Hotel con spa a Harbin

Ottimo soggiorno in un hotel storico davvero unico. Pulizia, posizione, servizio e attrezzatura erano tutte eccellenti. L'hotel è molto ben mantenuto, con bellissimi interni di stile europeo e un'atmosfera tranquilla ed elegante. La stanza era spaziosa, confortevole e senza spazi. Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare. La posizione è conveniente per la vista a Harbin, e il colazione era fresco e piacevole. Abbiamo ricevuto un dono di benvenuto al nostro arrivo e partenza. Anche loro vi includono nel gruppo WeChat e se avete domande o richieste, forniranno e risponderanno immediatamente alla vostra domanda. Ciò che rende questo hotel speciale è la sua storia, compreso l'ascensore originale 1903, che aggiunge un contatto memorabile e autentico all'esperienza. Molto raccomandato e si fermerebbe certamente di nuovo. ❤️

Ho voluto visitare il Festival di ghiaccio e neve a Harbin da molto tempo, e questo anno, all'inizio di gennaio, il mio programma ha finalmente consentito un breve viaggio privato. A causa della sua vicinanza al campo del festival, ho scelto di rimanere al Ritz Carlton - e non mi sono deluso. Mi piaceva la vista incredibile dalla sala colazione, che guardava il fiume verso la neve e la visione del ghiaccio, e il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole, e la posizione era conveniente, con una stazione di metro vicino. Anche se prendevo un taxi alla mia prima partenza, poi scelsi la metropolitana, che era efficiente e facile da usare.. La mia stanza era comoda e soddisfaceva tutte le mie aspettative. Anche se non usavo la piscina, visitai il palestra, che era ben eufico e piacevole. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e spero di tornare l'anno prossimo - forse con amici.

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

Ho fatto un piccolo viaggio di giorno di Galentine con il mio amico a Harbin Ice and Snow World e questo hotel è stato il migliore della nostra permanenza. E' stato costoso e le foto delle viste (soprattutto dalla stanza ”cloud”) non erano accurate. La foto mostra nuvole come si vede da un aereo, ma tutto quello che abbiamo visto era molto basso, fine, nebbia grigia. Vorrei immaginare che le foto che mostrano sul sito sono possibili, ma penso che sia più probabile che sia fotoscontato. Il nostro soggiorno era grande, con una vista magnifica dal 41° piano, e i pavimenti di marmo caldi si sentono grandi sui piedi. Il personale era molto bello. Mi sentivo male per il cuoio nel lobby, perché erano molto piccanti e uno tagliava la faccia aperta cercando di strappargli il collo con la testa posteriore. Se avessimo viaggiato da Harbin a Pechino solo per il mondo del ghiaccio e della neve, non credo che il nostro viaggio sarebbe stato di valore, ma questo hotel era così buono che sembrava un vero weekend rilassante. Il suono della foresta che giocavano in tutto l'hotel lo faceva sembrare che tu fossi in un gigantesco spa. Il buffet del colazione era aperto fino a 1 pm! Sauna gratuita e tubo caldo. Se puoi permettermelo, lo consiglio!

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

La stanza è grande, perché la prima volta che vive in questo hotel non è molto chiaro come è l'ambiente della stanza. Quando si è fermata la prima notte, è stata una mattina. Dopo aver finito il soggiorno sulla reception, la stanza è molto calda senza finestre esterne, soprattutto con bambini e anziani, molto incomoda! Dopo aver contattato la reception il giorno dopo, un personale femminile (con foto in particolare) ha un buon atteggiamento per aiutarmi a avvicinarmi fino a quando non si è cambiato la soluzione alla stanza appropriata. I genitori amano bere tè. La stanza non fornisce bagagli gratis, ma anche il personale femminile lontano ha aiutato a risolvere la questione. 😊 Molto grazie!Allo stesso tempo, ha anche suggerito all'hotel. Spero di pulire il tubo di scarico in tempo utile. La stanza in cui viviamo è facile da bloccare. Ogni volta che ci lavamo, ci lavamo noi stessi, altrimenti la gente dietro la lavatrice sarà acqua di Zhengshan! Spero anche che il prezzo di Waterhouse possa essere più vantaggioso. La nostra stanza ha due carte. Pensavo che contenesse servizi di base (come il giardino), ma quando si paga il conto mi dica che il biglietto è 😢. Se vuoi giocare al giardino, comprare un biglietto aggiuntivo, Non c'è quasi nessuna scelta al quinto piano oltre all'auto-aiuto di frutta marina 😮💨. Forse per il periodo di transizione, molte persone hanno portato a lungo la fila per arrivare al ghiaccio. Fortunatamente, non limita il numero di sedili. Il set 7 è completamente affidabile, un po' stanco! Ma il personale di servizio è buono. La mamma non ha le gambe buone da prendere in prestito una ruota conveniente dal ministero del Gibbs per diversi giorni 😊. Il colazione dell'hotel non è male, tranne un po'di distanza!C'è anche un grande negozio vicino a tutti i tipi di trucco conveniente!
