I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

La stanza è a 2 livelli vicino al lobby, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a piedi anche a molte attrazioni. Il bagno era freddo con 2 bagni e 2 bagni separati. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Ci sono 5 letti in totale sufficienti per un totale di 12 persone. Anche se lo spazio libero può essere limitato a ospitare molti bagagli. Può tenere i vestiti nello spazio di sicurezza (dove il coperchio e la coperta erano originariamente tenuti). In particolare, ci piace la selezione gratuita delle bevande disponibili nell'area di lobby. There’s free washing available with dryer only for TWD 10 for 20mins (which is so much cheaper than Taipei). Un bel sollecito per rimanere :)

L’esperienza generale era molto migliore di quanto ci aspettava. Eravamo stati in modo generoso sorpresi dall’intera stanza e dalla stanza fornita. Eravamo completamente confortevoli con le strutture e la posizione. Le foto erano innegabili e sicuramente ritorneranno.

La struttura è molto conveniente, a pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus che vi porta al lago Sun Moon. La camera è anche molto grande, ma solo una questione che avevo avuto era che non avevano fornito sapone nel bagno, quindi ho usato il gel di doccia quando dovevo lavarmi le mani, ma è un errore molto minore.

Chance hotel is very near train station n amenities. Room is also clean n the staff are very friendly. Will book again.

Il servizio è eccellente per tutti i dipendenti; tutti sorridenti e pronti ad aiutare. I pasti gratuiti erano come un bonus e Dio inviato come alcuni giorni abbiamo avuto troppo occupato con il nostro itinerario e non avevamo tempo per mangiare, quindi andiamo a cena all'hotel. anche se il menu era lo stesso Ogni giorno, non ci importava perché la qualità era abbastanza decente e ci erano varietà. La pressione dell'acqua era la migliore! Il letto era comodo, l'aria condizionata era fredda, la TV intelligente, il servizio di risoluzione rapida da parte dei tecnici quando non potevamo collegare alla camera wifi. There's also a massage service with discount for room guests; quite medium but for the price ok la.

Poiché le attività dell'azienda sono vicine, l'unico hotel nella zona circostante è Qike Zhongshan. L'arredamento mi ha fatto sentire stabile, confortevole e ben progettato. Quando ho fatto il check-in, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso di essere trasferito in una camera quadrupla il 9 piano dell'edificio più alto con soggiorno. È stato molto comodo per noi avere spuntini e cuscini a tarda notte. Ho dormito meglio dell'Heyuan Mitsui Garden Hotel Quando ho fatto il check-out, ho chiacchierato con l'addetto alla reception e ho descritto l'arredamento di ogni stanza come lo stile di un designer diverso, ho pensato che fosse molto interessante e fantastico.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, location is within 5mins walking distance to Family Mart, different eateries and bus-stops. It is also within 15mins walking distance to Yizhong Street. The only possible negative I can think about is that you will have to shower in the bath tub (there's no separate showering area outside of the tub), which may not be suitable for elderlies. Other than that, we really loved the relaxing ambience of the hotel. Would recommend.

I love the whole vibe of the hotel where it give off this rustic industrial look but the interior of the room is really nice. Front desk was super accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our room but the initial upgraded room was not to our liking and they kindly suggested another room for us to have a look first before we decide on it. we were able to check in an hour earlier as well and was able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out and return back later to collect. overall an amazing experience with SOF hotel and would definitely come back to stay when im in taichung again

Proprio fuori dalla fermata dell'autobus, dove abbiamo preso il numero 19 per visitare il Palazzo Occidentale. Inoltre, abbiamo preso il 9018 per raggiungere il centro storico di Lukang dal Museo dei Dinosauri e dal Giardino Botanico. Il tutto a pochi passi dal 7-11 e nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti. La camera era ok per noi. Il bagno era pulito. C'è una lavanderia al quinto piano, sia il lavaggio che l'asciugatura costano 50 dollari l'una. Siamo molto soddisfatti della posizione e della tranquillità dell'hotel. Bello e confortevole.
