Great location and good selection of breakfast. Room is clean and everything looks newly renovated. Bus stop is just across the street opposite of the hotel. Tesco supermarket is few steps away from hotel too. All in all a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return.

Very bad behavior in reception,so rude one of them and damage our mood , with they personal problem made all plan or damage. All employees was good and lovely just this person in following Mr. George frontzis don't know anything of respect . They don't care customer's don't have communication and help fully.

Absolute delight would visit again. Lovely setting all round x

Bel hôtel avec une touche modernisée de vintage 70s À 9 min à pied du métro Vaux Hall Beau restaurant mais assez cher Chambre spacieuse et bien insonnorisee, superbe vue sur la Tamise et Big Ben Douche oversize, produit de bain de qualité Personnel attentif

服務人員態度良好，主動告知附近美食、景點，多國語言能力強，風景優美，大笨鐘近在眼前，下次來倫敦會再來住👍

早餐的麪包很好吃，但是這個酒店真的非常小，衞生間特別的乾淨，但是酒店感覺像國內全季那種級別

位置、環境都好！

舒適度 衞生情況 都比較不錯 地理位置優越 靠河可以看到倫敦夜景 地處中心位置 去soho 博物館之類的景點都很方便

退按金退了半個月還沒回來 第一次住這種酒店 無語的要死

除了有點貴其他的都很不錯
