Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

In generale, abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno nonostante un piccolo hiccup con il pick-up a causa del fatturato del personale dell'hotel e di malcomunicazioni. La stanza dell'hotel era fantastica e super ben progettata con grandi attrazioni, è stato senza dubbio il miglior alloggio che abbiamo avuto durante le nostre 2 settimane a Dongbei. Anche se non abbiamo prenotato colazione, il capo ci ha dato colazione gratuita per compensare la povera esperienza che abbiamo avuto con il pick-up dal ferroviario ad alta velocità (si consiglierei fortemente di chiamare per confermare il pick-up piuttosto che Il colazione è super gusto e ha molti piatti laterali diversi (non dirlo perché è lol libero), si consiglia di certo. Siamo stati li' durante NYE e NY, e sembra che le persone del quartiere adorassero davvero i lavori di fuoco. Probabilmente abbiamo visto i lavori di fuoco 8-9 volte durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni (compreso uno dal nostro ospite), super fortunato! Il ristorante locale che l'ospite raccomandato era molto buono anche (non turistico così preparare una esperienza cruda), cibo era grande e uova fritte è un tentativo da fare. L'unica questione con cui soggiornare in questa zona è il trasporto se non avete un conducente per il vostro soggiorno a Changbaishan (che è un problema ben noto per tutti gli hotel in questa zona). L'autobus ci voleva circa un'ora... dopo il costante fallimento, il capo era così bello che ha cercato di chiamare tutti i suoi amici per vedere se erano disponibili per condurci al ristorante e ci siamo arrivati alla fine!!!! Grazie al capo e al capo per il fuoco e un piccolo regalo. Ci divertiamo molto!

Spacious rooms and free laundry area with detergent. It’s quite deserted but easy to get cab to go around other places. Nearby hotel there is a hidden gem 米线, we had our dinner there for the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel, highly recommend! Hotel breakfast was decent as well, although the soy milk and coffee all taste quite diluted.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season.
