"La nostra famiglia di 4 aveva un meraviglioso soggiorno di 2 notti a metà dicembre. Il servizio di grande importanza è iniziato anche prima del nostro soggiorno, poiché abbiamo 2 concierge personali Xiao Zhang & assegnati a noi. Abbiamo chiesto di collegare le camere via Trip e Xiao Zhang & ci ha contattati direttamente via WeChat. Non solo ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere le camere di connessione, hanno anche dato consigli e hanno aiutato a organizzare il nostro bagaglio da inviare all'hotel mentre un conducente privato (costi aggiuntivi) ci ha scelti dalla stazione ferroviaria per iniziare immediatamente la nostra tour di Changbaishan. Il nostro pacchetto di camere comprendeva i biglietti per sci e l'accesso alla primavera calda naturale. E' stata la prima volta che la nostra famiglia ha cercato di sciare e abbiamo chiesto al nostro concierge di organizzare un allenatore privato (costi aggiuntivi). Immediatamente dopo l'arrivo al cappello di sci, l'allenatore ci aspettava e ci condusse attraverso l'intero caotico processo di raccolta e di indossamento delle attrezzature. L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan."

When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. "Such a lovely hotel with hot spring bath!!! so relax after long day and relieve me from Changbaishan north gate close 🥲 It locate at Enduli which is sooooooo cute and good. lot of activities and show this time, also around with good restaurant and stalley. they provide potatoes grill while you have hot spring bath. Breakfast not much but varity enough. noodle is good. Staff very happy to help. they also provide car to send me at Changbaishan railway station. my room can see part of firework. amentities use loccitane that so nice. After book. they immediately add me Wechat and communicate. which is easy for foreigner like me to communicate. Everything process is super fast. all great! love it"

"We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away."

"It was definitely a wonderful start to our first trip to Changbai Mountain by staying at 长白山书院天池酒店. The transportation arrangements were excellent and made our journey much easier. As first-time visitors to Changbai Mountain, we truly appreciated the thoughtful planning and seamless coordination. Everything was organized to a genuine five-star standard. Although hotel rates in Changbai Mountain are understandably higher during the peak season in July, we found this hotel to offer excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, comparable to a suite, and the hotel is professionally managed with great attention to detail. Many of the services provided by the hotel are complimentary or offered at very reasonable prices, which was a pleasant surprise during such a busy travel season. The dinner was another highlight. It was delicious, with generous portions, and cost only around CNY168. It was more than enough for our family of two adults and one young child. The breakfast is a must-try if you stay here. It is far more impressive than a typical hotel breakfast and feels more like a premium buffet dinner in terms of variety and quality. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and conveniently located near the North Entrance tourist gathering point of Changbai Mountain. The hotel also provides transportation, and the journey takes only about three minutes, making the visit extremely convenient. Another lovely surprise was the two deer in the hotel garden. Guests can feed them with the Chinese dates prepared by the hotel restaurant, which became a memorable experience for our little one. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families travelling with children or elderly parents. Although the room rate may appear high at first glance during peak season, it includes breakfast, transportation, and many thoughtful services that truly enhance the overall experience. After staying here, we felt the value fully justified the price. Finally, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the hotel team. Our special thanks go to 管家小周, who warmly picked us up from the railway station and took great care of us from the very beginning of our journey. We are also grateful to 管家小于, the reception team, and all the restaurant staff who served us during both dinner and breakfast. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant.
