Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Kunming

Di solito non scrivo recensioni, ma questo soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale. Inizialmente temevo che si trattasse di un posto alla moda e dall'aspetto economico, ma in realtà vanta un design, un'estetica e materiali di altissima qualità. Il colore e la texture del legno erano entrambi eccellenti! Ma ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stato il design complessivo dello spazio (non solo della camera in sé), che creava un'atmosfera meravigliosa! La porta della camera era una porta pesante, a tutta altezza, che garantiva un eccellente isolamento acustico e una sensazione di lusso. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso che una pensione potesse raggiungere questo livello di qualità. È un luogo che ti invoglia a soffermarti, a rimanere e ad apprezzarlo appieno. Servizio: Il personale era chiaramente ben preparato, disponibile e molto cordiale, dimostrando una sincera attenzione per gli ospiti: eccellente! Ristorazione: Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che la colazione fosse servita dalle 7:30 alle 13:00! Anche il pranzo poteva essere consumato in hotel! Gli ingredienti erano tutti freschissimi – anche lo spuntino di mezzanotte era delizioso (un menu a base di spaghetti di riso con spiedini alla griglia). Il tè pomeridiano era più incentrato sulla presentazione, ma comunque molto piacevole. Il fotografo di viaggio, incluso nel prezzo, era una persona molto gentile e le sue capacità fotografiche erano eccellenti. Non avevo grandi aspettative per questo tipo di servizio fotografico di viaggio, ma sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalle bellissime foto! Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e ci tornerei sicuramente. Spero che migliori ulteriormente!

Il servizio delle ragazze e dei ragazzi alla reception è davvero ottimo, migliore di quello di un hotel a cinque stelle, pulito e igienico, e l'ambiente è proprio quello che mi piace. Una squisita pausa tè pomeridiana: la torta è deliziosa, confezionata e mangiata in macchina, il che rende l'atmosfera più piacevole in una giornata piovosa. Terapia con campane tibetane: è stato fantastico provarla di notte. C'è un parco accanto, la scelta migliore per la prossima visita a Kunming.

Location is a big plus here — right next to the convention center, a shopping mall with tons of dining and shopping options, and DiDaDi outdoor theme park is literally just outside the hotel. The kids loved it and kept themselves busy the whole time. Rooms were great and the outdoor bathtub was a nice bonus. We had a minor hiccup with the AC going out overnight, but the manager was super responsive and got us moved to a new room without any hassle since the technician wasn’t around over the weekend. Really appreciated that. Free breakfast and supper are both included, and honestly both were really good — plenty of variety and everything tasted great. Oh, and don’t sleep on the hotel’s rooftop photo shoot. The views up there are stunning and it’s a proper must-do during your stay. All in all, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Ottimo hotel vicino all'aeroporto. Camere fantastiche, dal design accattivante e dotate di tutto il necessario e anche di più! Apprezzo molto la navetta aeroportuale gratuita, che parte ogni mezz'ora dalle 4:00 alle 14:00. È necessario avvisare la reception in anticipo in quanto i posti a sedere sono limitati. Questo servizio è molto utile, soprattutto quando ho genitori anziani con me. Un plauso particolare all'autista, che è stato molto disponibile con i bagagli ed è stato gentile ed educato. La reception ci aveva preparato una colazione al sacco, molto premurosa, con uova, pane e latte; tuttavia, il latte ci è stato confiscato alla dogana dell'aeroporto perché ci eravamo dimenticati di non poter portare liquidi. È un aspetto che gli ospiti dovrebbero tenere presente e forse l'hotel può aiutarli a ricordarglielo. Devo però evidenziare alcune particolarità di questo posto che, si spera, possano migliorare l'esperienza. C'è una ripida rampa di scale tra la strada principale e l'edificio dell'hotel, un design urbano insolito, a mio parere, ma a quanto pare questo aspetto è al di fuori del controllo dell'hotel. Questo significa che se si hanno bagagli pesanti e anziani con problemi di veglia da gestire, la situazione è problematica. La reception ci ha indicato un pendio lungo la ripida rampa di scale, ma è talmente ripido che sembra quasi non esistere. Abbiamo chiesto se alla reception ci fosse qualcuno che potesse aiutarci, magari un facchino o un ragazzo, ma non c'era nessuno. Inoltre, non sono stati molto disponibili nel suggerire soluzioni alternative per entrare in hotel. Ci siamo resi conto molto più tardi che c'è una porta sul retro al piano terra, anche se potrebbe significare una camminata più lunga per arrivarci. Ma è meglio che non fornire suggerimenti. Anche se non mi aspetto che le ragazze alla reception aiutino con i bagagli pesanti, ho pensato che la direzione avrebbe potuto adottare dei protocolli per aiutare gli ospiti che hanno problemi con la ripida rampa di scale. Nel XXI secolo, è importante considerare un design inclusivo dell'offerta di servizi per raggiungere standard più internazionali. Solo un suggerimento da sottoporre alla direzione. Nel complesso, è un buon hotel con ottime attrezzature, ma la formazione del personale potrebbe essere migliore. La reception è ottima nel fornire i servizi di base standard, ma potrebbe essere migliorata, rendendola un po' più disponibile verso gli ospiti che chiedono supporto e aiuto. Credo che questo hotel abbia un grande potenziale per competere con altri grandi marchi internazionali con qualche miglioramento in più nel servizio. Ibis è letteralmente proprio accanto, ma spero che i marchi cinesi prosperino ancora di più nel prossimo futuro. Terrò d'occhio questa catena cinese quando visiterò la Cina! :)

L'hotel è a due passi dal Lago Cui Hu, un'ottima posizione. È a pochi passi dal Jiu Bei Lou, Huang Gong Dong Jie, Jiang Wu Tang e dall'Università dello Yunnan, il che è estremamente comodo. L'hotel non è grande ma ha tutto il necessario ed è piuttosto confortevole. Offre specialità locali dello Yunnan [Orario: 20:00-22:00]: i noodles di riso preparati dalla signora sono deliziosi, un vero complimento. Il personale è accogliente e cortese, al check-in offrono i biscotti di fiori e alla partenza un piccolo omaggio. Il concierge è sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L'esperienza di soggiorno è stata molto soddisfacente! 👍

We had a comfortable stay at Atour with no complaints at all. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout, always happy to assist and quick to sort out anything we needed. They were really nice too, and even gave us rose biscuits on check-out, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was decent, a nice enough start to the day. One fun little extra was the robot that brings your ******* food deliveries up to your room. The laundry service was also great to have. If there’s a wait for the machine, you can just leave your things with a card filled out with your details, and housekeeping will help get it through for you. Once everything’s dry, they bag it all up and leave it ready for you to collect or you can request it to be sent to your room. So convenient and really took the hassle out of it. A comfortable, well-run stay that we’d happily recommend.

The location of Ruibo was so convenient to get to our early morning train at Kunmingnan Station in under 10 minutes. It is also situated right across from a lovely suburban lake with a beautiful path around it. Our family so enjoyed walking around this lake in the afternoon. The air was fresh, there were not so many people that you might encounter in Downtown Kunming, and my daughter found so many dandelions to blow! There are also many lovely and fairly priced restaurants down below the hotel to choose from offering a variety of Yunnan fare. Check in was flawless, and the check in agent was so kind and calm in the lobby. Now let's get to the room!!!! It had a stunning view of the lake, the train stAtion, trains and surrounding mountains. Everything in this brand new room is so well designed. There many nooks and crannies with well situated seats and cupboards. Space is so well thought out. My daughter's favourite seat was the couch incorporated into the windowsill. She could sit there and draw while looking out the window. The loft was awesome for our larger group of 4 people. The upstairs loft has its own bathroom and shower and sink!!! This was so appreciated after weeks of waiting our turns for the single toilet and shower that we found with other loft hotels! Best of all...both bathrooms had smart toilets!!! This was the first of 6 rooms we have stayed in around Yunnan to feature smart toilets. The price of this room was such value for the amenities and facilities we got! I would definitely stay here again, especially if arriving or departing on the southern trains!

We are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

The room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate. The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China. The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night. Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.

Tutto era pulito e il servizio era impeccabile dove si trova è in mezzo a nessuno ancora 5-10 min di guida dall'aeroporto principale che era buono. Solo per un giorno e il proprietario non si accostava, ma mi offrono cibo molto piacevole.
