"Room is clean and well comforting to stay. Super good location, walking distance to YunTing night market and plenty of restaurants surrounding. However my only highlight is the staffs are not friendly at all! Most of them!! Tbh I don’t expect 5⭐️ service but I don’t feel welcoming when I talking to the staffs (front desk or even the hotel’s restaurant workers!) Unfortunately, I will not recommend to my friend who wants to visit 长白山 in her future trip."

Era paziente e molto utile e si occupava di tutte le nostre prenotazioni itinerarie e il trasporto. Tutto a un prezzo molto equo. Lei ha spiegato tutto in dettaglio e ha fatto molto onestamente le sue raccomandazioni e le sue accuse, non vendendo in eccesso, eccetera, che erano molto comuni in Cina, e le sue raccomandazioni erano tutte molto appropriate per il mio gruppo di viaggiatori anziani. Ha anche voluto aiutarci a prenotare i biglietti Chang Bai Sha su un chat che non aveva commissioni, e ha anche cercato di risparmiare soldi cercando di inserire tutti i nostri grandi bagagli aerei in una sola macchina. Apprezzo molto e non dimenticherò la sua gentile ospitalità inestimabile che ci ha mostrato. Questo hotel vale la pena di rimanere solo per il servizio del concierge di viaggio. "The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well.
The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel.
If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs."

"Cinque persone di famiglia hanno soggiornato in due camere per circa 3600 yuan per due giorni.Il nuovo apparecchio pulito dell'hotel è anche OK.Alcuni funzionari del servizio della reception hanno un'entusiasmo e una domanda e una risposta.Normalmente, l'hotel di base caldo che vive in Giappone è precoce 5-6 a 23 punti circa può essere caldo a qualsiasi momento. Perche'non e'il tempo buono o voglio riposare un giorno in viaggio se posso usare il caldo a caso, penso di poter migliorare la soddisfazione. Il tempo di colazione fuori è un prezioso tempo per sedersi con la famiglia, ma mi dispiace che il primo giorno abbia goduto un delizioso colazione in una semplice stanza di confezionamento. Il giorno dopo, il capo del ristorante ha rifiutato le mie richieste per motivi di personale insufficiente. Mi dispiace che non ci siano cinque persone nella sala da tavola che hanno anche una ragione di rifiutare. Quindi rilassati dopo un lungo giorno e mi solleva dal cancello nord di Changbaishan vicino 🥲 Situato a Enduli, che è soooooooo carino e buono. molte attività e mostra questa volta, anche intorno con buon ristorante e stalley. forniscono grill di patate mentre tu Avete un bagno caldo di primavera.
La colazione non è molto, ma la varietà è abbastanza. la noodle è buona. il personale è molto felice di aiutare. Mi forniscono anche la macchina per mandarmi alla stazione ferroviaria Changbaishan. La mia stanza può vedere parte del lavoro di fuoco. Le attrazioni usano locitano così bello.
Dopo il libro.Mi aggiungeranno immediatamente Wechat e comunicare.che è facile per gli stranieri come me comunicare.Tutto il processo è super veloce.

"Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away.
We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids.
Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal."

"Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️
This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
Just come prepared with:
• good boots
• strong knees
• emotional resilience
• and the confidence to say, “I will rate when I’m ready.”
