This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. We hope they will be greatly rewarded. Thank you, Joy, for giving us the best souvenir in China—Hamburg's most loved toy. This is the best gift ever! And thank you for keeping in touch with us whenever you can, including sharing updates on Hamburg. It means a lot to us.😊 Great hospitality was also shown by others on the team. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This place is truly a gem, thanks to the wonderful management and the people behind it. We will surely recommend friends to your guesthouse—it is a gem hidden in Dali. Oriental aesthetics in every corner The guesthouse is converted from a century-old traditional Bai courtyard house. With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. Soggiorno confortevole, grande ospitalità da parte del proprietario e dei receptionist. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasferimento dall'aeroporto (circa 160 yuan, che varia a seconda del periodo dell'anno) con un divano pulito da 7 posti. La notte del 31 dicembre, abbiamo guardato i fuochi d'artificio dalla camera. Ampia vasca da bagno per l'immersione, molto apprezzata dai bambini. La vasca da bagno di questa camera è fuori dalla stanza con balcone aperto. TV a proiezione molto grande con funzione AI. Il materasso è Sealy, quindi letti grandi e molto comodi. Entrambi larghi 1,8 m. Dimensioni adatte a una famiglia di 4 persone. Buona scelta per la colazione nelle 3 notti in cui abbiamo soggiornato. A buffet, molto apprezzata dai bambini. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile a ritirare il bucato dalla lavatrice (uso gratuito) quando siamo usciti per visitare la città: il personale ha persino preso l'iniziativa di aggiungere minuti di asciugatura dopo aver controllato che i nostri vestiti non fossero ancora asciutti prima di tirarli fuori e inviarli alla nostra camera. Bella vista sulla città vecchia di Dali dall'hotel gemello nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario dell'hotel vende anche biglietti d'ingresso scontati (9,9 a persona invece di 19,9) per 云上草原. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche consigliato 路极 che è stato fantastico. Nel complesso, soggiorno eccellente! Consigliatissimo! Le foto sono state scattate l'ultimo giorno (avevo già usato la camera da letto).

L'hotel si trova a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Il proprietario, un soldato in pensione, è molto accogliente e ci è persino venuto a prendere alla fermata dell'autobus n. 4. L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, con letti comodi e articoli da toeletta completi. La colazione comprendeva noodles di riso fatti in casa, un'esperienza confortante e commovente. Al momento del check-out, il giovane alla reception ci ha aiutato con i bagagli fino alla fermata dell'autobus sulla strada principale. La camera era dotata di aria condizionata e coperta elettrica. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Un soggiorno senza pensieri per il vostro viaggio a Dali!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa pensione! La proprietaria è gentilissima e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo eccellente. La posizione è centrale e comoda per spostarsi a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla perché la pensione si trova in una strada laterale. La camera aveva tende oscuranti, un'ottima pressione dell'acqua e il letto era più morbido rispetto ad altri hotel in cui ho soggiornato nelle città vicine. Anche il cortile è un luogo incantevole dove rilassarsi: ci sono due gatti molto amichevoli e la sera ho avuto una piacevole chiacchierata con la proprietaria e gli altri ospiti.

Excellent hotel. The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. I would 100% recommend anybody who is considering a visit to Dali, to stay at this hotel. Modern, clean facilities and great hospitality. Every member of staff was welcoming and accommodating to our needs. A special thankyou to ‘银禧’ for giving us a complimentary room upgrade which made our stay even better. 5 stars. 10/10 🙌

Un boutique hotel particolarmente bello che non solo produce film ma offre anche un'esperienza di alloggio molto confortevole. Ci sono solo 10 stanze in totale. Il servizio è molto attento e premuroso: al momento del check-in viene fornita in regalo una borsa di tela contenente crema solare, tagliaunghie e altri piccoli oggetti di uso quotidiano, scialli, occhiali da sole e ombrelli; La posizione è nella città antica, tranquilla nel caos. L'isolamento acustico è molto buono e ci sono molti posti deliziosi e divertenti nei dintorni, ma è molto tranquillo non appena entri nell'hotel. Lo stile decorativo è lo stile retrò che amo moltissimo. È molto raffinato e ha ottimi dettagli. È raro soggiornare in un hotel molto confortevole e confortevole, pulito e accogliente. La colazione e il tè pomeridiano gratuiti sono sia a buffet che a menu fisso. Sono squisiti e di buon gusto. Il menu cambia ogni giorno. Ho trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in una camera con vista sul mare allo Yanyun Hotel e non vedo l'ora di condividere la mia meravigliosa esperienza. Dalla prenotazione al check-out, l'intero processo è stato estremamente fluido e sono rimasto colpito dalla professionalità e dall'entusiasmo del personale di servizio. La posizione dell'hotel è unica e mi permette di godere in qualsiasi momento della vista sul mare da una prospettiva greca. Il design della camera con vista sul mare è molto intelligente. Le enormi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto riempiono l'intera stanza di luce naturale e offrono una vista panoramica della splendida vista sul mare. Ogni volta che mi sveglio, la prima cosa che vedo è il mare azzurro. Questa sensazione non può essere descritta a parole. L'arredamento interno della camera è lussuoso ma accogliente e ogni dettaglio rivela squisitezza e gusto. Per cena, il ristorante dell'hotel offre una varietà di prelibatezze, il pesce appena pescato è abbinato a squisite tecniche di cucina. Ogni boccone è la tentazione finale per le papille gustative. Overall experience average at Dali Ocean hotel Not up to expectation for the price paid for a should be kids-friendly five star hotel in China. eg: breakfast not much choice, and also not feeling very welcome by front desk staff. When i called them through phone, they just hang up the phone without me finishing the conversation yet, this shock me. Hotel not really kids friendly. Normally what I expect from a 5 star hotel which is into kids theme hotel should be more friendly to kids like giving out some small gifts for little ones, but Dali Ocean Hotel did not have such thing. And also price paid not include visiting the oceanarium. Unexpectedly the dinner we ordered through hotel restaurant and truffle pizza (complimentary in my package) are delicious. Room view Ok, can stay for a night to experience it yourself.

Questo hotel è davvero fotogenico, perfetto per Instagram :)) Ci sono fiori ovunque e l'intero posto ha una vibrazione molto calma e fredda. Il loro servizio era davvero impressionante, ci hanno contattati un giorno prima del nostro soggiorno e hanno anche organizzato un conducente per farci uscire dalla stazione ferroviaria Dali, che rendeva tutto molto facile. I butlers erano anche molto utili, sempre veloci a rispondere e attenti a tutto ciò che avevamo bisogno. Ci hanno persino dato un giro gratuito al nostro prossimo hotel, che era un bel toccamento extra, e al di sopra di questo mi hanno dato una bella catena di chiave elefante per una bella fortuna, così pensativa e memorabile. La posizione è anche grande, molto conveniente per andare in giro.
