Camera: Nuovissima, elegante, accogliente e pulita. Colazione con ampia scelta.
Servizio: La nostra camera è stata ristrutturata di recente dalla Sig.ra 杨帮萍. Il resto del personale della reception e delle pulizie è disponibile e cortese.
Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno e un ringraziamento al team Mercure.

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

UUtente ospiteCamera splendida, super pulita, con grande personalità e fascino. Nella hall c’è sempre personale gentilissimo, acqua fresca/calda, caffè e té sempre disponibili. C’è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione. Il personale riceve anche i pacchi di taobao e i delivery.

UUtente ospiteLa lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

YYorkshireIl personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

KKwame TomoLa posizione era perfetta, serena, e aveva un ambiente molto bello. Il servizio era eccellente e la camera era spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era eccellente. Io consiglierei questo hotel a tutti. L'unico problema che avevo con la stanza era di dover spruzzare il bagno più volte. Non mi piaceva la mia notte scorsa perché alcuni ospiti vicini combattevano tutta la notte. Capisco che non fosse colpa dell'hotel, ma non sembrava che fosse stato fatto nulla.

JJess Tang HSL'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione. Ho apprezzato la posizione comoda, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest e alla via dello shopping. UUtente ospiteOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto buono, soprattutto la sua eccellente posizione a pochi passi dal lago occidentale. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e ben attrezzata con tutto quello che doveva. La camera era anche molto grande. La colazione ha offerto una vasta scelta di cibo, e la palestra è stata ben preparata con un sacco di attrezzature, anche se la sala cambiante ha bisogno di rinnovazione.
