Hotel con spa a Harbin

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

Ho fatto un piccolo viaggio di giorno di Galentine con il mio amico a Harbin Ice and Snow World e questo hotel è stato il migliore della nostra permanenza. E' stato costoso e le foto delle viste (soprattutto dalla stanza ”cloud”) non erano accurate. La foto mostra nuvole come si vede da un aereo, ma tutto quello che abbiamo visto era molto basso, fine, nebbia grigia. Vorrei immaginare che le foto che mostrano sul sito sono possibili, ma penso che sia più probabile che sia fotoscontato. Il nostro soggiorno era grande, con una vista magnifica dal 41° piano, e i pavimenti di marmo caldi si sentono grandi sui piedi. Il personale era molto bello. Mi sentivo male per il cuoio nel lobby, perché erano molto piccanti e uno tagliava la faccia aperta cercando di strappargli il collo con la testa posteriore. Se avessimo viaggiato da Harbin a Pechino solo per il mondo del ghiaccio e della neve, non credo che il nostro viaggio sarebbe stato di valore, ma questo hotel era così buono che sembrava un vero weekend rilassante. Il suono della foresta che giocavano in tutto l'hotel lo faceva sembrare che tu fossi in un gigantesco spa. Il buffet del colazione era aperto fino a 1 pm! Sauna gratuita e tubo caldo. Se puoi permettermelo, lo consiglio!

Ho soggiornato a Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) dal 26 gennaio al 31 gennaio 2026, e ho avuto una buona esperienza complessiva. Situazione (4/5) La posizione è molto conveniente, soprattutto per esplorare la strada centrale e visitare la cattedrale di Sophia. E 'facile da camminare verso molte attrazioni, negozi e ristoranti. Le connessioni di trasporto sono anche ragionevolmente accessibili. Non è del tutto perfetto, ma per la maggior parte dei viaggiatori la posizione sarà più che buona. Pulizia (5/5) La stanza e le aree comuni erano molto pulite e ben mantenute. La manutenzione della casa era coerente, le tue biancheria, le letti e le strutture erano sempre fresche. Controllare ‑in e controllare ‑out erano regolari, e tutte le domande che avevo gestito rapidamente. Sono stati anche pazienti e hanno cercato di aiutare con informazioni locali e semplici richieste. Facilities (4/5) I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero ‑pressure mattress, and a humidificator. The bed was comfortable and the humidificator was especially useful in Harbin's dry winter air. In generale, le strutture erano buone, anche se vi è ancora spazio per minori miglioramenti, come aggiungere qualche ulteriore opzioni di stoccaggio o piccole comodità nella stanza. In generale Questo hotel è confortevole e pulito in una grande zona di Harbin, con un servizio eccellente e strutture solide. Lo consiglierei sia ai viaggiatori di business che di svago che vogliono rimanere vicino alla Central Street e alla Catedral di Sophia.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel come un viaggiatore solitario, ed è stata sinceramente una grande esperienza. L'hotel è molto bello e accogliente, perfetto per una persona. Mi sentivo molto sicuro durante il mio soggiorno, e l'ambiente generale era confortevole e piacevole. Il personale e il manager dell'hotel erano davvero molto gentili e di aiuto. Anche se a volte c'era un ostacolo linguistico, hanno sempre preso l'iniziativa di comunicare e aiutare in ogni modo. Sono particolarmente grato al manager dell'hotel, Charles SONG. Ho lasciato accidentalmente il mio portatile all'aeroporto di Harbin, e quando ho chiesto aiuto, ha preso immediatamente l'iniziativa di organizzare la consegna per me senza esitazioni. Questo livello di responsabilità e gentilezza mi ha davvero significato molto. Raccomanderò questo hotel a chiunque viaggia a Harbin, soprattutto a viaggiatori solitari.

L'hotel ha un grande valore per il prezzo e ha alcuni punti eccellenti. La posizione è facile da raggiungere all'aeroporto e ok per le attrazioni invernali. Le camere sono belle, anche se mostrano la loro età. Le strutture (studio/pool) abbiamo deciso di evitare; non offrono il resort o il relax di altri cinque hotel stellari. La cena era costantemente buona e la sala club è facilmente uno dei migliori decori che ho trovato. Il servizio è stato costantemente buono dal check-in soprattutto. Rimanerei qui se fossi a Harbin, ma sottolineare che ho allergie per provare e ottenere una vera camera senza fumo (il nostro bagno ....)

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

房間挺大的，因為第一次住這個酒店不太清楚房間環境如何，第一晚入住的時候已經零晨一點了，在前台辦理完入住後發現房間是無外窗的很悶很熱，尤其是帶小孩和長者，很不舒服！第二天聯繫前台後，有一名女性工作人員（具體有照片）態度很好的幫我連續跟近直到解決換到合適的房間為止，而且父母喜歡喝茶，房間沒有提供免費茶包，但是也是遠位女工作人員幫忙解決了，😊非常感謝她！同時也給酒店提出建議，希望及時清理淋浴間下水管道，我們住的那個房間容易堵塞，每次洗澡後都需要自己清理一下，否則後面的人洗澡就會水漫金山了！也希望水滙的價格能再優惠一些，我們住的房間帶兩個手牌，我以為是包含基本服務的（比如搓澡），但是結賬的時候告訴我衹是門票錢😢，如果想要玩水樂園的話還要額外買門票，5樓的食滙除了海鮮自助以外幾乎沒有其他選擇😮💨，可能因為是過年期間，人很多，導致排隊很長才能領到冰淇淋，幸好不限制領取數量，7樓的坐位完全靠運氣搶，有點兒累！不過服務人員態度都挺好，媽媽腿不好從禮賓部借了輪椅用了好幾天挺方便的😊，酒店早餐除了有點兒遠之外其他沒毛病！旁邊也有一個大型商場裏面各種的挺方便的！
