Molti anni dopo sono tornati, e penso che il servizio complessivo e la qualità della cibo dell'hotel siano molto peggiori.In particolare, il servizio può non essere abbastanza personale in autunno, ma è anche un ottimo hotel . Prenota un hotel è un bene per non avere alcun errore, altrimenti non è molto parlare di gente solo guardare soldi!

UUtente ospiteMy wife and I booked the Classic Room for 3 nights in April 2025. We thought this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip.
From the moment you enter the hotel, you are welcomed by the hotel staff. You leave your bags with them and you walk up to a separate reception area where you are seated and offered tea and macarons. Check in is conducted while you sip your tea. After you get your keys, you go up to your room and your luggage bags are already there. We were very impressed by the reception.
The room itself is fairly sizeable and offers a cabinet of Fauchon snacks. We had a good view of the alley behind the hotel that was lined with Sakura trees. We could also see the mountains in the distance.
The location of the hotel is also great. It is located about a 5-10 minutes walk from downtown Kyoto and about a 5 minutes walk to Kiyomizu-gojo station.
We also had breakfast which included a free flow selection of bread and pastries like French croissant, baguette and brioche. You also get a fruit plate, salad, and omelette. If you stay for more than 1 night, you also get a premium breakfast menu for your 2nd night onwards.
We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Kyoto.

UUtente ospiteIl hotel è assolutamente amorevole! I suoi interni sono incredibili e le camere sono spaziose e ben decorate con ampie attrazioni. Il personale è molto caldo e accogliente. La diffusione del colazione è stata la migliore che abbia mai avuto in Giappone ... include anche molto buone opzioni ala carte.
Raccomanderò assolutamente a tutti i visitatori di Kyoto.

La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto a Kyoto Takashimaya a circa 6 minuti a piedi da Kamogawa e dalla stazione di Kyoto. Prendere un taxi costa circa 1.300 yen. Sono particolarmente grato all'hotel. Poiché non sono riuscito a prenotare la stessa camera quadrupla familiare in tempo, l'hotel mi ha spostato nella stessa grande camera gratuita. Insieme all'ambiente pulito, il nostro viaggio è stato pieno di sorprese Successivamente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel quando verrò a Kyoto.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is conveniently located near the Sanjo Keihan station exit. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful to your needs. Upon checking in, we were given a room with two separate beds but we decided to upgrade to a room with a king bed for about SGD 40. The shopping district and many eateries are about 5-10mins walk away, lots and lots of good food. There’s a family mart across the hotel in case you wish to get some food stuff. Overall, we recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you all the staff for making our stay in Kyoto such a pleasant one.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I would like to share my experience with you. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional design and comfort your property offers. Kengo Kuma’s architectural brilliance, with its use of natural wood, thoughtful lighting, and integration of art pieces, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the materials, the size of the beds, and the premium linens were truly impressive. In terms of design and comfort, your hotel sets a remarkable standard.
However, I did encounter several service-related issues that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I would like to share these points in the hope that they are helpful for future improvements:
1. Breakfast Lounge and Sushi Area: The proximity of these two areas creates a strong odor upon entering, which can be unpleasant. Improved ventilation could easily mitigate this issue.
2. Food and Beverage Service After Breakfast: The lack of food and beverage service after breakfast hours was inconvenient. At the very least, providing a space for guests to enjoy tea or coffee would be a welcome addition.
3. Room Service Availability: After a long journey, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable and that only rice balls could be provided. Expanding room service options would greatly improve the guest experience.
4. Flexibility with Breakfast Hours: Due to the time difference, I arrived slightly late for breakfast at 10:10 AM and was informed that nothing could be served. Even my request for tea did not receive a clear response. Greater flexibility in accommodating guests dealing with jet lag would be highly appreciated.
5. Lobby Services: The inability to offer anything to drink or even host a guest in the lobby felt restrictive. This could be improved to make the lobby a more welcoming space.
6. Spa Experience: I was unable to experience the renowned Banyan Tree spa as it was fully booked. Expanding spa reservation availability would help meet guest expectations for this signature offering.
In summary, while the hotel excels in design and comfort, the service offerings seem to be constrained by rigid rules and limited hours, which can detract from the overall guest experience. I strongly believe that adopting a more flexible, guest-centered approach would significantly enhance satisfaction.
If the above issues were addressed, I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again during my next visit to Kyoto. Once again, I want to thank you for the exceptional design and comfort provided during my stay and hope that these suggestions contribute to further elevating your standards.

CCLHChanThe hotel is nested in a quiet corner, within walking distance of Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Im however a bit disappointed with the limited facilites it offered when compared to the price we paid.
We stayed in the Tsukinone Twin Room which is on the third floor of the building. The view is pleasant. The room is of decent size. Yet there were no public onsens. We need to pay YEN5000 for 45 minutes and there are only 2 private onsens.
For more luxurious rooms with private onsen, the one I visited was on the ground level with no views as it were by the pathway to the reception , separated by wooden planks.
We paid around Yen5000 for the breakfast in the hotel, Both western and japanese breakfasts were offered. We tried both. It is of standard. The 4 different juices presented on the top of the bento box was impressive.
The vaccinity is pleasant. We could walk to the train station, the tourist rown area , the nearby parks and the world heritage sites. Nice area .

Il servizio è stato grande, la maggior parte di loro parlava inglese con esperienza.
C'è una primavera termica al suolo, che deve chiamare la ricezione prima di andare per assicurarsi che ci sia spazio sufficiente. Tutto è stato ben preparato, tra cui indumenti da bagno, biancheria da bagno, asciugamani, acqua, ecc. Poiché controllano il # delle persone, tutti hanno il proprio spazio e si sentono ancora molto privati.
La camera è bella con molti dettagli. Amore la loro vasta selezione di cuscini disponibili per gli ospiti. Non è grande, ma lo spazio è ben utilizzato.
Localizzazione saggio, non direi che sia il più conveniente, ma se prendete un camion, tutto è raggiungibile in 20 minuti max, quindi non è troppo cattivo. Ci sono ancora buoni ristoranti e luoghi turistici da andare che sono a piedi, quindi non è in mezzo a nulla.
