Come compagnia di allenatori sul 23/05/23 siamo stati autorizzati a raccogliere un gruppo di 30 persone da questo hotel e portare loro all'aeroporto. Il nostro autista è stato prenotato presso la reception Holiday Inn e ha confermato che potremmo rimanere nel parcheggio senza pagare alcuna tassa, altrimenti avremmo pagato i 2 sterline senza problemi. Due settimane dopo la ricezione di un'ammenda di parcheggio di 100 sterline. E' chiaro che l'assistente di servizio clienti non ha registrato il nostro veicolo nel loro sistema quel giorno, il che ha portato a questo annuncio di parcheggio. Nonostante tutti i nostri sforzi per risolvere la questione, abbiamo fornito tutte le informazioni in pieno compreso il nome del gruppo che abbiamo raccolto quel giorno, ma la gestione dell'hotel invece di avviare un'indagine non voleva sapere quando abbiamo fatto ricorso. Non faremo mai più affari con questo hotel e suggeriamo fortemente ad altre imprese di non utilizzare il Holiday Inn per le riunioni di conferenze.

Questo hotel era molto difficile da trovare.... Ma alla fine siamo riusciti a arrivare là! Non c'è parcheggio! Sentite che questo è così scomodo! quindi dovete utilizzare il parcheggio BREWERY che costa 12 sterline per 24 ore? La stanza era una grandezza decente, la cosa era sorprendente! Il bagno era una buona quantità di asciugamani ... e le strutture per la fabbricazione del tè fornite ma non abbastanza tazze di tè, 2 tazze di tè per essere precise! 🙄stoped here 2 days , there was no room cleaning, so this was very disappointing! As for the buffet breakfast everything was very overcooked especially the eggs , hash browns where like mash ( crumbler) however there were cereal fresh fruit & juices but the actual cooked food were terrible (chef needs replace) & I wouldn't recommend Il bar e la zona di cena sono piacevoli, ma il costo è troppo alto rispetto a quello che ci è stato!

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti ed è un bel posto in cui soggiornare. Sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che non servissero la parte calda della colazione inglese, quindi ho dovuto accontentarmi di pane tostato, prosciutto, formaggio e tacchino. Buona posizione. L'hotel è situato proprio accanto a Tesco e alla fermata dell'autobus per la stazione ferroviaria di Barking. Anche il servizio di pulizia della camera era eccezionale. Il riscaldamento nella mia stanza potrebbe fare di meglio. A volte non sentivo alcun calore. Nel complesso, lo consiglio vivamente per un viaggio economico.

I been to this hotel many times, its always gives best to stay after a long travel for sure, best clean and neat room, this time receptionist her name is Anisha she treated us really well much appreciated 👍,,, all is fine, the only thing I felt missing is tissues, I couldn't find any tissue box available in the room, but nice place.

UUtente ospiteBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel. When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied. Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS. In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates. This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed. It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

One observation would be the mini bar… ludicrously expensive and sensor controlled! £4 for a Kit Kat, and from memory over £6 for a snack pot of Pringles, I totally get the “convenience“ but this in my mind let the stay down a bit. Do not remove anything from it even to look as you will be charged

IIanIl nostro normale hotel IHG è stato quasi interamente prenotato, quindi il prezzo è stato proibitivo, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare per la prima volta l'Hotel Sutton. L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, compresa la piscina, e anche se non abbiamo usato nessuna, eccetto il ristorante, tutto sembrava eccellente. La stanza standard della regina era ok, ma ci sono stati alcuni marchi e tinture sul tappeto, tazze di plastica nel bagno, nessuna scatola di tessuti e poche socche da inserire. È vero, tuttavia, che questo hotel ha un ristorante molto buono in vista che Epsom non fa, quindi non c'è dubbio che rimarremo qui in futuro.

UUtente ospite1. La tipologia di camera nel Dorset è buona, il letto è comodo e la stanza è più grande del previsto. 2. Il bagno è molto pulito e c'è un portasciugamani riscaldato a disposizione. Ma gli articoli da toeletta forniti non sono buoni e i miei capelli sembrano astringenti dopo il lavaggio. 3. C'è un addetto alla reception nella hall che parla cinese. 4. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata. 5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande. 6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

Ho dichiarato al check-in che non volevo la colazione perché ero al lavoro presto il giorno seguente. Ho chiamato l'hotel per un rimborso, solo per sentirmi dire che dovevo inviare un'e-mail al manager e avrebbero controllato il CCTV per assicurarsi che non partecipassi alla colazione.

Tuttavia, quando si va lì, è scomodo spostarsi dalla metropolitana all'autobus n. 81, poiché la distanza è lunga. Questo è un enorme inconveniente. Aspettare l'autobus di notte è un po' spaventoso. Le camere sono nella media e le strutture sono obsolete. Tuttavia, se desideri semplicemente imbarcarti sul volo e pernottare, non è un’opzione. L'ambiente della colazione è buono e puoi guardare gli aerei che atterrano fuori dalla finestra. Nient'altro.

UUtente ospiteUtilizziamo la Royal National ogni volta che visitiamo Londra, il che può accadere alcune volte all'anno, all'inizio per la posizione (è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Russell Square, a 10 minuti dal British Museum e a 15 minuti da Oxford Street), ma ora per la pulizia e la cordialità del personale, questa volta abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito in una camera nuova e rinnovata, i letti sono sempre comodi e la camera è sempre estremamente pulita, niente è un problema per il personale delle pulizie e gli extra come il tè e il latte ecc. viene sempre fornito non appena richiesto. Anche il pub in loco è un vantaggio che offre pasti e un'area salotto all'aperto con tv a grande schermo che questa volta mostrava le partite dell'euro, non era rumoroso o turbolento ed essendo sul retro dell'hotel non abbiamo sentito nulla. Continueremo a utilizzare l'hotel per ogni visita che faremo a Londra.

JJames BladesGreat stay, during the Christmas period. Short term booking notice was very convenient for me, easy check in and very comfortable suite. Felt like a home away from him. Pros: - Polite and happy to help staff - Right in the middle of Hammersmith, 5 minute walk from the station or the high street with shopping malls and a variety of shops - Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front - Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray - Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice - Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork, - Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels - Great mattresses for a perfect sleep - Large mirror and full sized desk in the room - Nice lighting and very atmospheric - Separate entrance to main hotel - Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient - Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems - French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature - It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager - Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice Cons: - Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward - My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept. - Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV - 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV - No toilet roll - Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together - Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case - TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on. I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.

UUtente ospiteA me piaceva davvero il soggiorno qui. Semplice, classica, hotel hub. Amazing central London location. Passi lontani dalla stazione di tubo, abbiamo visitato siti turistici nella zona. Grande per la nostra vacanza di fine settimana della città. I letti sono superbly comodi. Io viaggiavo solo ALOT per lavoro, quindi so cosa mi piace o no delle camere alberghiere. In questa occasione, viaggiavo con i miei tre bambini, e la mancanza di TV significava che non dormivano distratti. La mancanza di pavimenti in tappeti, di piastrelle decorative e di lettieri (che sospettavo raramente siano lavati in altri hotel) era perfetta, perché significava che non dovevo assicurarmi che i miei figli non toccavano alcuna tessuto impuro. Siamo stati fuori per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno. Quindi la mancanza di vista/ finestre, non era preoccupante. Nessuna opzione per colazione, ma abbiamo preso frutta per colazione da Tesco Express vicino. C'è un caffè e bar 24 ore vicino alla porta, anche questa è una buona opzione. Se sai cosa stai prenotando e cosa aspettarti, non sarai claustrofobica, invece sarai piacevolmente sorpresa.
