La stanza può vedere il Lago Erhai e ha un'illuminazione migliore. La stanza è anche completamente intelligente. Anche la zona circostante è molto tranquilla. 第一次獨自國內旅行，年前1月中去了大理，在網上挑了這家洒店，想試試打卡洒店。當天入住，沒讓我失望，反而有驚喜。我一個人拿著2件大行李箱，外加大包小包的，下車一見到那樓梯，心理想要命了，原本洒店預先把我組了個微信群，洒店已經叫小管家在樓梯口等我呢，先不說不用擔心自己提重行李，有人幫忙，去登記途中看到差不多是每個入住配一個私人管家，全程一對一，不用擔心找不人，或者等待時間長。到了登記入住酒店還給我升格了房間！入住期間，包含了攝影服務，攝影師拍出的氛圍感很美，沒有打卡的感覺，很高級。中間麻煩了其他職員再幫忙拍照，每個都很友善，沒有趕時間隨便拍，一直給拍滿意，也很會給足情緒價值！不管是攝影師拍還是員工的都能出片。我玩到很晚回來，洒店和管家也會貼心提醒門禁時間和安全問題，保安讓我很放心。回來晚，管家也幫忙留晚安甜湯，沒有說時間到就隨便放進房間，確定人回來才送给我，私隱度很到位，非常好，這點是我沒想到，他們會如此尊重客人的隱私！洒店不是親海，但是還是能看到海境和日出！房間算是主題類的，剛好升值給我的是粉紅色少女系列，裏面空間很足，有浴岡可以看着海境泡澡，房間隔音很好，入夜不會因為隔壁鄰居傳來聲音影響，床和門口距離很遠也不會因為有人走過說話吵到！設備和衞生不錯，8.5/10，一次用品質量高級，唯一是一次性拖鞋寫不要拿走還是不要掉，不確定是否一次性的，畢竟洒店給的是綿質的一次性鞋，但是還是很乾淨的！我第二天早上7點離開，小管家早早就提醒和確定叫車服務，一個人出遊，無意中他們也幫我分擔了很多事情上的安排和擔心！小管家一個人早就準備好，也是同樣幫助提行李上車。完全是點到點服務！早知道多住一天，體驗感真的不錯👍

We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot.
The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive.
The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. È a pochi passi dopo essere entrati nella Porta Erhai. L'hotel è tranquillo in mezzo al trambusto e anche il suo stile è molto artistico e fresco, pulito e ordinato. L'hotel dispone di strutture complete e l'effetto dell'aria condizionata e del riscaldamento è ottimo! Il servizio è cordiale e premuroso, il capo è molto gentile e ha aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera. Ho anche chiesto loro di inviare qualcosa per mio conto e loro lo hanno fatto con gioia per me! The location is close to Dali Railway Station but quite far from Santorini Dali and Dali Ancient City. I rate the location as excellent because, realistically, you can’t have everything perfect, so we chose the one nearest to the railway station. Overall, everything was good, and the staff, or perhaps the owner, was attentive at first.
However, on the day we were leaving, we were supposed to check out at 12 PM. I couldn’t reach the staff to store my luggage (I wasn’t sure where the storage was). So, we went about our day and headed to Longkan Wharf, returning at 12:04 PM. To my surprise, the lock had automatically changed right at 12 PM, which I wasn’t informed about, and our luggage was still inside the hotel. We had a train to catch at 12:56 PM.
I tried contacting the hotel via WeChat, but no one responded. We asked the guard for help, but he couldn’t do much except try calling the owner, who didn’t answer. Finally, around 1 PM, the owner responded, saying his phone was broken. Unfortunately, we missed our train.
I acknowledge it was my fault for not checking out exactly at 12 PM, but the lack of response from the owner left us without a place to store our luggage. Next time, it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about the lock system and responded promptly to messages.
That was our bad experience. If it hadn’t happened, I would have rated the stay a solid 5/5. But, things happen.

UUtente ospiteNon basta usare gli ospiti per descrivere l'esperienza di Silicon Valley, e non parlare dell'attrezzatura hardware della popolata è simile a quella della sala 202 di cinque stelle con una grande terrazza. Puoi guardare la montagna di Zhuang durante il giorno e la notte per vedere le luci della città antica di Dali. I bambini sono migliaia di bambini e non vogliono uscire dal popolo Il popolo ha mostrato il gusto artistico insensibile del capo e l'atteggiamento responsabile del cliente. GGRACEOur stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. AAllen HaimingJust spent a wonderful five nights at the Anyu Hotel in Dali in November, this beautifully appointed boutique hotel was so charming. From the warm lights, to the rich hardwood floors, ceilings, and furniture to all the thoughtful accents in the room and common areas, it felt like a charming and cozy home away from home.
Hotel location is fantastic, just steps away from the Dali Ancient Town, so everything from cafes, top restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bars, and hundreds of other stores and outdoor vendors are just a 2-10 minute walk away, no need to sit in traffic or call a car to get around.
Bed and pillows very comfortable, showerhead very powerful so makes for a very luxurious shower.
However, the best thing about the hotel is their warm and caring staff.
Nancy, one of the cleaning staff, was always super helpful and attentive and delightful to chat with, and was also kind enough to give us some great recommendations on places to visit which we ended up enjoying very much.
Anna was also very nice to interact with, her gentle and pleasant demeanor and thoughtful words always made it a pleasure to see her.
Candy was wonderful as well, always making sure we were attended to and ended up making some great recommendations on places to eat nearby. Her warm smile and kind demeanor will be remembered.
Finally, it was Vivian who we owe a deep debt of gratitude to. On the first day, my 84-year old Mom came down with an illness which included all sorts of symptoms. Vivian went out of her way to call a car and she accompanied us to the nearest hospital where she helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork and stayed by Mom's side for over an hour as we waited to see a doctor. Medication was prescribed and she called another car to take us back to the hotel while she went to a nearby pharmacy to pick up the medication for us which she then brought back to the hotel. By then it was well into the night and she had even taken us to the hospital when she was already off work, so this was all on her own time.
My Mom ended up making a recovery in large part to Vivian's quick and incredibly kind actions. She really went above and beyond and we are just so grateful to her and Anyu Hotel for helping to save my Mom.
Vivian was also an absolute pleasure to talk to as she always came over to greet us and chat everyday during our stay. Her warm smile, cheerful disposition, and charismatic yet humble personality always made every interaction a real pleasure. The hospitality we experienced from her will never be forgotten and feel very fortunate to have met someone with such a kind heart and also very high EQ and dedication. We know if we had stayed at a different hotel there is no way we would have experienced this level of hospitality so we are deeply appreciative for Vivian and the entire staff at Anyu for making our trip one that won't be forgotten.

UUtente ospiteInterestingly, as soon as you enter the entrance to the hotel (about 20 steps from main Dali ancient city's pedestrian street), it is serenely quiet and no noise from the chaotic tourist crowd can be heard at all. How blissful! Don't let the simple, understated entrance throw you off.
What I like about this hotel is as soon as I made the booking, the hotel contacted me and added me via Wechat. Checking with me on my arrival date and timing, and offer to pick up from the main road as the hotel is located on the pedestrian street so no car is allowed. It's a welcoming touch which I appreciated.
I specifically booked the room that oversees the 'Wu Hua Tower' from my balcony. It's so close, loved it! Beautiful morning and night views of the tower.
The hotel has just recently opened earlier in 2024; the room interior is modern and clean. Comfortable room size, bedding and amenities. It also has one of those multi-button toilet seat (just like the ones in Korea/Japan). One minor detail if can be improved is to add hooks or railings to hang the towels.
The helpful team of staff, Pei helped me with the luggage using the trolley upon arrival, and Ah Hua who helped me to arrange a driver for the day and recommended places to check out. There was even grilled tofu and tea by the charcoal fire each night (it's freezing at night in Dec) whenever Ah Hua can manage (thank you for the supper and company, Ah Hua!). Met the easy-going owners too, husband and wife.
No breakfast at the hotel but you will be spoilt for choices with so many eateries within walking distance. If you're up for it, there is a local morning market just outside of the North Gate, about 10mins walk. Very local with plenty of authentic breakfast options. Love the morning hustle! Plenty of photo opportunities.
If you enjoy shopping, it's a 'disaster' as this hotel is located right in the middle of it! Shop till you drop. It is also close to plenty live music bars.
I must say, this is one of those hotels that I will bookmark to stay again whenever I return to windy Dali.

UUtente ospiteThe best hotel experience of this trip is mainly due to the hotel's service. The butler, Liu, is very attentive and meticulous, which is the best service I've ever experienced. Super awesome!!! The hotel scenery is beautiful, located on the edge of Shuanglang Scenic Area, and every angle is very photogenic. The room facilities are complete and considerate, and there are very complete supplies for children, clean and tidy. There is a fruit plate when we arrive. In the evening, they also send good night milk, and the children really like the kittens in the shop. Butler Liu introduced the surrounding attractions, delicious food, and matters needing attention in detail, really considering for customers, and the experience is super good. Next time I come to Dali, I will stay here again👍

XxzlQuesto è stato il miglior hotel a cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio a Yunnan. Il personale è andato sopra e oltre, anche aiutandomi a portare il mio bagaglio 20kg+ al piano di sopra. L'hotel ha bellissimi animali domestici, e la sua posizione è eccellente. Il riscaldatore della stanza funzionava perfettamente, mi tenendo coperto durante l'inverno. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Ho apprezzato anche il servizio di lavanderia gratuito con lavastoviglie fornite. Inoltre, il sedile bagno riscaldato era un toccante!

MMG LeeI was disappointed with the location initially, but after exploring the place on the 2nd day, I am happily satisfied that it is very conveniently situated to the place of our interest. It's just within walking distance to Erhai ecological corridor for biking. There is a bike rental shop (Qiqi) that rent mountain/race/road bike in the same vicinity. Food, fruits and convenient shops are nearby.
The hospitality services provided by the 2 ladies at the reception are outstanding. They are observant to our needs, serve us light refreshments in the night even without us asking. On the last day the staff helped us book a taxi, and we were in for a shock that the hotel footed the transport fee. My hubby is greatly impressed that we decide to return to this hotel in our future trip to Dali.

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.

L'ambiente della gente è molto buono e molto pulito. La stanza che vive a 280 gradi di scena può vedere il mare e la montagna, e il sole e il pranzo, e può stare seduto e guardare il panorama fuori dalla finestra per un giorno.C'è un sacco di pini nel cortile, e il sole è molto comodo nel cortile pomeriggio. C'è un grande proiettore nella stanza. Quando sono stanchi, tornano al pubblico per vedere un film.I beni unici forniti sono molto appropriati, e più intimi forniscono sacchetti da bagno e sedie. Il capo e il personale della signorina sono molto carini, consigliano alcuni attrazioni turistiche ogni giorno.Sicuramente verranno per la terza e quarta volta!!!!
