The staff are really polite and helpful.The environment is peace and you can get a beautiful view of Suzhou river from the apartment . The location is in centre of city .The bund is just 1.7 km from here and nanjing Road is 900 m from here .I highly recommend to stay in this apartment if any one visiting Shanghai .The room is hygienic and clean .all basic facilities are available in the room . The price of room is cheaper as compared to hotel rooms which are very small in size . I would stay in this place again if I visit Shanghai again in future .😊

La posizione è migliore, proprio al bordo del cappello della strada di Nanjing.L'armatura è pulita.L'area è molto piccola, ho trovato diversi angoli per aprire il cassaforte.Ci sono finestre, lungo la strada, notte.Non è buono il suono, il corridoio, il suono dell'ascensore è chiaro. Il bagno non ha salsa, la vasca è molto fredda.(la verdura è difficile da mangiare dall'altra parte)

位置：靠近地鐵站，拖着行李照着導航很快就能走到，不過1號地鐵站沒有手扶梯，搬行李會有些麻煩，房東也提前說明了。 出門就是步行街，再走遠一點就是外灘。 房間：門外的環境有些雜亂，但打開房門，別有洞天，非常驚喜。 房間布置得溫暖和諧，百葉窗外的綠葉，還有躺椅，隨便拍一個角度都很美。 躺椅跟床墊非常舒適，衹有實際躺在上麪才能感受到的柔軟，是相機拍不到的地方，但房東很用心，把舒適度做得非常好。 高清投影很適合夜晚看電影，躺在床上正正好的距離，我甚至願意在房間呆上一整天。 其他：衛浴乾淨整潔；房間配置冰箱洗衣機吹風機，住起來非常方便；房東指示詳細明確，回復消息快，人也友好。 是一次非常溫暖的體驗～

Ho fatto un appuntamento all'inizio di marzo, mi sento come un appartamento alberghiero, e la stanza che vivo in vedo la Pearl Oriental fuori dalla finestra, quindi la scena fuori dalla finestra è molto buona.Se chiamate un taxi, è buona Il proprietario è molto gentile. Puoi contattarci in qualsiasi momento con il numero di contatto WeChat facendo un conto WeChat (disponibile in inglese). Sembra che il proprietario del registro di casa lo stia facendo. Non devi farlo separatamente. Se stai andando in una stagione fredda, devi riattaccare il riscaldamento non appena arrivate. Mantenetelo alla temperatura giusta quando uscite. Quando sono entrato dopo il primo giorno, era freddo, quindi ho detto al proprietario, e mi ha portato due riscaldatori. Il giorno scorso, due ore prima del check-out, ma l’acqua calda non usciva e non andava bene, c’era una lavatrice e un detergente, ma non ci sono utensili da cucina (coltelle, ecc.), quindi state attenti quando si consegna o si imballa fuori.

I was astonished by the exterior when I first arrived at Ôpartment. It has a sense of history in the building, surrounded by popular spots for city walk. My family and I were greeted by a fellow young man who offered to help our struggling hands with our luggage. Walking into the hotel, we encounter the modern looks of the lobby. By the registration counter, there is a table with coffee and cups for us to take away. I really liked the organisers at the back of the registration counter that holds room keys in each box. Going up the lift to our designated floor, the elevator door opened up to a gate, one that would remind me of the olden days, of Harry Potter, even. To gain access, we simply swipe our card at the side of the gate. It seemed as pets are allowed, we saw three dogs playing around at the hallway. It doesn’t smell bad so it didn’t bother us. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. There were magazines about the hotel, television, a kitchen with plates and bowls and utensils, a comfy bed, and of course the bathroom. As it is my birthday this April, a kind sister called Vicky who works there brought me a cheese cake. It was quite surprising to come back to the room to see a cake by the table. It was sliced into three pieces, just the right size for my mum, dad and I. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. While my mother checked-out our room, I observed the notebook they left on the table to the left of the registration counter. There was a mirror in front of the notebook, and a pen beside it. It is a notebook left for guests to write and draw on. I asked the staff if I could bring it up to the top floor, a bar with pretty interior designs, to draw on the notebook. So I did. The bar was probably closed, or maybe it is more popular by night, since there were nobody there except for one man who I guess works there. There were many wine bottles and flowers, plus a balcony with great view. I drew on two pages of the notebook, taking my time as they allow me to. When I went back down to show them my proudly done work, the staffs were all excited and shocked to the point they snapped pictures and even gave me a notebook of the same design as a souvenir. At last, we had to part and say goodbye. When the car that is supposed to pick us up arrived, two or three of the staffs (noticeably all of them are pretty young) helped us with our luggage and carried it to the car for us. I’ll have to say, this is one of the most unique hotel I’ve ever been to!

與其説是酒店，倒不如説是旅社更準確。房間小，環境一般，衣服沒處曬。房價又高。這樣的房間租金還要186元。店家説“上海寸土寸金，沒辦法”。附近的酒店大多500元以上。我拿5、6線城市的收入，到一線城市消費，當然扛不住，衹好落慌而逃了。
