Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Kunming

Di solito non scrivo recensioni, ma questo soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale. Inizialmente temevo che si trattasse di un posto alla moda e dall'aspetto economico, ma in realtà vanta un design, un'estetica e materiali di altissima qualità. Il colore e la texture del legno erano entrambi eccellenti! Ma ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stato il design complessivo dello spazio (non solo della camera in sé), che creava un'atmosfera meravigliosa! La porta della camera era una porta pesante, a tutta altezza, che garantiva un eccellente isolamento acustico e una sensazione di lusso. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso che una pensione potesse raggiungere questo livello di qualità. È un luogo che ti invoglia a soffermarti, a rimanere e ad apprezzarlo appieno. Servizio: Il personale era chiaramente ben preparato, disponibile e molto cordiale, dimostrando una sincera attenzione per gli ospiti: eccellente! Ristorazione: Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che la colazione fosse servita dalle 7:30 alle 13:00! Anche il pranzo poteva essere consumato in hotel! Gli ingredienti erano tutti freschissimi – anche lo spuntino di mezzanotte era delizioso (un menu a base di spaghetti di riso con spiedini alla griglia). Il tè pomeridiano era più incentrato sulla presentazione, ma comunque molto piacevole. Il fotografo di viaggio, incluso nel prezzo, era una persona molto gentile e le sue capacità fotografiche erano eccellenti. Non avevo grandi aspettative per questo tipo di servizio fotografico di viaggio, ma sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalle bellissime foto! Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e ci tornerei sicuramente. Spero che migliori ulteriormente!

La camera è molto spaziosa. È un hotel di recente apertura. I servizi in camera sono nuovissimi, la pulizia è impeccabile e anche l'ambiente è ottimo. Ci si può sedere nella hall. C'è una piscina, che i bambini apprezzano molto. La lavanderia ha un'asciugatrice, il che è molto comodo. La camera in cui si alloggia offre anche corsi gratuiti al mattino, a mezzogiorno e alla sera. Ho partecipato alla terapia con le campane tibetane la sera ed è stato molto rilassante. Le ragazze e i ragazzi del servizio in hotel sono molto entusiasti. Mi hanno accolto all'ingresso e all'uscita, mi hanno aiutato a portare i bagagli e hanno premuto l'ascensore. Ringrazio in particolare Jinsuo e Muyu per il loro aiuto.

Location is a big plus here — right next to the convention center, a shopping mall with tons of dining and shopping options, and DiDaDi outdoor theme park is literally just outside the hotel. The kids loved it and kept themselves busy the whole time. Rooms were great and the outdoor bathtub was a nice bonus. We had a minor hiccup with the AC going out overnight, but the manager was super responsive and got us moved to a new room without any hassle since the technician wasn’t around over the weekend. Really appreciated that. Free breakfast and supper are both included, and honestly both were really good — plenty of variety and everything tasted great. Oh, and don’t sleep on the hotel’s rooftop photo shoot. The views up there are stunning and it’s a proper must-do during your stay. All in all, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Sebbene sia un hotel di lusso, può tranquillamente competere con un hotel di lusso. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti dal Lago Cuihu e dal Tempio Yuantong, il che lo rende molto comodo. Inoltre, i vecchi siti dell'Università Nazionale Associata del Sud-Ovest sono raggiungibili a piedi in meno di 2 km. Lungo il Lago Cuihu, l'Accademia Militare e l'Università dello Yunnan sono entrambi luoghi che meritano una visita! Le camere sono abbastanza nuove e spaziose (nessun problema ad aprire due valigie), e in particolare le dotazioni sono di alta qualità: un asciugacapelli Dyson, spazzolini da denti morbidi e confortevoli e un'ottima pressione dell'acqua nella doccia. La colazione al 19° piano offre una vista mozzafiato sul Lago Cuihu. E per finire, abbiamo persino ricevuto un piccolo omaggio al check-out. In sintesi, e per sottolineare i punti chiave: questo hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e merita di essere scelto!

We had a comfortable stay at Atour with no complaints at all. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout, always happy to assist and quick to sort out anything we needed. They were really nice too, and even gave us rose biscuits on check-out, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was decent, a nice enough start to the day. One fun little extra was the robot that brings your ******* food deliveries up to your room. The laundry service was also great to have. If there’s a wait for the machine, you can just leave your things with a card filled out with your details, and housekeeping will help get it through for you. Once everything’s dry, they bag it all up and leave it ready for you to collect or you can request it to be sent to your room. So convenient and really took the hassle out of it. A comfortable, well-run stay that we’d happily recommend.

Volevo un posto speciale per un po' di relax insieme. Non volevo provare il solito hotel in città. Dopo aver visto le foto, ho deciso di provarlo. E voilà... non mi sono assolutamente pentito di aver scelto questo hotel. Il servizio offerto è stato di prim'ordine, il personale è cordiale, cortese e puntuale. Il personale addetto alle pulizie pulisce sempre la villa a un livello tale che non ho avuto motivo di lamentarmi. Sono sempre disposti a fare il possibile per offrire servizi personalizzati agli ospiti. La villa che ho prenotato aveva una sorgente termale privata e un enorme giardino che, a mio parere, offriva la vista migliore. Ogni sera, potevamo ammirare il tramonto nel nostro giardino privato. Era davvero fuori dal mondo, le coppie devono assolutamente provarlo. Ogni giorno l'hotel offre un cesto di frutta e rifornisce il bancone del bar con bevande e snack gratuitamente. Il personale, sempre gentile (la signorina Lee), mi ha persino detto di farle sapere se desideravo della frutta, così avrebbe fatto in modo che la riempisse nel cesto. Mi ha anche chiesto più volte se poteva fare qualcosa per migliorare il mio soggiorno in hotel. Complimenti al team di gestione per aver instillato questo elevato standard di servizio. La signorina Lee mi ha persino contattato dopo il check-out per chiedermi un feedback. Continuate così. Tornerò sicuramente. Perché questo viaggio è pieno di ricordi meravigliosi. Grazie al team.

The location of Ruibo was so convenient to get to our early morning train at Kunmingnan Station in under 10 minutes. It is also situated right across from a lovely suburban lake with a beautiful path around it. Our family so enjoyed walking around this lake in the afternoon. The air was fresh, there were not so many people that you might encounter in Downtown Kunming, and my daughter found so many dandelions to blow! There are also many lovely and fairly priced restaurants down below the hotel to choose from offering a variety of Yunnan fare. Check in was flawless, and the check in agent was so kind and calm in the lobby. Now let's get to the room!!!! It had a stunning view of the lake, the train stAtion, trains and surrounding mountains. Everything in this brand new room is so well designed. There many nooks and crannies with well situated seats and cupboards. Space is so well thought out. My daughter's favourite seat was the couch incorporated into the windowsill. She could sit there and draw while looking out the window. The loft was awesome for our larger group of 4 people. The upstairs loft has its own bathroom and shower and sink!!! This was so appreciated after weeks of waiting our turns for the single toilet and shower that we found with other loft hotels! Best of all...both bathrooms had smart toilets!!! This was the first of 6 rooms we have stayed in around Yunnan to feature smart toilets. The price of this room was such value for the amenities and facilities we got! I would definitely stay here again, especially if arriving or departing on the southern trains!

We are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

Siamo molto felici di rimanere in questo hotel, perché la posizione è conveniente e vicino al metro con molti ristoranti e negozi. I ricevitori sono molto amichevoli e utili. Le camere che abbiamo soggiornato erano molto pulite e la doccia era eccellente con controllo della temperatura. Anche hanno aggiornato una camera con un bagno per noi. Il colazione servito era buono con caffè, latte di soia, tè, zuppe di noodles, pane ecc.

The hotel was very inexpensive compared to the size of the room. It's great for the passengers who had to get the early flight .The hotel provided the airport transfer, which was very convenient. It was a little bit difficult to reach the hotel by yourself.
