The hotel location is very convenient, right beside the Taichung Train Station. When we were there, there was a nice Christmas market beside. But the area also have quite a few homeless people sleeping around, just be careful where you step when you are out and about the area. The hotel room is fine but there's a cigarette smell in the toilet for the time we were there. The hotel is great for family with kids since they have a playground inside. We loved that they have a laundry room in the basement for us to wash and dry our clothes (20 twd for 30 mins wash, 20 twd for 40 mins dry).

Location is excellent, a lot of food/restaurant nearby, and 10 mins walk from a decent mall if you are not a fan of street food/ local diner.
The kid playhouse is good for draining extra energy (if your kid still has after a day out).

Spacious room with two seated sofa and bathtub. Room filled with Colourful cartoon characters. Room has free snacks, candy and Coca-cola for kids to enjoy. Hotel even facilitates with two storeys tall tunnel slides and two children playroom. Highly recommended for children to stay.

Came here with family. Hotel location was very good , right next to Taichung train station. However the lift was a big concern. There is only one lift for the whole hotel with 12 floors. Our room was located on the 11th floor and we had to walk down 11 floors most of the time, because it took soooo long to wait for the lift. Otherwise, things were basic and it has what it needs to have .
