Hotel con balcone a Taichung

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno all'Enjoy Hotel e anche quest'anno ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino a negozi e ristoranti, e dista circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dal mercato notturno di Fengjia. I servizi dell'hotel, tra cui la palestra, gli spazi comuni, i ristoranti e la sala per i pediluvi, meritano sicuramente di essere provati. In sintesi, per un hotel a quattro stelle, offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione e gli spuntini di mezzanotte sono ottimi, ma spero che in futuro ci sia più varietà nell'offerta!

Best resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

Free breakfast included. Hotsprings ♨️ access included. Fish foot spa included. Room is okay. Convenient location near the Guguan Station, Guguan Center, Guguan Visitor Center, Family Mart and restos. Basically next to the river, and the suspension bridge that can lead you to the Shaolai Trail to Pojinjia Trail. No soundproofing. Request for river view, too. Bring swimming attire for hotspring access, swimming cap, too.

Poiché le attività dell'azienda sono vicine, l'unico hotel nella zona circostante è Qike Zhongshan. L'arredamento mi ha fatto sentire stabile, confortevole e ben progettato. Quando ho fatto il check-in, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso di essere trasferito in una camera quadrupla il 9 piano dell'edificio più alto con soggiorno. È stato molto comodo per noi avere spuntini e cuscini a tarda notte. Ho dormito meglio dell'Heyuan Mitsui Garden Hotel Quando ho fatto il check-out, ho chiacchierato con l'addetto alla reception e ho descritto l'arredamento di ogni stanza come lo stile di un designer diverso, ho pensato che fosse molto interessante e fantastico.

It was a nice stay at Kloud hotel! Checking in was a breeze, fully automated yet simple. We reached relatively early, but thankful for a staff who passed by and help us to store our luggages before our check in timing. Level 1 has an empty lounge which is available 24hrs. You can chill there or microwave your 7-11 meals

Sono felice di aver scelto questo Inn. ci piace tutto e tutti lavorano lì. abbiamo avuto un buon lavoro perché la nostra prenotazione è venuta con colazione incluso. anche se la colazione non è grande, la signora mannando il caffè è così amichevole e attento, Si accerta che riempia la scala per i prossimi ospiti a mangiare. Era in piedi vicino all'ingresso e aiutato fermò la porta chiudendo il mio anziano! Siamo così grati per la sua attenzione ai dettagli. c'è una marcia di famiglia accanto al Inn. e quando dovevo andare a un medico, il personale di contropartita mi ha aiutato & mi ha diretto a qualche clinica solo una pietra gettare via dal Inn. Sono anche molto impressionato da una giovane donna che si occupa di casa, le ho detto di non preparare la mia stanza, ma di mandare sei cose nella mia stanza, e lei ricorda di cuore queste sei cose e ha portato nella mia stanza esattamente quello che mi serviva.

Everything regarding this hotel is perfect. Did not expect to have a nice view of Taichung Rail and hidden from busy main road. Honestly, the room have a good soundproof system and they clean your room well. Free breakfast at cafe right next to the lobby and need to select before 11am. Hope can make it here again in Taichung!

E' stata la mia prima visita a Taiwan con la famiglia e gli amici. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole per 5 notti. La posizione è conveniente per andare in giro, che ha reso il nostro viaggio molto più piacevole. Le camere erano ben attrezzate e soddisfatte tutte le mie esigenze, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e soddisfacente. Una piccola proposta sarebbe quella di fornire un paio di ancoraggi in camera, perché sarebbe utile per un soggiorno più lungo. Grazie speciali al personale, signor Li (Lee), quando era in servizio per il servizio frontale, era estremamente utile durante il nostro soggiorno e sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. In generale, ho avuto una grande esperienza e mi riferirei certamente a restare qui di nuovo.

Il prezzo è basso. Il valore del CP pulito della stanza è molto alto 24 ore. Sono disponibili anche persone che aiutano a soggiornare a metà notte. Il programma di soggiorno è anche molto veloce dal mercato notturno di Chenqiao e molto vicino a camminare può essere super conveniente.
