Hotel con spa a Kyoto

Un vero soggiorno eccezionale a The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto La nostra famiglia ha avuto una bella esperienza a Kyoto, e non abbiamo lasciato altro che gratitudine e ricordi felici. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il servizio era infelice e cordiale il tipo di genuina ospitalità che rende un viaggio davvero speciale. Grazie a Cecilia e Vinnie, della squadra di esperienze degli ospiti, che si sono spostati di sopra e di là per rendere il nostro soggiorno insonni e confortevole. Il loro caldo, la loro attenzione e i loro gesti pensativi ci hanno resi incredibilmente benvenuti. Una speciale grida a Cecilia, che ha notato l’amore di mia figlia per Winnie the Pooh dopo la nostra visita al Disneyland Resort, ha preparato una bella carta, un dolce messaggio, e anche un origami di Pooh fatto a mano, e l’ha messo nella nostra stanza. E'assolutamente fatto il giorno della nostra figlia un tale pensiero che non dimentichiamo mai. Il nostro gruppo di ristoranti ha anche il piacere di apprezzare Yuki per il suo servizio di colazione caldo e meraviglioso ogni mattina. Il passaporto di avventura dei Ritz Kids è stata una piacevole sorpresa che non solo si occupa della nostra figlia, ma anche di noi come genitori. E, naturalmente, ci piaceva l'atmosfera festiva di Natale, soprattutto il bellissimo albero di Natale e la casa di gemello straordinario con l'incredibile aroma che riempiva il lobby. Il Ritz-Carlton Kyoto ha superato le nostre aspettative in ogni modo. Ci siamo sentiti curati, accolti e veramente apprezzati. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare di nuovo. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie e chiunque cercasse un soggiorno inoltrabile a Kyoto.

Si consiglia di rimanere in questo hotel, mentre la posizione, la dimensione della camera, la pulizia, la progettazione e il servizio sono eccellenti.Inoltre, lo stile del colazione è sufficiente per scegliere, si può godere di ovest o di stile giapponese del colazione al giorno. E abbiamo incontrato un problema di traffico quando siamo tornati dalla stazione Nara, qualcosa di brutto è successo e il treno è stato improvvisamente fermato, quindi non possiamo tornare in hotel in tempo per recuperare i bagagli in camera. Abbiamo chiamato l'hotel e spiegato questa situazione inaspettata. Il personale mostra comprensione e offre un check-out tardivo gratuito un'altra ora per noi, sappiamo che non è facile avere un check-out tardivo gratuito in Giappone, ma ci hanno trattato così bene. Grazie, abbiamo apprezzato e rimarremo anche in futuro.

E ! La posizione era ottima e sono rimasto colpito dal servizio ecologico e dal personale gentile :) Il mio negozio preferito di ramen al pomodoro si trova nelle vicinanze ed è al centro di tutte le vie dello shopping, quindi è un posto perfetto in cui soggiornare per fare shopping. La prossima volta voglio assolutamente provare la colazione.

L'hotel è immerso in un angolo tranquillo, a pochi passi da Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Tuttavia, sono un po' deluso delle limitate strutture che ha offerto rispetto al prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera gemella Tsukinone, che è al terzo piano dell'edificio. La vista è piacevole. La stanza è di dimensioni decente. Tuttavia non c'erano i negozi pubblici. Dobbiamo pagare YEN5000 per 45 minuti e ci sono solo 2 negozi privati. Per le camere più lussuose con un asciugamano privato, quella che ho visitato era sul piano terra senza vista, come era sulla strada verso la ricezione , separata da piani di legno. Abbiamo pagato circa Yen5000 per il colazione in hotel, sia occidentale che giapponese sono stati offerti colazione. Ci siamo provati entrambi. E' di standard. I 4 succhi diversi presentati sulla parte superiore della scatola bento erano impressionanti. La vaccinazione è piacevole.Possiamo andare alla stazione ferroviaria, alla zona turistica, ai parchi vicini e ai siti del patrimonio mondiale.

I stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel looked exactly the same. It is a little bit on the old school side, but everything is clean and impeccable. The first day I arrived I had a stomach issue and the hotel was really kind and helped send fresh ginger tea up to my room and requested. They went out out of their way to find me fresh ginger. The second day I strained my back from lifting heavy luggage. They are once again very kind and send a staff to help me pack all my belongings and help me coordinate sending my luggage to Tokyo so I don’t need to lift it on the train. Special thanks to Naing Thiri who is so kind and help me pack everything so neatly and even help me get dressed Honestly, when I first checked in and the hotel looks a little bit outdated I was thinking maybe next day I would not want to come back but with the great service, I would definitely stay here again if I come to Kyoto

Quite a new hotel, absolutely wonderful. The service was great. Certainly one of the best Dusit Thani hotels out there. Will return next time.

My wife and I booked the Classic Room for 3 nights in April 2025. We thought this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are welcomed by the hotel staff. You leave your bags with them and you walk up to a separate reception area where you are seated and offered tea and macarons. Check in is conducted while you sip your tea. After you get your keys, you go up to your room and your luggage bags are already there. We were very impressed by the reception. The room itself is fairly sizeable and offers a cabinet of Fauchon snacks. We had a good view of the alley behind the hotel that was lined with Sakura trees. We could also see the mountains in the distance. The location of the hotel is also great. It is located about a 5-10 minutes walk from downtown Kyoto and about a 5 minutes walk to Kiyomizu-gojo station. We also had breakfast which included a free flow selection of bread and pastries like French croissant, baguette and brioche. You also get a fruit plate, salad, and omelette. If you stay for more than 1 night, you also get a premium breakfast menu for your 2nd night onwards. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Kyoto.

Everything was superb with the one exception, for an onsen hotel that have one of the selling point, in room onsen bath, the water was just regular hot water, why would I need to stay at an onsen hotel with in room onsen bath if any bathtub with hot water would do? Trip.com site did not specify that it wasn’t hot spring water. But luckily there was a better room with actual hot spring water supplied to the room available for upgrade, so I spent the extra to make my stay absolutely perfectly memorable.

We loved our stay at Hotel the Mitsui. Super nice and zen design . Absolutely adore their lobby area, which I think is designed by Andre Fu. Always drawn into his work somehow. Breakfast food was okay, but the view really made up everything l. Super relaxing & beautiful Service was great. Most of them were able to speak English proficiently. There’s a thermal spring at their basement, which you have to call the reception before you go to ensure there’s enough space. Everything was well prepared, including swimwear, disposable underpants, towels, water, etc. Since they control the # of people, everyone has their own space and it still feels very private. Room is nice with many details. Love their huge selection of pillows available for guests. It’s not huge, but the space is well used. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient, but if you take a cab, everything is reachable in 20 mins max, so it’s not too bad. There are still good restaurants and touristy places to go that are in walkable distance, so it’s not middle of nowhere. Overall, fantastic experience which I will recommend for others!

位置就在二條城對面，走路即到，很方便。京都不大，很悠閑，酒店去景點總的來説不錯。前台、大堂經理水平都不錯，英語都很在線，很國際化，尤其僱有歐美小哥，交流很暢通。房間各項設施也不錯，早餐也是棒棒的，尤其是鮮榨橙汁那個機器挺有趣。
