Hotel 3 stelle a Taichung

La stanza è a 2 livelli vicino al lobby, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a piedi anche a molte attrazioni. Il bagno era freddo con 2 bagni e 2 bagni separati. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Ci sono 5 letti in totale sufficienti per un totale di 12 persone. Anche se lo spazio libero può essere limitato a ospitare molti bagagli. Può tenere i vestiti nello spazio di sicurezza (dove il coperchio e la coperta erano originariamente tenuti). In particolare, ci piace la selezione gratuita delle bevande disponibili nell'area di lobby. There’s free washing available with dryer only for TWD 10 for 20mins (which is so much cheaper than Taipei). Un bel sollecito per rimanere :)

L’esperienza generale era molto migliore di quanto ci aspettava. Eravamo stati in modo generoso sorpresi dall’intera stanza e dalla stanza fornita. Eravamo completamente confortevoli con le strutture e la posizione. Le foto erano innegabili e sicuramente ritorneranno.

La stanza è come descritto e mostrato sulle foto. Ho dato un 4 per la pulizia come alla prima notte, ho trovato i capelli sul letto e un foro sul tovagliolo. Ho riferito al personale via LINE (in Taiwan usano principalmente LINE per comunicare). Si sono prese rapidamente azioni e si sono offerti di cambiare le lastre e di pulire la stanza. Quando sono rimasto per una settimana, hanno organizzato un soggiorno il giorno 4 della mia stanza. La prova del suono non è la migliore, ma se necessario, sono forniti in camera. È stato inverno a Taiwan quando ero lì, quindi avere una doccia calda è importante e l'acqua calda è disponibile. Mi piace che ci sia un distributore d'acqua a ogni livello di camera, le gallerie di rubinetto e di riciclaggio sono situati fuori, quindi è conveniente. La posizione dell'hotel è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Taichung. Se si portano bagagli grandi, consigliate di prendere un Uber. È vicino a una strada centrale (yizhong Street) dove si possono trovare molti negozi, cibo, ecc. Dal centro commerciale, tagliando attraverso il parco spaziale aperto, si sarà nella zona commerciale. Come una donna che viaggia da soli, all'inizio ero un po' preoccupata per la posizione del centro commerciale. L'ingresso al centro commerciale è in una strada accanto a un bar di bistro. È necessario la carta di accesso per entrare nel centro commerciale, quindi si trova, assicurarsi che sia chiuso dopo l'ingresso. Il desk front opera solo dalle 11:00 alle 10:30. C'è un numero di telefono di emergenza per chiamare il servizio post-hour. L'uso di LINE per comunicare con loro è facile. C'è un caffè vicino al centro commerciale dove si può avere colazione con sconti mostrando la carta della camera. Se si desidera viaggiare in posti, ci sono molti autobus. Se non, è facile ottenere Uber. Per la prima volta, il viaggiatore a Taichung non sa che il carta da toletta non può essere gettato nella vasca da toletta, quindi è buono avere un segno per dimostrarlo. We traveled to Taiwan with our family and stayed at Suye Hotel for four days, booking four rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The room design was also very beautiful and well thought out. Thank you for helping us make our experience in Taiwan even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate it!

A Taichung, il Tea Way Hotel ha un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione è molto conveniente. Ci sono molti negozi di comodità, ristoranti e attrazioni popolari vicino, che hanno reso il nostro viaggio ancora più piacevole. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con un letto confortevole che ci ha aiutato a riposare bene dopo un giorno pieno di visione.

Stayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away. The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream. Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery. Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

Everything regarding this hotel is perfect. Did not expect to have a nice view of Taichung Rail and hidden from busy main road. Honestly, the room have a good soundproof system and they clean your room well. Free breakfast at cafe right next to the lobby and need to select before 11am. Hope can make it here again in Taichung!

Room was clean and amenities were ample, bed is comfortable and location is convenient. But I didn't like that the shower hot water wasn't always hot, especially on the morning of my check out day :( Also, the room lights control panel was a little too bright making it hard to get total darkness for sleep in the room.

Assistance is barely available. I stayed there 5 nights and went in and out of the hotel multiple times everyday but I only saw the receptionist at the front desk once when I checked in. I called a few times the front desk from my room but it is answered also only once. I eventually complained to the receptionist when she eventually showed up knowing I’m furious at the lobby. Upon communication, I got to know that one single receptionist is responsible for assisting the entire hotel having roughly 100 rooms while serving the reception role. How stingy the management can be?! Overloading a frontline staff with frontline communication and room services?! This is especially frustrating when I need help to fix the WiFi as a business traveller staying in a business hotel. The WiFi is instable and dropped off twice within half an hour on 2 days, which is a disaster for my real-time work. The receptionist did try her best to spend 45 mins to help, which I appreciate, but the hotel needs a better router and/or network provider. Eventually I used my own internet data instead. How pricy! The plug can’t charge my phone. Overnight, the battery goes from 7% to only 40%. The mat has a lot of stain on it. It doesn’t smell but looks unpleasant.
