Posso sentire il loro sforzo e cura 100%!! The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The staff went above & beyond their call of duty to help to book the entry tickets for ChangBaiShan scenic attraction which is not easily accessible to foreigners.  We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast spread was well planned. The attention to details showed the level of care of the owner & staff."

"An old hotel past its grandeur days. A little expensive for an old facility. Room is big though. Staff don’t work in unity. Front desk and concierge don’t work as a unit. Didn’t see the concierge after the initial check in. Front desk do not know when concierge will come in. Frustrating for guests who need the help of concierge. Being friendly to guests is not one of the work ethos of all the front desk staffs. Hot baths was good though."
