Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

This is best hotel in Taichung port area. The room rates are higher as compare to other hotels nearby but good service. Excellent breakfast.

La stanza è grande con un bagno dentro. Tuttavia ho visto un piccolo piccolo uomo in una delle mie stanze prenotate. Questo mi fa paura. Le piscine esterne sono buone e pulite. Il colazione mattina non è male. Molte scelte. Rimango in letto matrimoniale. Il letto è così grande e pulito. Continuerò a raccomandare di rimanere ancora :)

Grande per il viaggio di famiglia. Il servizio della stanza era soddisfacente e molto veloce. Quando entrammo nella nostra stanza al terzo piano, notammo che la dimensione dei pantaloncini forniti era troppo grande. Per sorpresa, si occuparono quasi immediatamente del problema. Darò il servizio cinque stelle. Per quanto riguarda la piscina, la qualità dell'acqua è anche abbastanza buona per i bambini di 6-12 età. IVA, grazie per il servizio della piscina. Ci hanno dato farmaci per mordere mosquito in emergenza. Sicuramente raccomandato per il viaggio di famiglia.

We were allowed to stay in the same room without hassle for this extension of stay due to adverse weather conditions. Very helpful staff at the front desk and concierge.

Location is great! Theres a taxi stop/line right in front of the hotel. There’s so many things to do and explore around the hotel, the kids love it. We enjoy the breakfast buffet too! We would like to stay there again next time!

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

Oggi è solo la sera del giorno del padre. Abbiamo scelto di cenare con il padre di Fuhua.Dopo aver mangiato, andiamo a una strada centrale secondo le istruzioni del signore della regina per vendere la sua tasca di seconda mano e comprare altri gioielli aggiuntivi!Tornate a casa di gioielli per cena di sera! Finalmente siamo arrivati all'inizio delle nove della sera per notare un lungo hotel classico di giù. Anche se è in direzione di salire, deve in realtà passare dalla strada sud e sud della Cinquestra!Stasera c'è un evento di premio, ho raggiunto un pallone gialle, e posso tornare a 600 yuan per il costo di giù. Viviamo in un livello paziente, e'anche un piccolo tentativo di vedere il guaio!La nostra stanza è in posizione migliore al bordo, e penso che abbia un senso di crescita ㄟ!Mi piace molto la forma della serie bianca, più 65 chips di TV super grande, e facciamo vedere il film molto felice! La stanza è ancora abbastanza semplice, ci dovrebbero essere dei biscotti!Spero che ci sia una goccia di zuppa di carne di bovino e di farina!Oggi sono andato molto, quindi mi piace anche il suo massaggio, e'molto comodo! La sera ho visto due film vale la pena tornare al prezzo del biglietto, e poi ho visto un altro bell'amore il mattino dopo.La mattina ho appena fatto la colazione con il topo. Il cinese è riso con piatti. Il stile occidentale è un hamburger con le gambe di pollo. Inoltre, due tazze di tè, ho completato il delizioso momento della mattina! Poi è una follia fotografare, lasciare una foto bella e bella per la regina e la regina, e finire questa parte felice di camminare sul potere sud!
