Grande posizione a Perth CBD Il personale è sempre stato molto amichevole! La vista della stanza era incredibile e pulita e temperata. Sono sicuro di tornare a questo hotel perché tutto è perfetto per stare in città.

La casa era povera e sciocca, e la cuttery lasciava lavato, il letto non era fatto e un giorno lasciava la porta della stanza dopo che nessuno poteva entrare nella mia stanza. I pulsanti della cortina di stanza non funzionano, i manici di doccia sono stati rotti nelle due stanze che avevamo, l'aria condizionata non poteva essere controllata, così entrambe le stanze erano congelate. Non lo consiglierei. L'Holiday Inn Express è a metà del prezzo e tutto funziona. 

Grande hotel, parcheggio auto è un po 'di distanza dalle Crown Towers, è più vicino a Metropool.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'Hotel Wonil per un weekend con il mio toddler, e purtroppo è stata una grande esperienza nel complesso. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera e abbiamo ricevuto l'avviso al check-in che non c'era parcheggio disponibile, nonostante le informazioni di prenotazione che indicavano che era disponibile parcheggio e che non era richiesta alcuna prenotazione. Come genitore solitario che viaggiava con un bambino e un bagaglio, questo ha creato un inizio molto stressante per il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha portato 4 viaggi in alto e in basso tra il pavimento e la stanza, e nessuna assistenza è stata offerta dal personale al check-in. Poco dopo aver trasferito il nostro bagaglio nella stanza, alle 9:00, ho dovuto guidare lungo la Hackett Drive verso il Ristorante Matilda Bay per cercare parcheggio stradale. Come un genitore che viaggiava da solo con un toddler, non mi sentivo confortevole lasciare la mia auto la notte, poi dovevo portare il mio bambino e camminare centinaia di metri di distanza verso l’hotel nel buio, che mi faceva sentire insicura e in modo onesto. Durante il nostro soggiorno, potevo anche sentire regolarmente il personale che parlava alla ricezione e lamentava di altri ospiti, che non si sentono professionisti o benvenuti. L'hotel è relativamente nuovo e la posizione è eccellente vicino alla costa, alle aree di gioco, alle tracce da camminare e ai ristoranti che è stata la ragione principale che ho scelto. Tuttavia, la qualità generale della costruzione e la presentazione della stanza sono stati deludenti. Il nostro bagno era in fuga, e ci sono stati visibili crack e difetti nel banco e nelle attrezzature. Prima di prenotare, pensavo davvero che questo potrebbe diventare uno dei nostri soliti punti di uscita di fine settimana, perché la posizione ha così tanto potenziale. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, non mi sentirei confortevole di tornare come un genitore solitario che viaggia con un bambino di nuovo.

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Perth Hotel, and the biggest highlight was definitely the location. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Perth Underground Station, which connects directly to Perth Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel to places like Fremantle and beyond. The hotel is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping, including Kmart, Woolworths, Sephora, and many other stores, so everything we needed was close by. As Muslim travellers, we also appreciated that there was a Malaysian restaurant serving halal food just a short walk away, along with several other halal dining options nearby. The room itself was comfortable, although it is a little dated. It was spacious enough for our family, and the largest room could comfortably accommodate up to six adults with one main bed and two sofa beds. The kids especially loved having their own little space in front of the TV. The pillows were very comfortable, and while our booking didn’t include housekeeping, it wasn’t an issue since we were only staying for a few days. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a sponge holder in the kitchenette and a little more dishwashing liquid, as only two small packets were provided. We also noticed that a few of the pots and some dishware still had stains on them, so a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils would make the stay even better. I didn’t manage to take many photos during our stay (just this one!), but I can say that the hotel’s listing photos are an accurate representation of the rooms. What you see is truly what you get, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unbeatable location made getting around Perth so easy, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

I booked due to the location near to Perth airport as I was only transiting overnight. The free shuttle service was a huge plus and the reason I chose Country Comfort. Everything was perfect except the wifi in the back block 4 made a small issue as I was unable to watch my own streaming services or social media.

We enjoyed a family overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient, and we appreciated the hotel’s facilities. However, there were a couple of aspects that detracted from the experience. I was genuinely surprised that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. Having stayed in many hotels, both within Australia and internationally, I have never experienced a hotel that didn’t provide complimentary drinking water as a basic amenity. It’s a small gesture, but one that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, the service at the Atrium also fell below expectations. It took quite a while for staff to take our drink orders after we were seated, and when the drinks did arrive, they came out individually over an extended period rather than together. This wasn’t the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. More broadly, I found the overall customer service lacking. Having stayed in a range of prestige hotels around the world, I’ve come to expect staff to acknowledge guests with a smile or greeting, or simply pause to allow guests to pass in hallways. These may seem like small courtesies, but they are what distinguish exceptional hospitality from average service. During our overnight stay, I didn’t experience these simple gestures once, which made the service feel impersonal and not particularly guest-focused. Overall, while we enjoyed the facilities and location, the level of hospitality did not match what I would expect from a premium hotel experience.

I appreciate that it can accommodate 3 people in the room and there is an airport shuttle service. Everything is overall satisfactory. However, the shuttle did not drop us off right next to the terminal and we had to walk in the heavy rain for 5 minutes.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.

The location was wonderful — very quiet and close to the Swan Valley vineyards. The room itself was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. The kitchen had everything you’d expect, although it was quite small, so cooking in the room isn’t very practical. The main letdown was cleanliness. Rooms are only cleaned every six days, which we didn’t know before booking. You can exchange towels daily, but that’s about it. When we arrived, we asked for the floors to be done as they clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly — it was still below the standard of quality hotels. Although the carpets looked new, they weren’t clean- there were toenails and popcorn from previous guests on the carpet I contacted reception to request a proper clean, but was told that according to Sebel’s rules, cleaning only happens every six days. Had we known this beforehand, we probably wouldn’t have booked. The swimming pool looked nice, but during our stay it had a lot of bird and duck droppings, which made it unappealing. We used it once but didn’t feel it was clean enough to go back. There’s a golf course nearby for those interested, but the on-site café was a definite disappointment — overpriced and average at best. My husband ordered what was listed as a Scotch fillet steak, but even the waitress admitted it was actually minute steak. We asked for a refund since it was inedible (all fat), but were refused because “he ate it” — even though he only touched the fries and bread roll. So, essentially, it was an expensive chip sandwich. Overall, while the place looks appealing and the setting is beautiful, the experience didn’t justify the cost. Between the lack of proper cleaning, poor food, and high prices, we’re not sure we’d stay again.
