Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Antu

La nostra famiglia di 4 aveva un meraviglioso soggiorno di 2 notti a metà dicembre. Il servizio di grande importanza è iniziato anche prima del nostro soggiorno, poiché abbiamo 2 concierge personali Xiao Zhang & assegnati a noi. Abbiamo chiesto di collegare le camere via Trip e Xiao Zhang & ci ha contattati direttamente via WeChat. Non solo ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere le camere di connessione, hanno anche dato consigli e hanno aiutato a organizzare il nostro bagaglio da inviare all'hotel mentre un conducente privato (costi aggiuntivi) ci ha scelti dalla stazione ferroviaria per iniziare immediatamente la nostra tour di Changbaishan. Il nostro pacchetto di camere comprendeva i biglietti per sci e l'accesso alla primavera calda naturale. E' stata la prima volta che la nostra famiglia ha cercato di sciare e abbiamo chiesto al nostro concierge di organizzare un allenatore privato (costi aggiuntivi). Immediatamente dopo l'arrivo al cappello di sci, l'allenatore ci aspettava e ci condusse attraverso l'intero caotico processo di raccolta e di indossamento delle attrezzature. L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

La signorina e il fratello del conducente sono persone reali, non solo ci trasmettono le attrazioni di corsa gratuitamente, ma anche intimemente raccomandano le attrazioni, e ci dicono per quale periodo di tempo pochi andare. Sotto la loro guida, mangiate muscoli coreani supermercanti e caratteristiche di estensione, mangiate la salsa e confezionate molte cose deliziose. Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

A Truly Memorable Stay at Changbai Mountain Guanyue Folk Custom Hotel 🏨 I traveled all the way from Thailand, and my experience at Changbai Mountain—specifically at the Changbai Mountain Guanyue Folk Custom Hotel—was absolutely unforgettable. Exceptional Service from the Start From the moment I made my reservation, a staff member named Annie provided incredible hospitality. She was enthusiastic and proactive, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to navigate Changbai Mountain. The seamless service began the moment I arrived at the train station. The hotel provided a pickup service, and the staff greeted me warmly before escorting me directly to the hotel. Personalized Care and Communication Upon arrival, Annie was there to welcome me. She gave me expert advice on how to visit the national park and remained available to assist me throughout my entire stay. If you are worried about the language barrier, don't be! We communicated easily via WeChat and translation apps. She truly looked after me until the very moment I boarded the shuttle back to the train station. Excellence in Every Detail In terms of cleanliness, service, and food, I give this hotel a perfect score of 1,000,000/1,000,000. Everything was flawless.

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

設施：房間超級大，設施都很新而精緻，裝修風格很簡約。有三扇巨大的玻璃窗，其中兩面朝向院落內部，另一扇直麪大山，一月窗外是絕美的山林雪景，可以零距離擁抱自然。深泡浴缸超級大且乾淨，晚上泡澡很放鬆。早飯非常豐盛，即使淡季會採用套餐制，酒店也會滿足個性化的用餐需求。房間有投屏，而且已經登錄優酷會員，可以直接躺床上觀影。室內有地暖，由於面積較大效果不明顯，不過可以通過打開電暖放在床邊來取暖，不會覺得冷。 服務：酒店前台很熱情，入住時幫忙搬行李到房間，免費接站送站。加了酒店微信，全程跟蹤服務，滿足了我們的一切需求。包車司機師傅也超級熱情，每次都會把車停到離目的地最近的地方減少我們雪地行走的不便，車輛也很新很寬敞智能，我竟然三天來都沒有暈車（本人基本一坐車就暈車）。師傅送我們去了景最美的地方，泡最好的温泉，即使長白山天池一直都沒有開放，我們也玩得超級開心！這裏強烈推薦雪嶺、老裏克湖、聚龍圍爐煮茶、魔界漂流和藍景温泉。 位置：離酒店一兩公里左右就有商圈，吃飯比較方便，司機師傅免費載了我們。二道白河鎮晚上打車需要等待時間較長，外賣派送時間也較長。

Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente, mentre si sono recati sopra e oltre per aiutarci durante il nostro soggiorno, hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto e la vista - il coppia che gestisce il posto in particolare erano super amici. Si trova vicino all'ingresso del Parco Scenic di Changbaishan, vicino al Tiger Mountain Ski Resort, che può essere curato per gli sciatori da principianti a più avanzati. L'hotel ha una primavera calda e il nostro pacchetto includeva colazione e cena, che è stato ben rinnovato l'anno scorso o qualcosa del genere. Può raccomandare.

Everything perfect apart from the location! I visited here with my family, and enjoyed ourselves with lots of things to have fun. Gentle staff with smile, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and indoor even outdoor spa!! But I don't understand some guys were smoking in the indoor pool right in front of their kids. By the way, good experience!

Molto utile host. Prenotato un pick-up complementare per la stazione HSR, prenotato il trasporto e biglietti per attrazioni, ecc. Risposta rapida a WeChat. L'unità è pulita e spaziosa come per foto. Tuttavia l'unità è al 7° piano e l'ascensore arriva solo al 6° piano. La lavatrice è un mini-unità semi-automatica che è fuori dall'apt. Devi spostarla nella tua unità e in alto per l'uso. Funziona, ma è solo un po' di disturbo. Poiché è un'unità per 4 persone, sarà bello avere più spazio di lavaggio / abbigliamento attaccato. La posizione è in una zona tranquilla/nuova di Erdaobaihe.Ma facile da camminare per mangiare punti.
