"The two girls at the reception were amazing. Always willing to help, always greeted us with a big smile, walked us to the shop to rent a scooter for the day, helped us with our laundry, and even allowed us to leave the car at the hotel for a few hours after we checked out while we sightsee the city on the scooter. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

"A must-stay if you are intending to visit Dali Ancient City!
Super great location where it’s a 5-10 min walk to the ancient city. Hosts are super friendly and constantly check in on us even after we have checked out, super sweet :) We left some things back in the hotel and only realised when we were en route to Lijiang but they were so sweet to help us arrange for delivery to our Lijiang hotel.
Didn’t have pictures of the hotel but it’s a clean, modern hotel that’s very aesthetic! Room is super clean and even comes with a cute AI system called Xiao Ai where you can use to control the curtains and aircon.
Also the hotel has an adorable shiba called 欢喜 and a cute cat called 糖宝! Super friendly and always greets us when we get back to the hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back to stay again if I’m in Dali 🥰"

"We and the children arrived at the Hotel at night, and the hotel welcomed us warmly and the service was very good. We booked a family room and there was a bathtub, so the children loved it very much. The room view also looked at a beautiful lake and mountains. The hotel price was quite cheap for us. The room was clean and spacious. We felt satisfied to stay here. The service was very good. Thank you for making us feel happy to stay here."

"Great experience at this hotel. Hotel is very clean and offers great view of Erhai. Erhai is easily accessible via the backgate. Owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Service is excellent. He provided clear guide for us to reach the hotel. He offered to pick us up from the main road and even helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs. He also gave us free upgrade to a bigger room. It was raining the day we left, the owner ensured we had already booked didi before driving us and our luggage to the main road. Highly recommend this hotel 👍🏼"
