UUtente anonimoFantastic location of the hotel (located right at the old street). The room was clean, cozy and soundproofing was really good. Their checkout is until 1pm which is really nice and gave us extra time to rest. Most importantly, they do accept parcel deliveries and you can do your shopping on taobao🎉. Super value for money and will definitely be back.

UUtente ospiteÈ la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Abbiamo trovato il personale, 小韩, molto disponibile, allegro e cordiale. L'hotel è anche molto pulito e confortevole. Ha una doccia davvero piacevole, ideale per tornare dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Le lenzuola sono molto belle e pulite e i letti sono comodi. C'è anche una vasca da bagno enorme e l'aria condizionata è fantastica. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Kunming, poiché è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria: il gate di partenza è a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

胡胡姑娘We had a really wonderful experience. My family and I, a total of five people, booked a deluxe business smart suite room, which has three bedrooms. The hotel was new and clean. The location was nice, with a shopping mall, food stalls, and bus stop nearby. The decoration in the room was really nice and the room was spacious. Although it said that the room was smoking permitted, the room doesn't smell at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

La colazione occidentale non è stato di mio gradimento perché non c’è possibilità di scegliere cosa mangiare ma viene presentato un piatto con uova, lattuga, anguria, due fette di pane e burro e un caffè latte. Il pavimento della camera si presenta molto sporco e i bagni che non sono divisi sono molto maleodoranti. Nonostante ciò, l’ambiente è molto piacevole e informale. Consiglio per un soggiorno breve.

XXue-YanMy sincere compliments to this hotel and the owners! This was my first time visiting China and I chose to stay in this hotel in Kunming for a few days. I really enjoyed my stay here as a tourist and would not have wanted it any other way, because I really fell in love with Kunming with this hotel as a basis. The room was very clean, which is very important to me. Also, the description indicated on the website aligned with the hotel, like free Wi-Fi, the room being smoke-free, housekeeping everyday, nearby attractions and a peaceful environment. Especially the latter was very convenient, since the hotel is situated within a community secured by a gate, away from the busy streets. The community is quiet at night, which made it a very peaceful basis to return to after a full day of activities - and also a nice environment to sleep. In the community but also at the gate, there were many restaurants which had delicious local food. The bus station was a short walk away, just in front of Guandu Ancient Town (which I really recommend to visit, just like the temples). Last but not least, the owners are very friendly. They were very patient with me (a foreigner not speaking Chinese) and translated everything to English using their mobile phones when they did not know the words. They made good recommendations for places to visit, like the Yunnan Provincial Museum, parks or good restaurants. There was always someone at the reception, which gave me a safe feeling, because there was always someone watching the people who entered the hotel. After my checkout, I was even allowed to leave my suitcase at the hotel for a while so I could explore the area one last time before I would move on to my next travel destination in China. This was definitely my best hotel experience so far, and at the time of writing this, I have visited more hotels in China and this one is still my top 1!

Abbiamo una stanza al 13° piano.Solo un ascensore funziona (per il cliente e la custodia in questo momento), quindi hanno postato una nota per informare e consigliarvi di pianificare il vostro tempo in anticipo.Sappiamo solo quando siamo arrivati. Dobbiamo aspettare 15-20min per catturare un ascensore perché ha spazio limitato.Abbiamo controllato il pomeriggio e solo poche ore per riposare prima di catturare il nostro volo 0230am, quindi lasciamo solo il nostro bagaglio pesante nella zona di pavimento per risparmiare tempo. Spero che la questione dell'ascensore risolva presto.
Posizione:
Penso strategico. Vicino al famoso Beef Roti accanto all'hotel a quattro punti. Didi può accedere e lasciare vicino all'hotel stesso così facile da portare il bagaglio.Ma non c'è alcuna firma inglese sotto il nome dell'hotel. Il didi è anche insicura e vi lascerà solo per camminare. Quindi, dalla recensione qui, abbiamo chiesto al personale dell'hotel Four Points e ci aiutano a mostrare il posto, è come 2-3 unità da loro sulla stessa fila.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

A circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla fantastica palestra con piscina!
Molti ottimi studi dentistici, mi hanno sistemato i denti durante il soggiorno e sono riuscito a installare delle corone! Inoltre, se ho tempo, posso farmi fare degli impianti di buona qualità!
Vicinissimo allo zoo di Kunming, ad altri parchi e ai templi!
