UUtente ospiteHotel di tesoro.Situato sotto i piedi di Liu Mountain.L'ambiente è elegante e tono, e i progettisti hanno un ottimo sguardo.La stanza è grande, le strutture sono complete e la pulizia è molto pulita.Più per un servizio, il cibo dell'hotel è anche molto delizioso. Il personale di servizio è gentile e dettagliato, comunicare in anticipo con l'ora del negozio, ricevere con entusiasmo e regolare la temperatura della stanza in anticipo.Ci sento confortevole per rendere il viaggio più pulito.Aveva prenotato un giorno, ma mi piaceva molto, e ci sono riprese. C'è un gatto in hotel. I bambini amano molto e giocano con i gatti.Più tardi, Dali deve essere la nostra prima scelta.(in realtà, più bella di foto)

Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasferimento dall'aeroporto (circa 160 yuan, che varia a seconda del periodo dell'anno) con un divano pulito da 7 posti. La notte del 31 dicembre, abbiamo guardato i fuochi d'artificio dalla camera. Ampia vasca da bagno per l'immersione, molto apprezzata dai bambini. La vasca da bagno di questa camera è fuori dalla stanza con balcone aperto. TV a proiezione molto grande con funzione AI. Il materasso è Sealy, quindi letti grandi e molto comodi. Entrambi larghi 1,8 m. Dimensioni adatte a una famiglia di 4 persone. Buona scelta per la colazione nelle 3 notti in cui abbiamo soggiornato. A buffet, molto apprezzata dai bambini. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile a ritirare il bucato dalla lavatrice (uso gratuito) quando siamo usciti per visitare la città: il personale ha persino preso l'iniziativa di aggiungere minuti di asciugatura dopo aver controllato che i nostri vestiti non fossero ancora asciutti prima di tirarli fuori e inviarli alla nostra camera. Bella vista sulla città vecchia di Dali dall'hotel gemello nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario dell'hotel vende anche biglietti d'ingresso scontati (9,9 a persona invece di 19,9) per 云上草原. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche consigliato 路极 che è stato fantastico. Nel complesso, soggiorno eccellente! Consigliatissimo! Le foto sono state scattate l'ultimo giorno (avevo già usato la camera da letto).

NNEWJCloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home.
One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious.
We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable.
To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us.
We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

UUtente ospitewe had an amazing stay here! staff here were extremely helpful and friendly!!! location is good as it is about a 15 min drive from the train station and about a 30 mins drive (depending on traffic) for the scenic cafes (that oversees the mountain) and the old town. room is very big and the bed is comfortable! there is free breakfast provided (which we didn’t take but it looked super good) and free drinks and sweets which you can take at any time! there is also free laundry service available so do make use of that. highly recommended and will be back again!!! + the views from the room is superb!!!

WWangluomeinvLa prima guesthouse in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Dali era molto vicina al mercato di March Street e alla Città Vecchia. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa, pulita e ordinata, con bagno completo, biancheria da letto e persino una coperta elettrica. C'era un ampio soggiorno con un'intera parete di librerie e una terrazza con vista sul monte Cangshan e sul lago Erhai. Gustarsi una tazza di caffè o tè lì era il modo perfetto per trascorrere un'intera giornata. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e premuroso, ci ha dato indicazioni, ci ha fornito guide turistiche e si è occupato personalmente di tutto. È stata la migliore guesthouse in cui abbia mai soggiornato.

UUtente ospiteI spent a wonderful two weeks here in April / May, and absolutely loved it - my calmest, easiest experience in China so far. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the quality of everything in the rooms is very high, but it still has a ‘homestay’ feel - the balance is just right. The roof terrace has a gorgeous view of the mountains and is very relaxing, the hosts are kind and helpful (no English is spoken, but WeChat works well). The street is quiet, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk to great street food, cafes, bars and restaurants. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will return if I’m ever in Dali again.

UUtente ospiteHo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Ottimo servizio, dopo il check-in il personale ti riconoscerà da quel momento. Non era un tipico hotel a cinque stelle, sembra molto più di essere a casa, offrendo un'atmosfera unica e accogliente.
L'hotel in sé ha un delizioso stile locale ed è incredibilmente tranquillo. Si trova un po' più in profondità nel centro storico, quindi dovrai camminare qualche passo per arrivarci, ma saranno lieti di venire ad aiutarti.
(VIVIAN è stata eccezionalmente gentile e mi ha fatto conoscere alcuni ottimi ristoranti locali e luoghi da visitare. Era sempre pronta a soddisfare le mie esigenze nel miglior modo possibile)

Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing.
Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl.
When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good.
The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea.
Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea.
Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants.
The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use.
The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station.
It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

UUtente ospiteOne of the best hotel I've stayed in a while, is a family-run hotel which offers a magnificient view of the lake from the hill and they will provide free photoshoot (5 photos per room). Service from the staff was outstanding and very helpful. Will deinitely visit again if I had the chance.
Keep in mind there is no parking in front of the premises and the roads are narrow, so do let the staff know when you are areiving, they will help with ur luggages.
