I had an absolutely incredible stay here, it was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the host and his family, making us feel right at home immediately. Our bedroom was impressively spacious and kept perfectly clean throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the spectacular view; waking up to a panoramic vista of both the city and the lake was truly unforgettable. What really set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality. The host took care of us from the beginning until the very end of our stay, going above and beyond by even personally taking us to the bus stop when it was time to leave. Questa è una pensione molto carina, situata vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per il lago Erhai e alla fermata per la zona umida di Wan. Sebbene non abbia una camera con vista mare, si può comunque ammirare il lago Erhai da una finestra laterale. Offrono colazione, tè pomeridiano e servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale, il che la rende un'ottima soluzione in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I love this hotel so much. The hotel view is very great and the staff is very helping and friendly. Definitely will repeat. For the toilet very muslim friendly cause it has a bidet near the watercloset. It also serves free tea and orange. Very recommended.

We absolutely have to mention the breathtaking view especially in the morning when you first wake up and look outside. The entire house is spotless, creating a calm and relaxing feeling the moment you step through the door. They also provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need if you feel like cooking. The neighbourhood itself is incredibly instagrammable, with picture-worthy corners everywhere you turn. On top of that, the host was extremely helpful, answering all our questions quickly and making everything smooth and easy. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dali.

Il mio soggiorno all'Hilton Garden Inn Dali Erhai Park ha superato le mie aspettative ed è stata la scelta più azzeccata del mio viaggio a Dali. Lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione dell'hotel è superba, proprio accanto al Parco Erhai, a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago. Le passeggiate serali per ammirare il tramonto e godersi la brezza marina sono incredibilmente piacevoli, con una vista in lontananza sul monte Cangshan. La sua posizione privilegiata lo rende estremamente comodo per visitare la città e scattare foto. L'ambiente dell'hotel è pulito e spazioso, con aree comuni eleganti e confortevoli. Le camere sono luminose e ariose, con un'ottima luce naturale e ventilazione. Le finestre a tutta altezza offrono viste panoramiche e alcune camere godono persino di una vista sul lago Erhai. Le camere erano impeccabili, la biancheria da letto morbida e confortevole e ho dormito benissimo. I bagni avevano zone separate per doccia e WC e venivano forniti articoli da toeletta. Le strutture erano ben tenute, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno molto rilassante. Demi alla reception ha fornito un servizio professionale ed efficiente, rendendo il check-in e il check-out agevoli. Il personale è stato cordiale, gentile e ha risposto pazientemente a tutte le mie domande, offrendo un servizio meticoloso e premuroso. La colazione dell'hotel era abbondante, con un buon equilibrio tra piatti cinesi e occidentali, oltre a molte autentiche specialità di Dali. L'hotel dispone anche di una palestra, una lavanderia self-service e altri servizi pratici, a dimostrazione della cura per i dettagli. Nel complesso, offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso, un servizio attento e premuroso e una posizione impeccabile, che lo rende perfetto sia per vacanze rilassanti che per brevi soggiorni. L'intero soggiorno è stato confortevole e piacevole, arricchendo il mio viaggio con tanti bei ricordi. Sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Dali.

L'ambiente generale dell'hotel è pulito e pulito, il servizio della ricetta è entusiasta e il processo di soggiorno è efficiente.Le strutture della stanza sono complete, il letto è comodo, l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è buono, adatto per viaggi di business o di svago. Adatto per viaggi a corto raggio o giocare intorno, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto, raccomandato per gli ospiti con esigenze di viaggi. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality during our four-night stay. We truly had a wonderful time here. Although we stayed at many five-star hotels during this trip, we still feel that this has been the best accommodation experience so far. We made quite a few troublesome requests during our stay, yet you fulfilled all of them without hesitation. We are sincerely grateful for that. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will certainly come back again if we have the opportunity in the future! They were also very nice enough to pick us at the train station when we reached dali from lijiang and drop us at the train station again to catch the train to kun ming FOC! Highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looking to come to Dali!

Da chi è tornato a Dali, ha scelto di soggiornare temporaneamente all'isola di Jinjiang.Sono venuto a Dali molte volte, la prima volta che sono arrivati all'isola, l'hotel è davvero la più soddisfatta.La scena del mare della stanza è senza scena, e la camera è incantevole, puoi guardare il mare e la dinastia, le strutture sono molto intelligenti e l'igiene è molto pulita.Il rapporto di prezzo è eccezionale! Il colazione del ristorante di scena del mare è anche una piccola sorpresa.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa pensione! La proprietaria è gentilissima e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo eccellente. La posizione è centrale e comoda per spostarsi a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla perché la pensione si trova in una strada laterale. La camera aveva tende oscuranti, un'ottima pressione dell'acqua e il letto era più morbido rispetto ad altri hotel in cui ho soggiornato nelle città vicine. Anche il cortile è un luogo incantevole dove rilassarsi: ci sono due gatti molto amichevoli e la sera ho avuto una piacevole chiacchierata con la proprietaria e gli altri ospiti.

This was easily our favourite accommodation and the best butler service we experienced throughout our entire Yunnan trip!! Before we even arrived, the staff contacted us to confirm our ETA so they could prepare accordingly. When we reached the accommodation, they were already waiting outside to welcome us and were practically “fighting” to help carry our luggage 😂 Our butler then introduced us to the activities available, recommended nearby attractions, and showed us around our rooms and the amenities provided. Some of the things we especially appreciated: • Service: Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Any request was just a WeChat message away, and they were always quick to help. They also helped us receive quite a number of parcels we had ordered online, which made things so convenient for us. • Rooms & amenities: The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. One of our rooms had an amazing view of Erhai — waking up to that view was definitely a highlight! However, do take note that not every room has a view. Our other room did not have a view and was located directly beside the room door. There were also useful items available for guests at the lobby, such as sunscreen, insect repellent and sanitizer. • Afternoon tea: We really enjoyed this! There was a good selection of tea and coffee, the fruits were sweet, and both the flower pastries (鲜花饼) and rose cake were delicious. One day we were out and couldn't make it back for afternoon tea, so they actually saved our portion and left it in our room for us. • Little extras: We were each given a complimentary ticket to 小普陀 (XiaoPuTuo). Our room for 4 pax also included a complimentary photoshoot with 5 nicely taken and edited photos. • Night drink: The rose vinegar served at night was surprisingly good and refreshing — especially nice for tourists like us who had been eating all day 😂 • Thoughtful send-off: On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast time. Our butler prepared breakfast packs for us with milk, probiotic bread, fruits, steam eye masks and wipes. ----- There are just two small things we feel could be improved. 1. The toilet paper is currently placed inside a recessed hole in the bathroom wall, so having a proper toilet paper holder would make it more convenient. 2. It would also be great if the accommodation's outdoor logo/signage had lighting, as the area gets quite dark at night and the entrance can be a little difficult to spot. ----- These were very minor issues compared to our overall experience. We stayed at several accommodations throughout our Yunnan trip, and this was hands down the one that left the BEST impression on us. The butler service here was the best we experienced during the entire trip, and we genuinely felt very well taken care of from before we arrived until the moment we left. ❤️
