Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare. La stanza può vedere il Lago Erhai e ha un'illuminazione migliore. La stanza è anche completamente intelligente. Anche la zona circostante è molto tranquilla. A volte il capo ci porta addirittura con entusiasmo alla stazione dei treni. L'esperienza è abbastanza buona Se gli amici vengono a Dali, consiglierei questo B&B.

第一次獨自國內旅行，年前1月中去了大理，在網上挑了這家洒店，想試試打卡洒店。當天入住，沒讓我失望，反而有驚喜。我一個人拿著2件大行李箱，外加大包小包的，下車一見到那樓梯，心理想要命了，原本洒店預先把我組了個微信群，洒店已經叫小管家在樓梯口等我呢，先不說不用擔心自己提重行李，有人幫忙，去登記途中看到差不多是每個入住配一個私人管家，全程一對一，不用擔心找不人，或者等待時間長。到了登記入住酒店還給我升格了房間！入住期間，包含了攝影服務，攝影師拍出的氛圍感很美，沒有打卡的感覺，很高級。中間麻煩了其他職員再幫忙拍照，每個都很友善，沒有趕時間隨便拍，一直給拍滿意，也很會給足情緒價值！不管是攝影師拍還是員工的都能出片。我玩到很晚回來，洒店和管家也會貼心提醒門禁時間和安全問題，保安讓我很放心。回來晚，管家也幫忙留晚安甜湯，沒有說時間到就隨便放進房間，確定人回來才送给我，私隱度很到位，非常好，這點是我沒想到，他們會如此尊重客人的隱私！洒店不是親海，但是還是能看到海境和日出！房間算是主題類的，剛好升值給我的是粉紅色少女系列，裏面空間很足，有浴岡可以看着海境泡澡，房間隔音很好，入夜不會因為隔壁鄰居傳來聲音影響，床和門口距離很遠也不會因為有人走過說話吵到！設備和衞生不錯，8.5/10，一次用品質量高級，唯一是一次性拖鞋寫不要拿走還是不要掉，不確定是否一次性的，畢竟洒店給的是綿質的一次性鞋，但是還是很乾淨的！我第二天早上7點離開，小管家早早就提醒和確定叫車服務，一個人出遊，無意中他們也幫我分擔了很多事情上的安排和擔心！小管家一個人早就準備好，也是同樣幫助提行李上車。完全是點到點服務！早知道多住一天，體驗感真的不錯👍

We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

Ho scelto una camera con vista sul mare, che non è economica, ma il prezzo è probabilmente quello di acquistare una camera con vista sul mare e un'altalena per il check-in delle celebrità di Internet. La nostra coscienza consiglia di non impegnarsi negli affari esteri. Se i partner degli affari esteri sono buoni, pensiamo comunque che sia giusto che lo scopo sia fornire servizi fotografici di viaggio ”gratuiti”. Il fotografo vuole fare soldi solo quando lo sente non vuoi comprare i suoi servizi, sarà molto casual. Il servizio di car pooling consigliato per Lijiang costa 90 a persona. Penso che il servizio consigliato da mio fratello dovrebbe essere buono. Il risultato è stato che l'ho promosso solo per fare soldi. Più tardi, quando sono andato a fare shopping nell'antica città di Shuanglang, ho scoperto che il carpooling costava solo 80 a persona e veniva consegnato dove volevi andare. L'auto condivisa offerta da quell'hotel andava solo alla città vecchia di Lijiang, perché il Maestro mi chiese dove volevo andare, e io dissi che saremmo rimasti a Baisha, e lui rispose: ”Non andrò a Baisha se mi dai io altri 100.” Siamo turisti stranieri e non abbiamo molta familiarità con la posizione geografica. Sento che Dali non è ancora così amichevole con i turisti stranieri. Se voglio dire qualcosa di buono, il rinfresco di benvenuto è buono, la colazione è buona e la posizione è vicina all'antica città di Shuanglang. Ma non tornerò più e non lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti. Perché il prezzo e il servizio non sono direttamente proporzionali, ma se paghi per la vista, penso che dovresti riuscire a trovare qualcosa di meglio.

Le vibrazioni pacifici e molti punti di foto sono stati immacolati. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. È a pochi passi dopo essere entrati nella Porta Erhai. L'hotel è tranquillo in mezzo al trambusto e anche il suo stile è molto artistico e fresco, pulito e ordinato. L'hotel dispone di strutture complete e l'effetto dell'aria condizionata e del riscaldamento è ottimo! Il servizio è cordiale e premuroso, il capo è molto gentile e ha aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera. Ho anche chiesto loro di inviare qualcosa per mio conto e loro lo hanno fatto con gioia per me! Anche la colazione è deliziosa! Grande!

The location is close to Dali Railway Station but quite far from Santorini Dali and Dali Ancient City. I rate the location as excellent because, realistically, you can’t have everything perfect, so we chose the one nearest to the railway station. Overall, everything was good, and the staff, or perhaps the owner, was attentive at first. However, on the day we were leaving, we were supposed to check out at 12 PM. I couldn’t reach the staff to store my luggage (I wasn’t sure where the storage was). So, we went about our day and headed to Longkan Wharf, returning at 12:04 PM. To my surprise, the lock had automatically changed right at 12 PM, which I wasn’t informed about, and our luggage was still inside the hotel. We had a train to catch at 12:56 PM. I tried contacting the hotel via WeChat, but no one responded. We asked the guard for help, but he couldn’t do much except try calling the owner, who didn’t answer. Finally, around 1 PM, the owner responded, saying his phone was broken. Unfortunately, we missed our train. I acknowledge it was my fault for not checking out exactly at 12 PM, but the lack of response from the owner left us without a place to store our luggage. Next time, it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about the lock system and responded promptly to messages. That was our bad experience. If it hadn’t happened, I would have rated the stay a solid 5/5. But, things happen.

FANTASTIC STAY! Mani in basso, una delle migliori esperienze di soggiorno dell'hotel. L'intero hotel e l'interno della camera sono stati progettati per essere semplice ma classico e offrono le vibrazioni di vacanza sulla spiaggia. La stanza è una ”smart room” con la maggior parte delle funzioni come le luci, la musica e le cortine da controllare da ”Little Love student”, proprio come la casa di Google. Inoltre, hanno un servizio di butler durante l’intera permanenza e il servizio che il butler Qing ha fornito era super duper impressionante e lei cercava sempre di andare oltre. Sapendo che uno di noi celebrava il compleanno, lei ha anche preparato un intero torto per noi. Quando ci siamo fermati per una notte, ha cercato di preparare un accordo per prenotare una slot fotografica per noi, anche pensando che il calendario fosse completo. Il tè pomeriggio e la soppa del deserto buonanotte sono stati consegnati direttamente nelle nostre camere per noi. Torno a yuewan, per la mia prossima visita a Dali!
