Hotel 3 stelle a Taichung

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico all'Hotel Si! Le docce avevano acqua calda costante e una forte pressione, e ci hanno persino fornito degli adattatori da viaggio. I distributori d'acqua su ogni piano erano puliti e comodi. La hall era spaziosa, luminosa e splendidamente decorata con molte piante. Tuttavia, un aspetto importante da notare: la nostra camera aveva un balcone, ma il bagno si trovava all'esterno, proprio sul balcone. Questo può essere scomodo, soprattutto di notte o in inverno, quando bisogna fare qualche passo al freddo per tornare in camera dopo la doccia. Il letto Sealy era comodissimo, ma la coperta non era delle migliori. Il copripiumino continuava a spostarsi a causa dei lacci allentati, lasciando degli spazi vuoti all'interno. La TV era grande e aveva YouTube e Netflix, ma era piuttosto lenta: forse Haier non è la migliore marca di televisori. Di positivo c'è che la posizione è fantastica! Nelle vicinanze si trovano un ottimo centro massaggi e un locale con musica dal vivo. Detto questo, la rigida politica di check-in alle 16:00 può causare lunghe code, e il parcheggio è limitato a soli cinque posti all'esterno, anche se esistono delle alternative. Un piccolo suggerimento: l'hotel potrebbe valutare l'idea di cambiare nome in ”Hotel Xi” invece di ”Hotel Si”, poiché ”Si” significa ”morire” in mandarino, il che rappresenta un tabù culturale per gli ospiti cinesi. Nel complesso, è una buona opzione se il prezzo è giusto. La separazione dei bagni è stata un grosso svantaggio per me, ma la comodità della posizione compensa ampiamente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

La stanza è a 2 livelli vicino al lobby, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a piedi anche a molte attrazioni. Il bagno era freddo con 2 bagni e 2 bagni separati. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Ci sono 5 letti in totale sufficienti per un totale di 12 persone. Anche se lo spazio libero può essere limitato a ospitare molti bagagli. Può tenere i vestiti nello spazio di sicurezza (dove il coperchio e la coperta erano originariamente tenuti). In particolare, ci piace la selezione gratuita delle bevande disponibili nell'area di lobby. There’s free washing available with dryer only for TWD 10 for 20mins (which is so much cheaper than Taipei). Un bel sollecito per rimanere :)

Poiché le attività dell'azienda sono vicine, l'unico hotel nella zona circostante è Qike Zhongshan. L'arredamento mi ha fatto sentire stabile, confortevole e ben progettato. Quando ho fatto il check-in, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso di essere trasferito in una camera quadrupla il 9 piano dell'edificio più alto con soggiorno. È stato molto comodo per noi avere spuntini e cuscini a tarda notte. Ho dormito meglio dell'Heyuan Mitsui Garden Hotel Quando ho fatto il check-out, ho chiacchierato con l'addetto alla reception e ho descritto l'arredamento di ogni stanza come lo stile di un designer diverso, ho pensato che fosse molto interessante e fantastico.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, location is within 5mins walking distance to Family Mart, different eateries and bus-stops. It is also within 15mins walking distance to Yizhong Street. The only possible negative I can think about is that you will have to shower in the bath tub (there's no separate showering area outside of the tub), which may not be suitable for elderlies. Other than that, we really loved the relaxing ambience of the hotel. Would recommend.

A Taichung, il Tea Way Hotel ha un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione è molto conveniente. Ci sono molti negozi di comodità, ristoranti e attrazioni popolari vicino, che hanno reso il nostro viaggio ancora più piacevole. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con un letto confortevole che ci ha aiutato a riposare bene dopo un giorno pieno di visione.

Vicino al mercato notturno di Yizhong e molti buoni ristoranti. Anche vicino a molte fermate di autobus. Viaggiavo solo in autobus quando sono rimasto a Taichung e era così conveniente. Anche se la mia stanza non è spaziosa, è pulito e confortevole rimanere. Il bagno viene portato fuori ogni giorno. È disponibile un distributore d'acqua vicino all'ascensore che gli ospiti possono usare. Il personale dell'hotel è anche molto bello.

excellent service by all staff; all smiley and ready to help. the free meals were such a bonus and god sent as some days we got too busy with our itinerary and didn’t have time to eat so we would go back to hotel for supper. although the menu was the same everyday, we didn’t mind as the quality was quite decent and there were varieties. the water pressure was the best! bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, smart tv, quick resolution service by technicians when we couldn’t connect to the room wifi. overall would recommend! there’s also a massage service with discount for room guests; quite mediocre but for the price ok la.

Room was clean and amenities were ample, bed is comfortable and location is convenient. But I didn't like that the shower hot water wasn't always hot, especially on the morning of my check out day :( Also, the room lights control panel was a little too bright making it hard to get total darkness for sleep in the room.

Assistance is barely available. I stayed there 5 nights and went in and out of the hotel multiple times everyday but I only saw the receptionist at the front desk once when I checked in. I called a few times the front desk from my room but it is answered also only once. I eventually complained to the receptionist when she eventually showed up knowing I’m furious at the lobby. Upon communication, I got to know that one single receptionist is responsible for assisting the entire hotel having roughly 100 rooms while serving the reception role. How stingy the management can be?! Overloading a frontline staff with frontline communication and room services?! This is especially frustrating when I need help to fix the WiFi as a business traveller staying in a business hotel. The WiFi is instable and dropped off twice within half an hour on 2 days, which is a disaster for my real-time work. The receptionist did try her best to spend 45 mins to help, which I appreciate, but the hotel needs a better router and/or network provider. Eventually I used my own internet data instead. How pricy! The plug can’t charge my phone. Overnight, the battery goes from 7% to only 40%. The mat has a lot of stain on it. It doesn’t smell but looks unpleasant.
