliosa esperienza. Dalla prenotazione al check-out, l'intero processo è stato estremamente fluido e sono rimasto colpito dalla professionalità e dall'entusiasmo del personale di servizio. La posizione dell'hotel è unica e mi permette di godere in qualsiasi momento della vista sul mare da una prospettiva greca. Il design della camera con vista sul mare è molto intelligente. Le enormi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto riempiono l'intera stanza di luce naturale e offrono una vista panoramica della splendida vista sul mare. Ogni volta che mi sveglio, la prima cosa che vedo è il mare azzurro. Questa sensazione non può essere descritta a parole. L'arredamento interno della camera è lussuoso ma accogliente e ogni dettaglio rivela squisitezza e gusto. Il letto era estremamente confortevole e la biancheria da letto di alta qualità mi ha permesso di godermi un dolce sonno ogni notte. Il bagno era altrettanto soddisfacente, spazioso e dotato di articoli da toeletta di alta qualità, permettendomi di rilassarmi completamente dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Ciò che va menzionato è il servizio di ristorazione dell'hotel. La colazione è ampia, fresca e deliziosa, il che mi fa iniziare la giornata piena di energia. Per cena, il ristorante dell'hotel offre una varietà di prelibatezze, il pesce appena pescato è abbinato a squisite tecniche di cucina. Ogni boccone è la tentazione finale per le papille gustative. Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è sempre pronto ad aiutare, sia che si tratti del servizio in camera o di informazioni di viaggio, è rapido e professionale nel soddisfare le mie esigenze. Inoltre, anche le strutture dell'hotel sono molto complete, tra cui una palestra all'avanguardia e una tranquilla piscina all'aperto, che mi ha permesso di continuare il mio esercizio quotidiano godendomi la vista sul mare. Nel complesso, la camera con vista sul mare dello Yanyun Hotel mi ha fornito un soggiorno lussuoso e confortevole. Che sia il comfort della camera, la qualità del servizio o l'esperienza culinaria, sono molto soddisfatto. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che cercano una sistemazione con vista sul mare di alta qualità, credo che rimarrete colpiti quanto me. Valutazione: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked a two-night stay here and had high expectations for my vacation. However, the first thing that happened was an extremely uncomfortable check-in. Two female staff members were incredibly unfriendly; the hotel had no elevator, and there was no luggage porter. One staff member even insisted we carry our large luggage ourselves because the hotel didn't have an elevator. The free hot pot meal was only for the broth; the side dishes had to be ordered separately. We booked four rooms, but when my friend couldn't eat the spicy broth and asked for a different broth, we were charged extra. The hallway lights are turned off after 10:30 PM, so if you're returning late, you'll have to use your phone's flashlight to find your way. The photography service was also unsatisfactory. We had four rooms, but only two were photographed. I requested that the photographer let me go first and the other person take photos later after changing clothes, but the photographer was unhappy and insisted on taking photos at the same time. The photographer, in particular, did not have a friendly or open attitude, nor the manner of a professional service provider. Breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, but the staff were somewhat negligent in their service. We ordered our main course first but were served later, or they forgot to include the side dishes. On check-out day, the hotel scored points with the extremely enthusiastic assistance from a young man in a blue jacket (29/4). The staff member in the blue jacket was very professional, coordinating everything and seemingly understanding that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hotel. He coordinated everything, from carrying our luggage from the room to the lobby to taking it to the taxi, working with the photographer, and even offering us complimentary tea as an apology and thank you for our stay. Overall, aside from the issues that affected our mood on the first day, the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, worthy of a vacation (although a bit far from the city center). If the hotel can address these shortcomings, I think this will be a wonderful experience for us. Best regards.

Il capo è super gentile! I servizi delle camere dell'hotel sono molto buoni, anche la colazione mattutina è ottima e quando si apre la finestra si può ammirare il paesaggio in tutte le direzioni, il che è molto comodo. È molto comodo anche prendere un taxi, con cui si può andare ovunque. Poiché durante i giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato lì avrebbero potuto esserci dei lavori di ristrutturazione al mattino, ci hanno anche inviato del tè al latte e un sacco di frutta come scusa. Siamo rimasti per due giorni e l'hotel ha fornito il servizio di pick-up e drop-off dall'aeroporto. Se non avevamo il drop-off dall'aeroporto, ci hanno persino rimborsato i soldi. Sono stato così commosso. La prossima volta che ne avrò l'occasione, tornerò qui
