UUtente ospiteHo prenotato una camera privata e ha superato le mie aspettative. L'ostello è stato recentemente ristrutturato, quindi le camere sono moderne e pulite. Letto spazioso con un comodo divano laterale, lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuite con detersivo in dotazione, e la posizione è stellare, proprio accanto alla strada principale e alla metropolitana. Lo consiglio vivamente.

AAlvin TeeThis homestay gave us such a memorable experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Aunt and the family were incredibly warm and caring, always making sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious and felt just like home-cooked meals. Their kindness and care made this feel more like staying with family than just a place to sleep. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

CChan Soon CheeDo not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

WWangxiangyinOgnuno di noi ha uno scopo quando viaggia, che è incontrare nuovi amici, trovare un posto per l'anima, rilassarsi e ampliare le proprie conoscenze. Per quanto mi riguarda, spero di trovare un posto accogliente, che potrebbe non essere come un cinque stelle hotel. L'hotel è altrettanto lussuoso, ma proprio come i cavalieri di tutto il mondo nel romanzo, condividono le loro vite e intuizioni diverse tra loro. Spero che altri partner che la pensano allo stesso modo siano destinati a venire qui.

OOlesia eye surgeonWe are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

AAnsh ChananaIl posto che guarda nella foto è che uno ma piuttosto caduta dalla speranza che ho avuto con esso , era il tempo circa il nuovo anno e ho pagato circa 700 RMB per 2 notti, quindi ho pensato che la stanza sarebbe stata abbastanza buona controllando le camere e le foto della La stanza era piccola, la terrazza era un po'alta dalla mia testa.L'intera stanza è ok e non tanto quanto vedi nelle foto. E tutta la stanza era profumata da fumo per due giorni e aprivamo le finestre per portare fuori la circolazione. Coz la stanza era riscaldata in mezz'ora. La proprietaria è buona, è molto gentile e vi aiuterà con tutto quello che ha aiutato a ottenere il mio rimborso dal mio prossimo hotel.

XXiaogenihao233Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
