UUtente ospite10 punti, 10 punti di soddisfazione. Il servizio delle ragazze e dei ragazzi alla reception è davvero ottimo, migliore di quello di un hotel a cinque stelle, pulito e igienico, e l'ambiente è proprio quello che mi piace.
Una squisita pausa tè pomeridiana: la torta è deliziosa, confezionata e mangiata in macchina, il che rende l'atmosfera più piacevole in una giornata piovosa.
Terapia con campane tibetane: è stato fantastico provarla di notte.
C'è un parco accanto, la scelta migliore per la prossima visita a Kunming.

Service Excellence
The hotel's staff are very friendly and efficient, and are able to respond quickly to the special needs of guests. For example, I made several special requests, and the hotel team not only responded in a timely manner, but also made sure that each request was handled properly. This kind of attentive service makes one feel very welcome.
Excellent hygiene The cleanliness of the
hotel was satisfactory and no dust or stains were found in the rooms. The bed linen and bedding were changed one by one, and the bathroom was kept very clean with no water stains or other problems. This makes me feel very relieved about the hygiene management of the hotel.
Breakfast & Afternoon Tea The
hotel's breakfast buffet offers everything from hot porridge to fresh fruit to a variety of breads and cakes. In addition, the selection of afternoon tea is also very rich, providing guests with more choices.
Late night snacks and special arrangements The late night snacks provided by the
hotel were equally delicious, especially considering that my wife was not feeling well, and the hotel also arranged a special service to bring the late night snacks to the room. This kind of meticulous care is heartwarming.
Freebies
Pleasantly surprised, the hotel gave guests a bottle of precious preserved mushrooms as a souvenir when they checked out. This little gift not only reflects the hotel's intentions, but also adds to the extra pleasure of the stay.
Overall Rating
Overall, the Papman stay was perfect. Whether it's the hygienic conditions, the quality of the service or the choice of food, it is very satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.

JJade 丁玉儿A very good place to stay, super close to Kunming south station. So much food and stuff in the area, theres a food street with stalls too just around the corner. Breakfast buffet with coffee is included so its perfect to start your next journey. The bathroom is huge and the bed is super comfy.

Cons:
- room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open.
- Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map.
- we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception.
Overall a good experience.

L'hotel era impeccabilmente pulito, con camere e aree comuni impeccabili; anche l'ambiente era superbo, con uno scenario meraviglioso che sembrava di essere in vacanza. La sorpresa più piacevole è stato il servizio; il personale è stato cordiale e attento, rendendo l'esperienza fantastica dall'inizio alla fine. Sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta!
2. Altamente raccomandato! Sono stato subito conquistato dalla camera pulita e ordinata all'arrivo, e la vista dalla finestra era incredibilmente rilassante. Dal check-in al check-out, il personale è stato sempre cordiale e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare. È stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole: un vero gioiello di hotel!

AAnneFloresLa stanza è molto decente e grande. È solo un po' di rumore, perché la stanza che ho trovato è vicino a una stanza che viene ristrutturata, ma è solo durante il giorno. La cosa migliore per me, lontano dalla vista bella, grande stanza, e grande letto è il bagno intelligente (controllo specificamente per posti con bidet per i miei soggiorni, e questo posto ha una alta tecnologia), l'hotel e l'acqua fredda sono anche grandi. Apprezzo che il bagno, il bagno e la doccia siano separati.
Il personale è tutto a posto e utile. Ho avuto un problema con il mio account di DiDi e ho bisogno di prenotare uno per il mio tour programmato, e il personale in servizio mi ha aiutato a prenotare uno che pagava per questo e ha detto che potevo solo risolvere il pagamento più tardi, e mi ha anche accompagnato al DiDi e lasciato sapere al conducente che non parlo la lingua e che mi ha portato al posto in sicurezza.
L'unico con che posso dire (se si è specificamente in posizione) è che non è così vicino ai soli luoghi turistici come la vecchia strada Kunming, ma è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria del Sud (Kunmingnan). Non è un grande coni per me, perché ho davvero goduto i negozi e le strade vicine. Questa è una delle cose buone qui anche. È sopra un negozio, e proprio in tutto il posto è anche un posto per andare a fare shopping (per vestiti, cibo, ristoranti). Anche nel negozio di prossimità c'è un grande supermercato/dipartimento. È anche vivo a notte.
In generale, personalmente, trovo questo un ottimo posto per rimanere a Kunming.

PPiaofudexiaobai我很少願意主動給評價，這家真是值得。酒店位於離市區較遠的滇池半山，交通確實不是很便利，周邊也不是很好，但是酒店是真舒服。大套房別墅，一間客廳，一間麻將室，一個大庭院私湯泡池。空氣清新，山頂還有公共泡池，水都很好。坐在小院曬太陽，看着娃在私湯戲耍，幸福的感覺油然而生。重要的是服務態度也極好，有求必應，喊電瓶車接送也很快。早餐還算不錯，有自選果蔬鮮榨，有餌絲，對我足夠了。爸媽都説下次要再來。五星好評給全部服務人員。

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.
