Changbai Mountain Tiantian Hotel

Good place. Responsible stuff, great location, rooms are ok - would like to have a fridge, but it was fine anyway.

We could not ask for a better hotel in Erdaobaihe. The sincere welcoming, the train station drop off, the laundry room. The reception staff was great and helped us to be dropped at the train station at early morning which was grateful. The location was great as well with walking distance to grocery shop and restaurant.

An extremely comfortable and value for money room in Erdaobaihe, I would highly recommend friends and family to stay here. The room looks relatively new. Room was clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable and I slept very well. Toilet was very clean, well equipped and stocked, water is hot. Train station pickup/dropoff services are generously provided. Boss is helpful and service is courteous, if you need any help they will be more than happy to assist. They also provided free upgrade to my room. The hotel location is also fantastic, close to many eateries the main areas (my favourite is xinyan shaokao!). 30mins walk/5mins car to Changbaishan north visitor center

The receptionists were very helpful and helped us to book rafting and skiing at very reasonable prices! The location is also quite good and close to the main street where there are many restaurants to choose from. The room is also huge and recently renovated so it was a comfortable stay. However the receptionists were frequently smoking in the lobby and I could smell the smoke from the corridor. Luckily there was no smoke smell inside the room.

Very good experience at the hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful, they helped us book the tickets for the different attraction!

Even tho we booked a windowless room, we were quite surprised how comfortable we were during our 3 nights stay here. The beds are super soft and the rooms are very spacious, comes with heater and a humidifier. The bathroom is the best with electrical hot water and a heating system. The furnitures are all very new and the place is generally quite clean There’s free pick up and drop off services from the railway station to the hotel. As a foreigner it was still easy to contact them via trip.com internet call, and follow up via WeChat. Once at the hotel the location is great it’s within walking distance to the main food areas and 5mins walk to the bus stop (free bus!) that brings you to the Changbaishan North slope center. - remember to book your tickets in advance! Overall will easily recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Changbaishan :)

The hotel provides free pick-up and send-off services from the train station, which made our journey much easier. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful in booking attractions and arranging a local driver. However, the room had a few issues — the toilet had a strange smell and the hot water flow was initially slow. Fortunately, the reception responded quickly and resolved the problem. Note that there's only one air conditioner upstairs, so the downstairs area stays quite warm. Overall, the excellent service made up for the minor inconveniences.
