The receptionist promptly addressed my concern about water dripping from the air vent by relocating me to a different room. I stayed there for two nights and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable thereafter

Excellent hotel convenient location for working in the City. Staff are obliging and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the quiet business lounge is a great place to touch down and take calls between client visits.

Rooms are tatty - would not recommend basedon cost.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Great stay, nice room and nice personel! Room has everything you need, Aircondion included! Stayed for 3 nights, subway close by, Tower Bridge is about a 10 minute walk so the location is perfect! The Argentinian resturant located on the floor below the reception was absolutely superb!

Very nice hotel across from Levenhall market so plenty of eats nearby. 15 walk from Liverpool St station

Upon arrival the staff were a little short with me and I didn’t understand why. The pictures do not reflect the actual rooms. I felt a little catfished. The breakfast was not great for £17 and I appreciate I had not requested alternatives, there were no milk alternatives.

I didn't appreciate the noise coming from the fan just outside the bedroom window in the early hours of the morning. It would have been nice to have a quiet room.

A most enjoyable weekend. Everything worked perfectly

Staff friendly, room very average, no natural light, mattress was disgustingly stained with God only knows what, toilet seat hanging off! don't think it warrants 4 stars. Breakfast was a joke! First day food was not being checked for levels, coffee was horrid, poor and greasy food, when it was available! 2nd day they said they had no delivery so no butter or jam! Reported noisy neigbouring room, were offered to move rooms, but also said that the noisy folk were checking out, so declined room switch, big mistake, not true! Another 7am wake up! Wouldn't stay there again!

Typical London hotel to be honest! Pricey for what it is; rooms don’t look as nice as they did in the pictures. Carpet wasn’t clean and all a bit tired.

We had booked another place to stay (City Apartments) which we left after one night due to horrible conditions. This place is really nice! Very helpful staff, near public transportation and food/beverage service. We would stay there again.
