Hotel con colazione a Hangzhou

Questo è un buon hotel in una posizione comoda. Il personale è stato straordinariamente proattivo, ci hanno persino aiutato con il bucato prima che potessimo chiedere informazioni. E il loro servizio è stato impeccabile: quando ho dimenticato un indumento, mi hanno subito aiutato a ritrovarlo e hanno organizzato la spedizione. Un servizio davvero eccellente che apprezzo molto.

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

La lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

La camera d'albergo era silenziosa e pulita, con un intenso profumo floreale piacevole alla vista. Il personale della reception era cordiale, attento e disponibile; tutti i membri dello staff erano gentili e cordiali. Un pollice in su! Prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo qui la prossima volta.

Ho visitato la famiglia e ci siamo davvero divertiti.Abbiamo prenotato una villa a due camere e la prenotazione è venuta con quattro classi gratuite: la cerimonia del tè, il bagno sonoro, la passeggiata forestale e il yoga. Ci siamo solo uniti alla cerimonia del tè e al bagno sonoro, ma ci siamo davvero divertiti entrambi. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha servito cibo vegano, quindi abbiamo trovato un ristorante vicino all'hotel, il cibo era buono e a soli 5 minuti di auto dall'hotel. Il letto era molto comodo e tutti abbiamo dormito bene. La posizione è perfettamente buona se si guida, ma immagino che sarebbe un po' difficile ottenere attraverso il trasporto pubblico.

Here’s a polished review you can post: I recently stayed at VOCO Hotel at Thousand Island Lake over the weekend, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with amazing scenery around the lake. The rooms were spotless, the staff were warm and professional, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was also one of the highlights — a great variety of food and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. However, there were a few things I found disappointing. Trip advertises several “free gift coupons,” but in reality they mostly feel like a strategy to encourage you to spend more money rather than actual complimentary benefits. It was a bit misleading. Another thing that felt excessive was the hotel photo service. They give you only 3 free pictures, and if you want additional ones, they charge ¥80 per extra photo, which I honestly find quite exorbitant for simple pictures. Aside from these issues, the hotel experience itself was wonderful, and I would still recommend it for the cleanliness, location, service, and overall comfort.

Buona struttura, ben decorata, servizi funzionali. Colazione nella media, puo' essere migliorata. Posizione molto centrale vicino al lago, la fermata della metropolitana Longxiangqiao- la più vicina 10 min a piedi - molto affollata in ingresso, in ore di punta meglio usarne un'altra anche se piu' lontana. Il traffico in centro sempre molto intenso a qualsiasi ora. Nel mio caso - camera con vista parziale del lago- anche se la vista non era bella la camera era buona, letto comodo, servizi buoni. Qualità/prezzo buono. Hotel consigliabile. .

Il nostro soggiorno al Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou è stato così memorabile e assolutamente magnifico che i momenti salienti rimangono vividi, nitidi e incredibilmente emozionanti. Da amanti del tè, sarebbe stato meraviglioso tornare nelle foreste di latifoglie con i loro aceri rossi e i ginkgo giallo brillante che esaltavano i colori autunnali, circondando le piantagioni di tè Longjing (Pozzo del Drago) curate nei minimi dettagli, immerse nella tranquillità delle colline, così vicine al resort – proprio di fronte, dall'altra parte della strada, per la precisione! Tuttavia, la gioia del nostro viaggio è stata amplificata dal soggiorno al Landison. Il personale è stato assolutamente fantastico! Un servizio eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie all'aiuto di un traduttore telefonico, Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (spero che il suo nome sia scritto correttamente!) e Chris ci hanno offerto un'assistenza paziente, attenta e scrupolosa, dimostrando premura e calore, rispondendo con attenzione alle nostre numerose domande quotidiane su dove andare, cosa fare, come arrivare e tornare indietro. (Siamo stati entusiasti di utilizzare l'eccellente rete di trasporti pubblici a Hangzhou e dintorni. L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata di due linee principali. C'era così tanta cucina vegetariana fresca, deliziosa e interessante che non riusciamo a elencare tutti i piatti dell'ampio buffet. Il personale di sala è stato assolutamente incredibile, con la sua attenzione raffinata, scrupolosa e completa. Il responsabile di sala Xu è diventato un nostro caro e indimenticabile amico, offrendoci dolcezza, premura e conforto personali durante tutta la nostra visita. Non potemmo fare a meno di sentirci dispiaciuti quando non la vedemmo il giorno prima della partenza. Quando tornammo in hotel la sera e la scorgemmo attraverso la finestra della sala da pranzo, entrammo per salutarla e si creò una connessione magica, di quelle che solo i viaggi intorno al mondo possono offrire, quando la distanza tra due culture così diverse scompare sotto il bagliore della gentilezza, del calore e della connessione umana. Ci ha regalato una gioia così straordinaria che ci è dispiaciuto molto doverla salutare. Quando tradusse dal suo cellulare ”non vediamo l'ora di rivedervi”, sorridemmo ampiamente e annuimmo con speranza in segno di assenso. Tra i piacevoli extra, ci fu la consegna serale di una delicata e nutriente zuppa di funghi bianchi per riscaldarci e aiutarci a dormire, una specialità della struttura. Era gustosa e nutriente ogni giorno! Il personale delle pulizie era affabile e cordiale, riconoscendo e apprezzando reciprocamente il rapporto umano! Inoltre, il personale del parcheggio ci ha accolto con allegria e gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno. Il nostro straordinario soggiorno al Landison è stato un'esperienza che ha messo in luce gli immensi benefici del viaggiare per il mondo, dove le barriere delle preoccupazioni e delle tensioni quotidiane possono svanire o addirittura scomparire, lasciando spazio a un'immersione profonda e trasformativa in un tempo e in un luogo diversi da quelli a cui siamo abituati. I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale very much. Dan at the reception was very friendly and did the check in quick and smooth. She arranged a higher floor room for me which I really appreciate. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel has also self service washing machines for guests in the basement floor, very convenient!
