Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. Inoltre, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha fatto un piacere inoltrare barbecue e un bicchiere di soia.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. 好的部分 1. 風景無敵，酒店位置很好，大落地窗，正對着樹木小溪，景色很好，讓人心情好 2. 服務很周全周到，包括私家車接送站，幫提行李到房間，歡迎水果很新鮮，晚上送的五味子茶助眠，客房裡有新鮮現烘的掛耳精品咖啡，有長白山的蜂蜜，這些都做的很周到，也很好 3. 早餐基本純現做式的，整體出品口味也都平均上乘，並且考慮到了在地文化食材的融入，加入松茸等食材，有一定特色 4. 建築設計獨特，有風格，有設計感 5. 位置挺好的，離長白山散客中心很近，能步行到達，也就是説方便上下長白山 不過另一方面，還是有挺多我覺得可惜的地方的（主要可惜在這個建築設計+價格+理念下，原本對於這個酒店的預期是會更好的），以下是個人作為住客的一些主觀感受，綜合下來會讓我覺得酒店性價比與作為高檔酒店的細節都有不足，下次再來時我應該不會再入住: 1. 一些明顯的引起不舒適的問題: 入住當天比較冷，大堂的兩道門都是關上的，兩道門中間設定了煙灰台，兩道門中間區域有非常非常濃烈的煙味，出入都得屏住呼吸，不知道是怎麼這樣設計的; 酒店裡有孔雀，這是特色，但是就意味着得更注意清理，孔雀的糞便被遺留在地板上，還被同行人不小心踩到了，這就很糟心了 圍繞良好睡眠的設計，温度與枕頭，大落地窗帶來好的景色是好處，同時也對室內温度提出了更高的挑戰，室內空調不足，使得室內即使空調調很高，也在十九度左右，加上枕頭沒有什麼選擇，就是普通枕頭（相對於比如有些商務酒店專門針對枕頭床墊下功夫或者高檔酒店默認提供多種枕頭），當晚睡得不太好 2. 一些直觀的感覺支撐不起來價格的體驗/ 建議: 優秀的建築架構設計下，內搭細節部分的明顯廉價感，感覺像是整體酒店預算把外立面搞完了，裏面沒錢裝了，這些包括，貼膠木地板（踩起來聲音很有存在感），房間裏浴室與衞生間的設計（最廉價的快捷酒店那種隔斷），馬桶的設計，粗糙的沙廁紙，餐廳裏風格不一的英國國旗椅子 整體內部增值體驗產品或者周邊產品的定價（動輒幾百上千的價格，但是沒有展示充分的價值感知，比如1k+的火鍋，用了什麼在地食材，一百多的幾個塑料玩具，是用了什麼設計），進一步增加了對於這個品牌溢價是不是冤大頭的主觀印象 內部在地設計與體驗都非常孤立，為什麼那麼多雪人，鴨子是幹嘛的（不應該衹是小紅書打卡引流吧），送的茶什麼來頭，早餐餐廳菜單怎麼設計這幾個食材的，各個都是強化在地文化或者品牌價值的錨點，一個都沒踩上。舉一個例子，早餐麪檔，衹問我是要辣米線還是不辣的，後來我看到菜單才知道那個辣米線是冬陰功湯底，看了菜單才知道蝦餃里加了松茸。這種，你哪怕改成純點餐制，然後先給客人看菜單，知道你們用了在地食材，然後端上來，也會比直接大家自己走到面前問辣米線不辣米線好很多，也不會多太多人力 所以總的來説，與同價位下國際連鎖高檔酒店相比，這些各方面細節的差距還是非常明顯的，在地文化體驗的感受，十足的周到與細節照顧，都會是支撐起這個價位酒店的期待，沒有這些，幹嘛不去直接住個商務酒店，也確實惋惜，本來希望感受到國內品牌的獨特性的，結果體驗到的是內裏酒店運營水平明顯的差距

Ho spazzolato due volte il versante nord, ma l'ultima volta è stata nella stagione più bella dell'autunno. Questa volta ho accettato la sfida di guidare lì in inverno. L'hotel dispone di un comodo parcheggio e di una grande casa. Il nostro team di team building proveniva da Pechino. La squadra viveva in una villa molto vivace e potevano anche giocare a mahjong. La sorgente termale del monte Changbai inclusa nel tuo soggiorno è fantastica. Devi sperimentare il ghiaccio e il fuoco della sorgente termale del monte Changbai in inverno. Se effettui il check-in in hotel, ci sarà un'auto che ti porterà direttamente al centro di trasferimento dell'area panoramica del versante nord del monte Changbai.
