Hotel pet friendly a Kunming

Una piccola e preziosa gemma Zen nascosta nel parco dell'Expo. Atmosfera di assoluto relax, una bolla di quiete e serenità. Tutto molto curato, pulito e tanta raffinatezza e eleganza. Fantastica e abbondante la zuppa di noodles a colazione. Ottimo e super rilassante il massaggio. E per finire, il plus della struttura sono le ragazze e i ragazzi dello staff: gentilissimi, sorridenti, pronti a aiutarti all'occorrenza. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarli per l'aiuto e per l'accoglienza squisita

La stanza è pulita e igienica, il soggiorno è super comodo, la vista è anche molto buona. Le letti sono molto avanzate, sono anche dotate di trucco, hanno messo foglie di latte bevute molto bene, l'esperienza di alloggio più soddisfatta. Il cortile dell'hotel è come una zona di vista mini, fantastico

Mi piaceva stare qui. E'a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ci sono un sacco di ristoranti, negozi di comodità anche intorno alla zona. Lavoro a distanza, così la sedia piegabile è apprezzata, ma non è comoda per lunghe ore di lavoro, ma tutto è bene. La stanza è molto bella e igienica. E ho apprezzato anche il lavaggio gratuito e lavatrice autoservizio. 8/10 esperienza per me. Ma c'è una cosa che vorrei che potessero migliorare, quindi andare in bagno è un passo di sopra dal resto della stanza. Mi sono stancata di andare da Shangri-La e quando ho finito di lavarmi la faccia nel bagno, mi sono perso il passo e sono caduto, e ho colpito la testa sul muro. Era un incidente. Era colpa mia. Sono arrivato al concierge via Wechat e li ho chiesti se avessero del ghiaccio per me da quando mi ho buttato la testa, ma hanno detto che non avevano del ghiaccio. Vorrei che avessero potuto aiutarmi al momento della mia necessità comprandomi del ghiaccio dal negozio di latte o negozio di convenienza vicino. Mi sentivo solo di non essere curato. Non mi importa che l'hotel non abbia il ghiaccio disponibile, ma avrebbero potuto aiutarmi in qualche altro modo. A quel punto mi sono anche vertiginosa, quindi ho dormito il resto del giorno, e poi ho chiesto loro un paio di domande, ma non mi hanno più risposto. L'hotel offre anche caffè gratuito e la camera è mantenuta pulita con la custodia quotidiana, che apprezzo. Grazie!

Volevo un posto speciale per un po' di relax insieme. Non volevo provare il solito hotel in città. Dopo aver visto le foto, ho deciso di provarlo. E voilà... non mi sono assolutamente pentito di aver scelto questo hotel. Il servizio offerto è stato di prim'ordine, il personale è cordiale, cortese e puntuale. Il personale addetto alle pulizie pulisce sempre la villa a un livello tale che non ho avuto motivo di lamentarmi. Sono sempre disposti a fare il possibile per offrire servizi personalizzati agli ospiti. La villa che ho prenotato aveva una sorgente termale privata e un enorme giardino che, a mio parere, offriva la vista migliore. Ogni sera, potevamo ammirare il tramonto nel nostro giardino privato. Era davvero fuori dal mondo, le coppie devono assolutamente provarlo. Ogni giorno l'hotel offre un cesto di frutta e rifornisce il bancone del bar con bevande e snack gratuitamente. Il personale, sempre gentile (la signorina Lee), mi ha persino detto di farle sapere se desideravo della frutta, così avrebbe fatto in modo che la riempisse nel cesto. Mi ha anche chiesto più volte se poteva fare qualcosa per migliorare il mio soggiorno in hotel. Complimenti al team di gestione per aver instillato questo elevato standard di servizio. La signorina Lee mi ha persino contattato dopo il check-out per chiedermi un feedback. Continuate così. Tornerò sicuramente. Perché questo viaggio è pieno di ricordi meravigliosi. Grazie al team.

Great location! very close to the metro and railway station. we arrived very late in kunming, the staff kindly waited for us, which we really appreciated. the room was clean and had all basic aminities. overall, fine for short stay.

Simple, but pleasant place to stay. Has all the necessary facilities. Kind receptionists, especially Ms Wang, lovely lady running the breakfast, and friendly cleaning ladies doing a great job. Would/will come again.

The hotel was newly opened in 2025. The hotel lift reaches every floor, room was good sized, very clean and hygienic with good amenities. The room condition dose matches the description as you can see on the hotel website. We stayed in the hotel for a few days and were very impressed with the level of service. Owners were friendly and helpful . Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping and eating district , just on the top of the subway station line 6 from airport line 30 mins) . Foods, supermarket and shopping just downstairs. There is good viewing from the apartment . I also requested late check out and it was granted this time (due to my flight was 21:30), the owner is so helpful and understanding . Owner's response is prompt when you contact him. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for those visiting Kunming City , Yunnan China.

Soggiorno massimo di 2 notti. I letti nelle camere condivise non offrono privacy e non ci sono tende. Purtroppo, gli asciugamani non sono forniti. Bisogna rifare e disfare il letto da soli. Le camere sono molto, molto fredde. Le coperte spesse sono un sollievo. L'unico aspetto positivo dell'ostello è il personale, molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, la struttura non è delle migliori. Il team dovrebbe risolvere alcuni problemi tecnici, come l'installazione di tende, il riscaldamento e la fornitura di asciugamani, e sarebbe perfetto.

The six of us are not Chinese. When we arrived from Dali, the receptionist told us our booking had been cancelled. I asked why, and she simply said bookings can be cancelled but could not give any reason. I was honestly shocked — in more than 20 years of travelling, I’ve never experienced anything like this. When she realised I wasn’t going to accept that explanation, her attitude changed immediately. She then asked for our passports to register us and started flipping through every page, as if we were suspicious or illegal travellers. That was also a first for me. We travel often and hold passports that are widely recognised worldwide, so this treatment was quite surprising. From this experience, I feel that if you are not firm, they may take advantage and cancel your booking, leaving you stranded. It’s quite worrying, so please be cautious. Also, the reception was unable to assist with booking transport to the airport, so we had to arrange everything ourselves. That said, we chose this hotel mainly because of its location near the wholesale market and its affordable price. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was decent, and there are plenty of food options around the wholesale market.

Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.
