"It’s a bit confusing to reach there at first, and we went to others lobby but luckily the others hotel staff help us to call the owner of our accommodation. As a foreigner need to wechat them early to inform so they can show the way. Maybe the shower heater not enough for 5 people continuously took shower, the last used get a cold water. But good price and owner is nice person!"

"I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby."

"最讓人意外的是，這個25樓的視角也太好了！！！有一扇窗户沒有紗窗，可以拍到城市遠景，樓下就是巴洛克風情街，網紅麥當勞門店也在下面。 上午五點左右，就能在屋裡看到遠處的日出，傍晚的天空粉紫色美呆，夜裡城市亮燈也是超驚喜！為了這個觀光窗，也得來住下。 關鍵是它還便宜！這麼好的位置，才衹要一百出頭！關鍵是新裝修的房，什麼都是新的。浴缸（雖然沒使用）、智能馬桶、冰箱和洗衣機，感覺都不應該是這個價位會配套的東西。 來吧！一百多買不到吃虧買不到上當！ 小tips： ·沒有前台，發密碼給你開門，退房也衹需要“人走，把門打開”就行。 ·床墊有一點不太舒服，偏硬，腰不好的人看情況準備個腰墊啥的。 ·投影儀清晰度不夠，忽略吧，網速挺快，刷刷手機好了。 ·提供的是一次性浴巾毛巾，沒有一次性拖鞋，但有膠拖鞋（目前很新很乾凈）。 ·外賣很方便。 ·樓下附近有很便宜的充電樁，新能源汽車自駕來的人狂喜！ ·停車沒有指定位置，靠本事自己找吧，但免費！ ·隔音很好。空調睡眠模式也挺安靜。"

"衞生真的沒話説！房間打掃得很乾凈，床品柔軟舒適，房間周圍很安靜，住着特別放心。 環境很好，民宿離中央大街合防洪紀念塔很近周邊景點挺多的，周邊好吃的也很多吃飯出行都很方便,晚上還可以到松花江邊上逛逛，離住處就兩三分鐘路程，人很多挺熱鬧的。 老闆娘人特別好，熱情大方，剛來的時候還會熱情的迎接我們，主動幫我們根據行程規劃遊玩的路線，推薦的餐館也都很多而且都很好吃，房間很新很乾凈，房間有洗衣機有空調有Wi-Fi網速也很快，還幫我們免費升級了房型，跟家人住很方便，性價比超高，整體體驗很好，下次來玩還會選擇這裏。"

UUtente ospiteThe host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.

UUtente ospiteHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

EEjan92The owner extremely kind to assist us since before we start our travel..kindly answer all our inquiries..you can add the owner through wechat and communicate..arrange our transport from harbin and to snow town..give us suggestion regarding activity can be done in snow valley..and ofcoz the accomodation itself magnificent with nice view of snowfall..the owner provide us with free traditional attire for taking picture,free hit water splash and free tanghulu..the location is extremely good in the centre of snow valley just nearby the stage..for those from malaysia like me do not hesitate to boom this stay..

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto conveniente per andare alla stazione ferroviaria di Harbin a ovest (Harbin), non per tutto il resto della città. La stanza era molto spaziosa e confortevole, con una bella vista sulla stazione ferroviaria. Il ricevitore non parla inglese, ma ci ha ancora aiutato molto. La stanza era troppo calda (in un certo punto abbiamo aperto la finestra), ma per una notte solo per prendere un treno era un accordo. Non potevamo trovare dove andare alla ricezione in un primo momento.

XXiaogenihao233Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
