Hotel di lusso a Hangzhou

Banyan Tree Hangzhou è stato il mio hotel preferito. Situato nelle zone umide vicino al lago occidentale. La notte dormite al suono degli insetti e delle creature esterne. L'hotel è semplicemente bellissimo. Abbondante lavoro d'arte. Il cibo è stato eccellente e il personale è amichevole e utile. Molto consigliato!

Lo spazio della stanza è molto grande e molto comodo. Ogni finestra guarda fuori un senso di immagine pieno!Ci sono tavoli grandi, biancheria da raccogliere fuori. Purtroppo è freddo in inverno, non è stato usato questa volta.Il servizio è davvero molto buono! Servizi di ricetta, servizio di elettricità, servizio di stanza e servizio di ristorante, sono molto attento, caldo e apprezzato per il servizio!La colazione e il pranzo del ristorante sono molto deliziosi, delicati e sorpresi!Il caffè e il dolce del caffè del caffè non sono affatto insopportabili, mentre la finestra è piena di scena di residui. Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione temporanea per Zixuan e abbiamo alloggiato in una camera nel cortile per due notti. Il bambino aveva meno di tre anni e abbiamo ricevuto un letto e una colazione extra per il bambino. Il mio bambino era troppo piccolo per portarmi in tre ristoranti, quindi ho ordinato il servizio in camera. Quando ho soggiornato all'Aman Hotel per la prima volta, l'intero antico borgo era integrato nell'hotel. Sembrava che non si potesse dire che si trattasse di un hotel. Tutti i servizi del personale sono attenti e fanno sentire le persone a proprio agio. Vivere lì è come cadere in un tranquillo villaggio di un altro mondo, e gli interni hanno uno stile sobrio e calmo. Ciò che più mi ha colpito è che non c'erano programmi TV nella stanza. Mentre si ascoltava la musica antica riprodotta sul lettore CD Bose e si copiavano le Scritture, fuori dalla finestra si sentiva il canto degli uccelli e il fruscio delle foglie. Sembrava che il mondo si fosse fermato in questa pace improvvisa, e a poche centinaia di metri di distanza c'era il Tempio Yongfuji. La colazione dell'hotel è un menu cinese e occidentale a consumazione libera, preparato su ordinazione e il servizio è a posto. Durante il check-in sono stati forniti anche frutta e snack e un piccolo regalo era un mazzo di perline buddiste. Se vuoi provare la sensazione di fuggire dal mondo, vieni qui a provarlo!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, which boasts a prime location with stunning views of West Lake. The grounds are beautiful, expansive, and meticulously maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the staff’s hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. One of the highlights was the travel photography service offered by the hotel. The photographers captured beautiful moments that became some of our favorite memories of the trip. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in style while enjoying top-notch service and unforgettable views.

L'ambiente è elegante in tutte e quattro le stagioni e ho la fortuna di vivere lo scenario durante la pioggia e la prima scena limpida dopo la pioggia. L'hotel dispone di un molo privato dove è possibile remare in barca sul lago e respirare l'a**osfera tranquilla. Tuttavia, a causa del tempo limitato, mi dispiace di non aver potuto provarlo. Lo sperimenterò di nuovo quando ne avrò l'opportunità più tardi. La colazione è in linea con la qualità di un hotel di lusso, con una ricca varietà e ingredienti freschi. Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu
