Hotel con spa a Kyoto

Oltre alla stanza non è grande ～ Tutti sono perfetti ～ Il personale di servizio è gentile al decollo ～ Le strutture e la calma dell'hotel sono anche il migliore ～ Nessun tipo di colazione, ma abbastanza

Si consiglia di rimanere in questo hotel, mentre la posizione, la dimensione della camera, la pulizia, la progettazione e il servizio sono eccellenti.Inoltre, lo stile del colazione è sufficiente per scegliere, si può godere di ovest o di stile giapponese del colazione al giorno. E abbiamo incontrato un problema di traffico quando siamo tornati dalla stazione Nara, qualcosa di brutto è successo e il treno è stato improvvisamente fermato, quindi non possiamo tornare in hotel in tempo per recuperare i bagagli in camera. Abbiamo chiamato l'hotel e spiegato questa situazione inaspettata. Il personale mostra comprensione e offre un check-out tardivo gratuito un'altra ora per noi, sappiamo che non è facile avere un check-out tardivo gratuito in Giappone, ma ci hanno trattato così bene. Grazie, abbiamo apprezzato e rimarremo anche in futuro.

Sono felice di aver scelto Sei Senses Kyoto, amare il design e tutto ciò che riguarda l'hotel. Devo dire che la piscina era una delle migliori piscina che abbia mai nuotato, mi sentivo così tranquilla e rilassata. La camera era super comoda e pulita, l'esperienza generale era oltre le mie aspettative. Grazie al team per il loro servizio impecabile, sono così ben addestrato e professionisti.

★★★★★ Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Kyoto Il Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo PREMIER ha un ottimo soggiorno, un hotel molto nuovo, moderno e bellissimo, pur mantenendo un'atmosfera tranquilla di Kyoto. La posizione è stata eccellente conveniente accesso a shopping, ristoranti, caffè e molte aree visive, ma ancora tranquille e confortevole di notte. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e molto confortevoli per la nostra famiglia.Le strutture dell'hotel erano anche impressionanti, soprattutto il bagno pubblico e le aree di soggiorno che si rilassavano dopo un giorno pieno di passeggiata intorno a Kyoto. La maggior parte delle cose è stata la professionalità e l'ospitalità del personale, tutti gentili, attenti e di aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale, questo hotel ha offerto un perfetto equilibrio di lusso, comfort e comodità. Ci siamo davvero goditi della nostra esperienza e lo consigliereremmo molto a chiunque visita Kyoto. Ci fermeremmo certamente di nuovo qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio. Anche per chi guida è possibile parcheggiare in prossimità.

The concierge team is really resourceful and helpful when we asked about luggage delivery service, thumbs up for their service. Just love everything about the hotel, excellent hospitality, great location, beautiful design, spacious room, comfortable bed and etc. Breakfast with huge selection including some Thai dishes, crispy bacons ever, just amazing. It was really great value for the money, highly recommended!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Dhawa Yura Kyoto e non esiteremmo a tornarci. La posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione di Sanjo e a pochi passi da Gion, dal Santuario di Yasaka, dal mercato di Nishiki e da molte delle principali attrazioni di Kyoto. Questo ha reso gli spostamenti in città incredibilmente facili. L'hotel in sé è moderno, elegante e impeccabilmente pulito. La nostra camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole, silenziosa e un luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo lunghe giornate trascorse a esplorare Kyoto sotto il caldo estivo. Uno dei punti forti è stata la colazione. C'era un'ottima selezione di piatti sia giapponesi che occidentali, con frutta fresca, uova, riso, pesce alla griglia, noodles, zuppa di miso, verdure, pasticcini, succhi di frutta e un buon caffè e tè English Breakfast. Tutto era fresco e ben presentato, e ci ha dato la giusta carica prima delle nostre avventure mattutine. Il personale è stato costantemente cordiale, accogliente e professionale durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette in hotel, che ci ha permesso di raggiungere Kiyomizu-dera all'alba prima dell'arrivo della folla. È diventato uno dei momenti più belli del nostro intero viaggio in Giappone. Nel complesso, il Dhawa Yura ha offerto la combinazione perfetta di comfort, servizio e posizione. Se cercate un boutique hotel a Kyoto vicino a tutto, ma che allo stesso tempo trasmetta tranquillità e relax, questa è una scelta eccellente. Altamente raccomandato.

My wife and I booked the Classic Room for 3 nights in April 2025. We thought this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are welcomed by the hotel staff. You leave your bags with them and you walk up to a separate reception area where you are seated and offered tea and macarons. Check in is conducted while you sip your tea. After you get your keys, you go up to your room and your luggage bags are already there. We were very impressed by the reception. The room itself is fairly sizeable and offers a cabinet of Fauchon snacks. We had a good view of the alley behind the hotel that was lined with Sakura trees. We could also see the mountains in the distance. The location of the hotel is also great. It is located about a 5-10 minutes walk from downtown Kyoto and about a 5 minutes walk to Kiyomizu-gojo station. We also had breakfast which included a free flow selection of bread and pastries like French croissant, baguette and brioche. You also get a fruit plate, salad, and omelette. If you stay for more than 1 night, you also get a premium breakfast menu for your 2nd night onwards. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Kyoto.

Everything was superb with the one exception, for an onsen hotel that have one of the selling point, in room onsen bath, the water was just regular hot water, why would I need to stay at an onsen hotel with in room onsen bath if any bathtub with hot water would do? Trip.com site did not specify that it wasn’t hot spring water. But luckily there was a better room with actual hot spring water supplied to the room available for upgrade, so I spent the extra to make my stay absolutely perfectly memorable.

We loved our stay at Hotel the Mitsui. Super nice and zen design . Absolutely adore their lobby area, which I think is designed by Andre Fu. Always drawn into his work somehow. Breakfast food was okay, but the view really made up everything l. Super relaxing & beautiful Service was great. Most of them were able to speak English proficiently. There’s a thermal spring at their basement, which you have to call the reception before you go to ensure there’s enough space. Everything was well prepared, including swimwear, disposable underpants, towels, water, etc. Since they control the # of people, everyone has their own space and it still feels very private. Room is nice with many details. Love their huge selection of pillows available for guests. It’s not huge, but the space is well used. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient, but if you take a cab, everything is reachable in 20 mins max, so it’s not too bad. There are still good restaurants and touristy places to go that are in walkable distance, so it’s not middle of nowhere. Overall, fantastic experience which I will recommend for others!

位置就在二條城對面，走路即到，很方便。京都不大，很悠閑，酒店去景點總的來説不錯。前台、大堂經理水平都不錯，英語都很在線，很國際化，尤其僱有歐美小哥，交流很暢通。房間各項設施也不錯，早餐也是棒棒的，尤其是鮮榨橙汁那個機器挺有趣。
