ZzhanshengIl capo, il capo e tutte le famiglie di Xifu sono davvero troppo gentili.Il servizio non è davvero niente da sfiorare.Il cibo è delizioso!E l'acqua di ghiacciamento è un'esperienza di ghiaccio!Il cortile posteriore ha un piccolo paesaggio di montagna di neve e l'esperienza è piena.Xifu è sicuramente il miglior popolo della valle di neve, nessuno. Gli amici che sono venuti a giocare a Snowtown sono giusti a vivere qui.Esperienza di sei stelle.L'organizzazione del traffico e del paesaggio non è completamente stressata, il capo ha aiutato direttamente a gestire.Non riesco davvero a trovare la ragione per vivere qui.La prossima volta saremo a New福!!(Grazie per l'amore del popolo!!)

UUtente ospite酒店房間住的很滿意房間裏面很暖和，早餐也很不錯種類很多 趕在哈爾濱旺季出行 酒店服務做的真的很貼心 雖然距離中央大街有一段距離 但是出門離地鐵站很近，門口還有公交站出行很方便 距離哈西站幾分鐘就到了，入住時前台姓劉的姑娘很熱情 還🈶姓陳的姑娘個子高高的很熱情還給我們倒了熱水幫助我們拿行李 服務真的很不錯體驗也好 值得推薦

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

LlilsheepWe had a very good stay at the Echarm Plus hotel in Harbin. The location is great (5 mins walk from the Central Street, and about 10 mins walk from St Sophia's Cathedral, Daoli Street market), the hotel is clean (with laundry room), the service from the staff is excellent, and the rooms are clean and large. Water pressure and temperature is also very good, its nice to have a hot shower during winter. Beds are large and comfortable too. Breakfast variety is good and we enjoyed the noodle soup daily. We stayed in the family loft room and it was a good choice for 2 adults and 2 kids. The only lacking parts was the smart toilet wasn't working properly and the walls of the hotel are quite thin, so you can hear the other room guests if they are noisy.

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

CCotton Chen_陈芳梅🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

UUtente anonimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
