Posizione: A circa 300 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana 建国北路 (Uscita C). A 4-5 fermate dal Lago Xi. Camera: Nuovissima, elegante, accogliente e pulita. Colazione con ampia scelta. Servizio: La nostra camera è stata ristrutturata di recente dalla Sig.ra 杨帮萍. Il resto del personale della reception e delle pulizie è disponibile e cortese. Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno e un ringraziamento al team Mercure.

La camera era pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto era comoda e ho dormito benissimo, e l'insonorizzazione era buona, rendendola molto silenziosa. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale e attento, e il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi. La posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti e ci sono molti servizi nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, un'esperienza fantastica, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo posto la prossima volta!

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

La lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Qualche tempo fa ero in viaggio d'affari e ho soggiornato allo Shuxiang Shijia Hotel. L'esperienza è stata fantastica! Non appena sono entrato nella hall, sono stato attratto dallo stile decorativo antico. Ciò che è stato ancora più sorprendente è stato il fatto che fossero forniti dei bellissimi costumi antichi. Zhang Mingyu ha detto che avrei potuto scattare foto e registrarmi gratuitamente, il che ha realizzato il mio sogno di indossare costumi antichi. Ha anche preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a scattare foto e i risultati sono stati sorprendenti! Anche al momento del check-in, il servizio offerto da Xiao Zhang alla reception è stato molto premuroso. Non solo mi hanno preparato rapidamente una stanza, ma hanno anche preso l'iniziativa di chiedere al cameriere di mettere gli articoli monouso che avevo portato con me e di pulirli con cura con salviette disinfettanti. Questa operazione meticolosa mi ha fatto sentire subito al sicuro e al caldo. La stanza era calda e confortevole, con tutti i comfort necessari. L'ambiente tranquillo mi ha permesso di dormire bene. Inoltre, mi ha aiutato a chiamare un taxi quando sono andato al tempio di Linyin la mattina. Questa esperienza di soggiorno è stata fantastica. Lo Shuxiang Shijia Hotel sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta la prossima volta che viaggerò!

Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione. Ho apprezzato la posizione comoda, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest e alla via dello shopping. Le camere erano datate, ma la pulizia e gli articoli da toeletta erano buoni. L'asciugacapelli non era potente e ci ho messo molto tempo ad asciugarmi i capelli lunghi. Il personale della reception, Max Deng, è cordiale e premuroso. Ci ha aiutato a organizzare il corriere per spedire i nostri bagagli a Suzhou. Ho apprezzato molto il modo in cui si è prodigato per chiamare il nostro hotel a Suzhou per controllare la consegna. Mi ha persino aggiornato sullo stato della consegna. Grazie per la vostra disponibilità e attenzione. La vostra dedizione è impressionante.

La posizione è davvero eccellente, a soli 1,3 chilometri dal villaggio di Longjing, il che la rende perfetta per gli appassionati di escursionismo che si dirigono da Longjing a Jiuxi. L'hotel è situato nel cuore di un'area residenziale, circondato da piantagioni di tè, offrendo un'atmosfera straordinariamente tranquilla. Una passeggiata nel villaggio è pervasa dal profumo del tè. Tuttavia, le strutture dell'hotel sono piuttosto datate, soprattutto il piccolo televisore; si spera che questo aspetto possa essere migliorato.

I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale very much. Dan at the reception was very friendly and did the check in quick and smooth. She arranged a higher floor room for me which I really appreciate. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel has also self service washing machines for guests in the basement floor, very convenient!
