”在昆明住的這家酒店，真心覺得不錯。一進門，大廳乾淨整潔，房間也挺大，床鋪軟軟的，睡得很香。服務員態度特別好，每次見面都笑眯眯的，有啥需要幫忙的，他們都很熱心。
位置也挺好的，出門走幾步就有地鐵站，去翠湖公園、南屏街都挺方便。晚上回來，周邊還有幾家小吃店，嚐嚐當地的小吃，挺有味道。總的來説，這家酒店性價比高，住着舒服，下次來昆明還會考慮住這裏。”

Il tipo di camera da letto a due livelli indipendenti, uno è un giardino bevo e il secondo è un balcone con 1000 chili. È molto comodo e ampio. Un divano può essere aperto a letto. Il piccolo fratello del proprietario è molto entusiasta per aiutarci a elevare il tipo di camera. Il piccolo campo che ci porta fuori dalla casa è anche molto buono. Quel pomeriggio ci sono anche secchi di cucina e biscotti in camera. Il migliore è che la stanza è molto calda. 房間很好，硬件設施很不錯。天氣不巧有些冷，沒法去酒店對面的滇池走走，有些可惜。工作人員辛苦了，感謝🙏。前台的小哥哥小姐姐們都很熱情和貼心，遇上父親生日還送了生日蛋糕。早餐豐盛，停車方便，建議安裝兩個室外專屬快充。開車2分鐘有一個開麥斯快充站。離開的時候，前台小帥哥召召特意追到電梯口送了伴手禮，非常的貼心。春節期間前台的小姐姐們雖然記不住名字，但是都非常的細緻。再次表示衷心的感謝，這是一羣有愛的年輕人。可以説是達到甚至超過洲際的硬件設施，雖然花園有限，建議考慮如何有引導客人去濕地的通道和標識，以及路線介紹。車庫進入酒店的裝修需要提升，和大堂相比差距很明顯。客人夜宵的垃圾會整理後扔在門口，或垃圾桶，沒有亂扔，説明客人們並不是不愛乾淨，或者素質低下，而是沒有設定投放點，並給出提醒，但是晚上走道的味道確實不好，這並不需要清潔人員無時無刻的去清理，衹需要設定投放點。總體來説，提升細節是難度最大的工作。

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati accolti da amichevoli addetti alla reception al momento del check-in e abbiamo apprezzato il tè al latte e i biscotti ai fiori che ci sono stati offerti. C'è un muro rosso proprio accanto all'hotel e sembrava un buon posto per scattare foto. Tutto andava bene, tranne il ragazzo della cucina che sembrava piuttosto impaziente e scortese quando gli altri ospiti gli chiedevano dei noodles.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the lovely owners, a friendly couple with three children.
The rooms were equipped to keep us warm, featuring cozy furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary bowl of noodles for breakfast—absolutely delicious and a perfect start to our day!
The lady boss of the homestay was particularly welcoming; she invited us to gather around the heater making us felt right at home. She also generously shared some of the delicious BBQ tofu she was grilling with us . ☺️🥰
Overall, this homestay hotel offers not just a place to stay, but an experience filled with warmth, great food, and genuine hospitality. It is also near all the scenic spots . I can't wait to return!

UUtente anonimoEra una fantastica esperienza situata a Yan Village ári Jiacă Village. Era come se mi fosse stato riportato al programma “Conosci te stesso”/ “Dove andare”. Il villaggio era pacifico e molto autentico. Vi consiglio di rimanere se siete alla ricerca di un'area tranquilla al di fuori della città di Kunming. È necessario 15-20 minuti dall'aeroporto. Anche se l'area è abbastanza lontana, è perfetta come un layout dopo il nostro volo di mezzanotte (vicino all'aeroporto). L'aeroporto è libero di prendere e l'app Didi è disponibile per il saluto a cavallo. Un giorno basta per visitare l'intera villaggio, poiché non ci sono molte attività da fare, anche se ci sono pochi caffè e ristoranti nel villaggio. La zona di centro (stazione ferroviaria Kunming) è a 40 minuti di auto. Spero che la zona vicina si sviluppa in un prossimo futuro - se così fosse, mi trasferirei qui per rimanere per un periodo più lungo la prossima volta.

JJackThe hotel is very modern and clean, but the functionality is flawed. For example, the shower leaks all over the bathroom and leaves a huge puddle beside the toilet. The toilet itself is also an issue. It’s supposed to be some kind of high-tech “smart toilet” but the seat doesn’t heat up and it sprays water on your **** when you sit down. The AI in the hotel room isn’t great either. The AC takes ages to warm up, and then it’s too hot. Another issue is the step up from the corridor to the room, which makes moving heavy luggage in and out very inconvenient. The hotel lobby was also hard to find because the Yayue Hotel name was only displayed on a small sign inside the building.

UUtente ospiteWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

Era piovendo e freddo, quindi prese l'acqua calda in un serbatoio d'acqua volante.
L'ostello non era freddo.
La TV era anche buona, quindi è stato bello suonare una canzone tranquilla, e soprattutto la vista dell'hotel era così bella. Era più elegante perché era piovendo.. Il colazione era anche fatto dal capo stesso, quindi era più sincero e delizioso.
La camera da letto, a sinistra, è un po' in alto, ci sono negozi e ristoranti, che sono molto adatto per l'acquisto e la vendita.
Ho mangiato pesche pettinate che non sono ancora uscite in Corea a Kunming.

AAcw2005Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.

La progettazione della stanza è anche molto calda e confortevole e le strutture sono complete.I prodotti di letto sono morbidi e puliti, e mi sono reso molto buono durante il viaggio.
Il personale del popolo è molto entusiasta e amichevole.Non solo forniscono consigli turistici dettagliati e strategie, ma anche organizzano un viaggio di gioco intorno a me.Quando ho bisogno di aiuto, possono sempre comparire in tempo per sentire il caldo della casa.
In generale, la gente mi ha lasciato un'impressione profonda.Sia la posizione geografica, le strutture della stanza o l'atteggiamento del servizio sono molto buoni.Se avessi l'opzione di tornare a Kunming, scelgo di vivere qui!Molto consigliato a tutti!
