CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

GGeraldLim1Il doccia aveva acqua calda e pressione forte, e anche forniva adattatori di viaggio. Il lobby era spazioso, aperto e bellissimo decorato con molte piante. Tuttavia, una cosa importante da notare è che la nostra camera aveva un balcone, e il bagno era situato fuori, che può essere scomodo, soprattutto alla notte o in inverno quando si deve prendere qualche passo freddo in camera dopo una doccia. Il letto Sealy era molto comodo, ma il cappello non era il migliore. La copertura del duvet si è mantenuta in movimento a causa di legami liberi, che lasciavano spazi vuoti all’interno. La TV era grande e aveva YouTube e Netflix, ma era piuttosto laggi forse Haier non è la migliore marca per la TV. Il centro di Wi-Fi è un centro storico, un centro storico e un centro storico. Ciò detto, la rigorosa politica di check-in delle 4 PM può portare a lunghe coda, e il parcheggio è limitato a solo cinque punti all'esterno, anche se sono disponibili alternative. Un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe voler considerare la rimarcazione come ”Hotel Xi” invece di ”Hotel Si”, come ”Si” significa ”morire” in Mandarin, che è un tabù culturale per gli ospiti cinesi. In generale, è una scelta decente se il prezzo è giusto. Il set separato di toletta è stato un enorme svantaggio per me, ma la comodità della posizione lo compongono. Pensavo di rimanere di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteA circa 5-10 min passeggiata dalla stazione ferroviaria di Taichung. Vicino alla famosa Miyahara. Il colazione è di base ma sufficiente. Il doccia calda talvolta prende per riscaldare ma ancora buona esp durante l'inverno. Il personale è molto attento e amichevole. Le strutture comprendono gioco da tavolo, lavanderia e anche biblioteca. Molto raccomandato.

EEd TanMore for budget travellers, it's a decent stay for that price however cleanliness of the room was undesirable with dormant dust lingering since the moment we stepped in and persisted after a request to make up the rooms. Overall location was great but the room, bed and environment makes one very very itchy. Room is quite small but at least there is a communal area for eating takeout.

OOtautahianHo scelto questo hotel perché è a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione Taichung. Ci sono molti posti da mangiare nelle vicinanze, tra cui il famoso posto di crema di ghiaccio Miyahara. La stanza di lavanderia ha due lavastoviglie e due asciugamani. Ho scelto una stanza senza finestre, era una grande dimensione per una persona, e non potevo sentire i miei vicini.

UUtente anonimoStayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away. The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream. Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery. Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

NNuntaL'alloggio è vicino alla stazione TRA Taichung e offre un prezzo ragionevole con colazione inclusa. Tuttavia, la camera è molto piccola e non ha posto per appendere i vestiti nel bagno. All'esterno c'è solo un cappello corto e stretto che può tenere circa quattro pezzi di abbigliamento. Il colazione è medio in gusto ma piuttosto grasso. Inoltre, il personale della zona del colazione non sembrava molto accogliente.

UUtente ospiteThis is our first time to make an accommodation in this hotel for my family trip with my granddaughter.  We came there earlier before 16:00 in Jan 2, 2026. I asked an earlier checking around 14:40 but the girl who seated in the front desk said there system is not working yet and request me to wait in the lobby. In Jan 2, 2026, the weather of Taichung is not so well, windy all the day. I have to asked Trip Agent to coordinate this earlier check in for me but it took me around 50 minutes to get permission for earlier check in after received a phone call from Trip. This is first impression. I request one more blanket for my granddaughter, the receptionist said it was charged but I never noted this when I made my reservation. It looks this hotel will charge most when you have extra demand. It is Ok but I never see a list price for this kind of extra service. One more strage thing, I need to book my breakfast schedule. It using a time frame for different customer because the room inner space is not big enough. We have to seat in the outside close space without air-condintioned area. It is pretty chilly outside. Furthermore, this is not dinning ware for children to have at all. Very strange management. The room facilities is out one date as well. The toilet waste is very simple and floor carpet is dirty also. The comforter cover does not tie up and The comforter is very easily fall out of cover in the midnight and make sleep quality poor.

UUtente anonimoIl personale della reception ha gentilmente menzionato al momento del check-in che era possibile noleggiare un repellente per zanzare, grazie alle piante, il che è stato un bel gesto. Le piante e il design nella hall e nell'atrio erano bellissimi. La camera non era grande, ma la pulizia era pessima. Anche quando non la usavo, c'erano tre chiazze di capelli lunghi nel water e nella doccia (l'ospite era un uomo con i capelli corti). Anche la testiera del letto era molto impolverata. Quando mi sono lamentato con il personale della reception al momento del check-out, mi hanno dato solo una risposta superficiale, il che è stato molto deludente. Lo scarico della doccia era difettoso; l'acqua traboccava durante le docce normali. Onestamente, non ci tornerei.
