22Yann3I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteThis was as close as a perfect getaway spot. This resort is tucked away at the foot of the attraction, making it the most convenient of spot to visit ChangBaiShan 👍🏼 regardless of the weather, there are facilities (ktv/entertainment/convenience stores, etc) that travellers can take advantage of if the weather is adverse and routes up the mountains are closed for the day. There is even a restaurant area that caters nice food, pricing might be steep to some but it is definitely delicious. The butler service is also excellent at keeping you informed of all the activities, which is not easy when they have like close to full capacity of guests during my stay, kudos to them. And last of all, I got to celebrate my anniversary with thoughtful preparations from both cleaning crew as well as the concierge! Marvellous work! 👍🏼

HheymingsterThe hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine).
However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting!
美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

La famiglia del capo è buona. Il vecchio padre guida alla stazione ferroviaria per prendere.La vecchia madre raccomanda tutti i tipi di negozi intorno a cui mangiare.
Il popolo è ricevuto al secondo piano e il terzo piano.Anche se non c'è ascensore, il capo aiuterà anche a prendere il bagaglio.Tutti i servizi intime.Molta esperienza

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è situato in una posizione tranquilla e proprio al posto di famosi rafting rime a Jilin. Il proprietario e il personale sono molto utili. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, e alcune camere hanno vista sul fiume. Ma è troppo lontano dalla città e non c'è nessun ristorante e negozio intorno.Se siete consapevoli della convenienza, dovrete pensare due volte.

ZZziinnee1212312121i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan.
when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed.
i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us.
variety of breakfast :)

MManish HKL'hotel dispone di spaziosi appartamenti di servizio, camere sono grandi, pulite, il personale dell'hotel è sempre utile.
10 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria Chang Bai Shan.
Problemi che ho affrontato : c'è un enorme mancato taxi nella città durante la stagione turistica di picco, un giorno ho dovuto camminare 3.3 chilometri in - 15 gradi temperatura per raggiungere il centro, DIDI e T3 servizio funziona qui, ma l'attesa del taxi è di solito 40 min 1 ora.
Come straniero, la posizione dell'hotel era poco strano per me e molti preziosi tempi sprecati in taxi aspettando, la posizione del colazione è a 300 metri dalla stanza, che non era conveniente perché io e la famiglia non volevano camminare in - 20 gradi temperatura per mangiare per colazione, sono rimasto 5 giorni, ma solo 2 giorni oso andare a colazione.
Per rimanere in questo posto è così buono, così pulito, caldo.Se hai la tua auto, allora non c'è problema.
L'hotel ha un ampio appartamento di servizio, la stanza è molto grande, molto pulita, il personale dell'hotel è molto felice di aiutare.
Dieci minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Changbai Mountain.
Il problema che ho incontrato è che durante la stagione turistica, il taxi urbano è gravemente scarso. Un giorno ho anche dovuto camminare a una temperatura inferiore a 15 gradi 3.3 chilometri per raggiungere il centro della città, T3 servizio può essere utilizzato qui, Ma il tempo di attesa per un taxi è di solito di 40 minuti a 1 ora.
Come strano per me, la posizione dell'hotel è un po'strano. Molti preziosi tempi sono stati sprecati in taxi e aspettano. Il luogo del colazione è a 300 metri dalla stanza. Questo è molto inconveniente, perché io e la mia famiglia non vogliono entrare a colazione a temperatura inferiore a 20 gradi. Ho vissuto cinque giorni, Ma ho solo due giorni per andare a colazione.
In termini di alloggio, questo posto è molto buono, molto pulito e caldo.Se hai un'auto, non c'è problema.
