Hotel 3 stelle a Hangzhou

La lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

My brother had stayed at an atour in beijing before, that's why we decided on this chain. Unfortunately rooms don't look as displayed online - our first room was quite small, hence expensive for given price, we changed it as the room was quite loud facing the main street and realised there was some renovations going on in the building which we weren't informed about when given the room keys. Service was perfect, receptions and workers were attentive and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got a new room which was bigger and had a better cut, unfortunately the drainage smelled like pee and even pouring shampoo in and cleaning it with hot water didn't help. We didn't report it to the reception as we were too lazy and exhausted to change again or make a fuss. The amenities also look a bit on the lower end and don't fit to atour's reputation of being a premium brand. Though it offers nice breakfast and the location is just a 10mins walk away from hefang street and 10-15mins to west lake. Street itself where atour is located at offers a variety to eat and shop. Beside of the drainage and amenities, our experience was a bit dulled, given the price

Questo hotel in riva al Lago dell'Ovest offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Innanzitutto, la posizione è eccellente: basta attraversare la strada per essere sul lungolago (zona commerciale Hubin Yintai). In secondo luogo, le camere sono piuttosto spaziose (anche se i gradini in ogni stanza sono un po' insoliti, le luci a sensore aiutano, ma non è l'ideale per le sedie a rotelle). Poi, l'hotel offre alcuni servizi a valore aggiunto come lavanderia self-service, esperienza Hanfu e esperienza di pittura su ventaglio. C'è anche un frigorifero con congelatore e alla partenza ci hanno dato un piccolo omaggio (foto 5), un tocco davvero premuroso. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

Un posto davvero caratteristico. La camera è molto bella e spaziosa. Ottimo per rilassarsi e prendersi del tempo per sé. La posizione è proprio sopra via 满觉陇, quindi arrivare in auto o con un Didi può richiedere un po' di attesa. È stato più facile prendere un'auto, scendere alla base e risalire a piedi. Detto questo, molte delle attrazioni sono a soli 10-15 minuti di Didi. Ciò significa anche che ci sono tantissime opzioni per mangiare a un minuto o due di distanza. L'hotel offre dessert ogni sera e la colazione è ricca di scelta. Il personale è molto attento. Mi hanno chiesto un paio di volte se desideravo una colazione diversa da quella in menù, perché non avevo praticamente toccato nulla. Ma in realtà era perché non mangio molto la mattina. C'era anche un servizio di lavanderia gratuito! Inoltre, è stata offerta una lezione gratuita sulla preparazione del tè, davvero istruttiva! Nel complesso, la posizione è ideale, nel cuore delle attrazioni ma al contempo lontana dal caos cittadino.

provides free transport to the airport, which was only 10mins away - very convenient for those looking for a place to crash before an early flight! the room floor felt sticky but luckily there were hotel room slippers. the room was huge with a huge vanity area + mirror with lights. super comfy bedding and duvet + projector but we couldnt watch anyth thanks to china’s network hahahah it would have been great if we could access n**f*** and d**n**+ 😅 o

This is actually a great place to stay if you are transiting from one location to the next. I arrived early in the morning and needed to fly out at 7:30pm. The rooms are clean and quite and the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. Oh...also the taxi driver dropped me at the wrong hotel when I arrived in the morning. Han Ting Premium Hotel sent their driver over to get me, I thought that was very nice, as the location where I was incorrectly dropped...well let's just say I might have been standing at the curb trying to hail a taxi for a long time and was in no mood for that after a long trip. A great value for the money. Great place to shower and shave, take a nap, or just rest up a bit-before you continue on your way.

All'hotel pieno di esperienza, nessun servizio, igiene e strutture dicono che è comodo come a casa sua, e anche il negozio turistico è vicino. Il lago Silver Tae è vicino. Il lago occidentale è anche dietro l'hotel per qualche minuto. La linea della metropolitana numero uno raggiunge direttamente l'hotel per tre minuti. È molto soddisfatto 👍

Per esigenze di base. L'accento di questo appartamento non è la stanza, ma la posizione. L'edificio è vicino al lago e nella strada shopping. Possiamo tornare fuori dal venerdì per riposare facilmente. La ricezione dell'appartamento è al 9° piano. È un po' difficile per gli stranieri trovarlo, poiché la maggior parte dei segni non sono in inglese.
