Apart from the lift breakdown the rest was taken care of and the breakfast was good.

Inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una stanza nel seminterrato sotto il livello della strada. Era come una prigione. Tirando indietro la tenda si è rivelata una porta scorrevole in vetro che si affacciava su un muro e una porta nel muro che permetteva alle persone di vedere direttamente nella stanza. Siamo rimasti scioccati dal fatto che il personale della reception abbia cercato di passare la stanza agli ospiti. Poi ci è stato detto che non c'erano altre stanze disponibili. Alla fine, è stata trovata una stanza a causa della tenacia di un addetto alla reception, nonostante l'altro addetto alla reception affermasse che non c'erano altre stanze disponibili.

This was a fantastic choice. The staff was wonderful and the property was in the perfect location. It was clean and the towels were fluffy. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Horrible experience. Let me give you 3 examples. 1. I had read about fire alarms. But decided to take the chance. So wrong. 125db noise woke me up at 3:21AM Sunday morning of January 14th. It was so loud in my ears that it took me 3 hours to calm down and fall asleep again. Went on again 9:56AM the same morning. There is a great risk that this will happen to you as well based on other reviews. No apologies nor explanations were given when we checked out the same morning. 2. I had to send a package to this hotel (see pictures), with my name on it, as well as my arrival date. Package was refused by the hotel because they couldn't locate my booking in their system! However, this time I got an apology. However package is still somewhere in an unknown location in the UK as of now, making me a lot of troubled emails to send and receive. 3. The Assa Abloy access cards to rooms always disconnected during our trip. We had to go 3 times back and forth between floors to have the access card being reset in the system. Not a thing you want to spend time doing when on a short trip. We paid 520 USD. We expected more professionalism.

Great and clean hotel with amazing benefit of bidet sprays in the toilets

Great little hotel between Notting Hill and Hyde Park. We stayed her as a couple just before Christmas and it was a lovely time to visit London town.

We were allowed to check in and the room was nice and clean. We were hurried at breakfast and there was no fresh coffee !! Finally during our breakfast we were forced to listen to a staff meeting where there were obviously problems and management was not happy. This should not be done in the middle of the hotel within earshot of guests

Nice hotel for a weekend trip in London. We would have loved to know in advance that our room is in the basement, it was a little dark and also loud in the mornings. I guess the breakfast room was right above the room and the noise was because of the chairs that were moved.

Hotel in a quiet and central area. Clean and modern rooms. However, breakfast is not included in the price and is served at £14 per person. Very poor and it seems that they serve food from yesterday, such as eggs, pastries, etc

We loved our stay. The building is difficult to find at first, but the area is quiet and walkable with an adorable pub nearby. The room was beautiful.

I usually stay with the big hotel chains for work trips, but opted for something different when I recently visited London with the family. Overall I was very happy with the excellent service provided by Hassan and the team. We booked two rooms, both were comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated in a convenient location for the park, transport links and many places to eat nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

A really pleasant surprise. It’s a fairly new hotel, small and friendly with attentive service. My only bug bear is the brightness of the fire sensor light at nighttime - but it’s an avoidable necessity I guess.

Too bad poor maintenance (shower turned into a swimming pool, basin in 2nd room no better)and refusal to make any gesture for the harm screwed up the whole stay. I won't be back and definitely won't recommend it.
