Hotel incantevole! Ama e apprezza tutto! Il servizio dell'hotel era eccezionale! La reception è stata veloce e ci hanno anche dato il check-in anticipato. Apprezzo le dimensioni della camera. Il letto era molto morbido e buono per dormire. Le luci e i mobili ben progettati sono enormi e comodi per riposare. Adoro il nostro soggiorno in famiglia. Sceglieremo di nuovo il marriot! Grazie! Eppure camera costosa...

Amazing location, and excellent service!

Excellent hotel

這次是來倫敦辦手續的 這家酒店位置非常好 早餐品質不錯，但也就還是那些東西沒什麼新花樣 歐洲的通病房間小 衞生不錯 員工給予的服務也是非常好的

地址位置優渥，安全係數很好，工作人員很熱情，專業，下次還會入住

jw萬豪確實不錯 酒店生意也非常好 入住要提早 時間晚了 選擇性有限

攜程扣款，酒店依然扣款，不做退款，不處理，攜程天天拖延，非常失望

On arriving we were very impressed with the hotel, staff and room. However the experience in the restaurant was not as expected. There was a mouse in the restaurant and we did inform staff but were told that it hadn’t been in the kitchen but the staff were unaware of it being in the restaurant. There was an apology but no offer of of a drink or discount for helping them locate the mouse. Just being assured it had not been in the kitchen when we alerted them to it. Also the breakfast was not part of the room rate, even coffee and orange juice was lot included. This was not made clear, we liked the al cater menu and don’t mind paying for that but the continental and coffee, juice should have been included in room price. The executive lounge was very good and recommend that part. Overall for the price of the room I have had better experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Met up with friends here for a night out. Lovely hotel in a great location. Been here a number of times now. Highly recommend

Overall, we had a fine stay. There were a few flaws. One is we were told at the checkin that they would call us when the room was ready, but they didn’t. Second, again at the checkin, we were not told that because we booked executive room, we could use the executive lounge for services like breakfast and afternoon services. Later we were credited to compensate the one day we missed these services. Other than these, the room was spacious, hotel was conveniently located, and team was generally friendly.

A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff all of which were professional, friendly and courteous.

Generally nice but quite worn down for the price. Keycards for doors seem to have a problem, had to adress the card not working 3 times during 48 hour stay. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was good. Location fabulous.

With such a hype and name I had honestly expected more and better allround quality. The value for money verdict is low, despite good services present in this hotel. No hard critique points besides a folio mistake that I had to spend time on clearing myself...
