"Hotel e servizio carino. È molto interessante perché i blocchi di edifici sono tra i residenti.
Abbiamo un aggiornamento gratuito in una camera più grande - letto di grande dimensione King e un letto singolo (alcunque come una suite junior, camera familiare maternità) con un enorme bagno (duccia + WC) e un bagno.
Servizio & camera è favoloso. 10/10.
La nostra stanza è al secondo piano, essi hv butler per effettuare il bagaglio. 24/7 servizio.
Ha una zona di accoglienza v Pretty.
Era davvero freddo, ma ha un grande sistema di riscaldamento nella nostra stanza.(Prima di marzo ancora freddo)

"Hotel molto elegante con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La hall è molto ampia e con dei bei divani su cui sedersi. La posizione della struttura è comoda perché non solo si trova vicino alla stazione della metro ma con una passeggiata di venti minuti arrivi ad una delle sponde del West Lake. La camera è abbastanza grande ed era molto pulita e lo era anche il bagno. I prodotti per la doccia presenti in bagno avevano un ottimo profumo. Dentro l'hotel accanto agli ascensori c'è un negozietto sempre aperto per comprare prodotti alimentari.
Attenzione: questo hotel prima della consegna della camera ha voluto una cauzione di circa 45 euro non pubblicizzata sulla sezione del regolamento del sito nonostante avessi già pagato in anticipo l'intera somma."

NNan0102Questa volta è stata una bellissima esperienza soggiornare alla West Lake State Guesthouse. Era l'autunno dorato e l'odore dell'osmanto nel cortile era particolarmente piacevole.
Durante il mio soggiorno, GRO Xiao Wu e Xiao Diao sono stati molto cordiali Mi hanno contattato telefonicamente in anticipo Sapendo che stavo portando fuori gli anziani a giocare, avrebbero organizzato la stanza in modo speciale. UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

SStacey BongWe really enjoyed the hotel stay so much. Theres free pickup service from the high speed rail.The room is spacious and clean. The staff members here are also very helpful. Washing machines and dryers are available. Breakfast selection is great. Supper and afternoon tea were provided as well. Will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we come Hangzhou.

UUtente anonimoIn generale, è stato un buon soggiorno, non aspettare standard giapponesi. A quanto pare hanno avuto un periodo di apertura morbido e appena aperto il 15 aprile. Puoi vedere che le cose non funzionano ancora così bene, trip.com mostra che il spa deve essere prenotato un giorno in anticipo, ma su WeChat hanno detto che non sono necessarie prenotazioni e possiamo usare in qualsiasi momento. Il secondo giorno volevamo usare il bagno la seconda volta, e fu detto da un personale che non potevamo usarlo di nuovo, di cui ci siamo confusi.
Il bagno aveva una vista spettacolare, ma la piscina all'aperto aveva mangiato in modo strano la metà e le mele rotte che galleggiavano intorno. Dopo aver parlato con il personale del bagno, dissero che era per scopi estetici e gli ospiti devono averli mangiati senza saperlo. Le preoccupanti norme di igiene 😨, oltre a quella igiene generale, sembrano essere buone.
Tutte le camere hanno il nostro giardino privato, quindi ci sono due porte, la principale porta in legno e poi la porta in vetro alla nostra stanza reale. La principale porta in legno si è rotta due volte - non potevamo chiudere (più come non hanno risolto completamente il problema per la prima volta), che ha sprecato il nostro tempo mentre dovevamo sederci intorno per vedere il personale di manutenzione che ha risolto la nostra porta.
La colazione era buona, ma la metà dei piatti erano troppo salinati per il mio gusto. Un miscuglio strano di piatti “ovest”, “giapponese” e cinesi. Più economico per comprare sul posto (168 yuan a partire da oggi).
Il servizio non era fino alla standard di un hotel di questo punto di prezzo. Il personale che ci ha accolto sembrava leggere da uno script, non potevamo sentire metà del tempo anche dopo averle chiesto di esprimere più chiaramente due volte. Sentivo che ci stavano monitorando più che prenderci cura di noi. Invece di “come posso aiutarvi?”, hanno risposto “cosa non va?” in due occasioni separate. Non credo che sia accettabile! Alcuni dipendenti non sanno bene gli ospiti.

PPaopaotang5588Come genitore di invio, ho scelto il più vicino hotel famoso. Xiao Jiaoo, la reception dell'atrio è molto entusiasta, il sorriso è molto infettivo. Quando vediamo che abbiamo chiesto di accogliere i frutti (buona qualità, frutta ad acqua sufficiente) per due notti, ci ricorda di dire quando l'hotel offre un parcheggio gratuito e ha bisogno di uscire. Appena sono entrati nella stanza, il direttore e il direttore sono entrati nel breve messaggio. La stanza è molto pulita. È molto conveniente guardare la TV online, non influenza completamente l'ufficio.Il letto è anche molto comodo, non molto morbido, proprio.Il colazione è al 16° piano, il colore è fresco e dinamico, e può anche vedere le montagne lontane, e l'atmosfera è molto buona. La colazione deve anche essere commentata. (buona qualità, molte varietà) sento che il caffè è buono. Mio marito è cinese, il mio colazione occidentale, Hilton ha pensato a tenere conto 👍 Non ci sono molti dipendenti di servizio, ma mi sento molto felice. YYorkshireIl personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

HhullaballooI cannot even begin to describe how happy this hotel made me — staying in banyan tree hangzhou was the highlight of our trip and I am SO relieved I didn’t let reviews complaining about the “cost effectiveness” or other trivial details like “no Dyson hairdryer” (i think there actually was) or “sliding door could not close properly” (it could), or “no smart toilet bowl” sway me from booking this hotel. It is incredible! My mom and I loved our stay here so much! Every square inch of the hotel was gorgeous. There’s few things in life more pleasurable than sitting in a beautiful jiangnan villa, watching the rain drizzle while eating fruits. We received complimentary longjing tea, fruits and desserts during our stay. The bed was also very comfortable — and absolutely enormous (see picture for reference).
Location - Nestled in beautiful Xixi wetlands, the hotel’s location is perfect for people looking to unwind. It’s great for visiting Xixi wetlands — Gao Zhuang and the surrounding tourist villages are stunning — but also a pretty good to go to the West Lake from. Xixi wetlands is not too far from the west lake, and it has the added benefit of allowing you to avoid the atrocious traffic that plague the West lake scenic area.
The breakfast was spectacular — a genuine high-quality spread that was fresh and delicious. My mom and I are picky eaters but enjoyed everything there.
The service was also impeccable. The reception and the buggy drivers were helpful and kind. Special thanks to 36设施 Mia Cui and Angel Song for making our stay so enjoyable ❤️ The service at breakfast was also great. Thanks to one of the uncles working at banyan tree (whom I shall not namej), I avoided scams and managed to buy authentic xihu longjing tea from the longjing village village committee 龙井村村委 — priceless advice. I’ve only ever received false recommendations from hotel staff (in other hotels) and from taxi drivers, and this is the first time I actually got solid honest advice on where to get authentic tea (which I verified with the government site on a QR code), so it definitely made my impression of staff quality at banyan tree even better.
We enjoyed the complimentary banyan tree incense and essential oils — and bought some home from the gift shop.
Room for improvement - the quality of the food on the boat ride we opted for could be improved. The boatman was really friendly but the ride in a small swamp was underwhelming, and it was unfortunate that the food could not save it or distract us from the underwhelming view. It is advisable to bring your own food and go to the inner reservoirs at the west lake (乌龟潭 route) to enjoy a more scenic 2 hour 摇橹船 boat ride there.
We considered this a perfect stay regardless. Next time I come back to hangzhou, I will stay here again.

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato qui molte volte, probabilmente a causa della festività del Primo Maggio. La gestione del garage è ancora un po' disordinata e mi sento un po' a disagio... spero che si possa migliorare. Poiché l'ultima volta la stanza accanto era rumorosa nel cuore della notte, questa volta sono andato alla reception e ho preso l'iniziativa di aggiornare la stanza. Il mio umore inizialmente irritabile era un po' migliore. Dopo aver soggiornato in tanti hotel lungo il lago, la posizione del Grand Hyatt è davvero la più invincibile!
