Lorena (Roma-Italia)

A presto Mustafa

I'll take credit that I didn't fully vet this property when I booked it. However, it was a terrible experience. We arrived late in the evening and they didn't have accommodations for 3 which I had booked so they provided and extra small room. It normally wouldn't be an issue, but I was traveling with my 78-year-old mom and 12 year old son. I accepted the accommodations because it didn't seem the front desk would be able to provide a refund and it was also late to try to find another hotel. This hotel also doesn't have an elevator and the rooms are on 2-4 floors with really tight stairs. When I discussed with the manager the next morning, they were offering placing us in a "better" room on 2 floor for one night with options to move every day to other rooms not on higher floors. I agreed since they were trying to be helpful and the option to get a refund was not an option (I tried but gave me run around blaming Expedia...Expedia was not helpful either which is another story...I will probably never use them again either). After the 2nd night, we were asked to move rooms again to higher floor or stay on same floor in a "better" room but had to pay extra. At this point, we decided to leave and find a better option to end our trip. I would if possible, avoid this hotel. If you need a bed to sleep in while in London, I guess it does the job but it's truly a 2-star hotel and I would not give it more than 2 stars. The rooms seem dirty, coffee maker didn't work, one of the tvs didn't work, it really was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this to anyone. Btw, the picture of the front of the hotel is not real. The hotel is on 2-4 floors of a building and there's commercial properties on first floor. The entrance is a tiny door that leads to a stairway to 2nd floor reception.

We visited as a family of 3. First impression, hotel was clean and quite fresh. Excellent location, right next to Earl court station. You can hop on the train (underground) and get anywhere in London. Amazing location. Be mindful, hotel has no lift and we were on 3rd floor, so quite a lot of steps to climb up. Room itself was very tiny. You have to climb over beds to get to the toilet. Very claustrophobic and stuffy. Double bed was extremely uncomfortable and very small for double. The single pop up bed was absolutely horrific. You just couldn’t get comfortable. Our daughter kept moving all night and you could hear every movement. Not a nice experience. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t get any sleep. Bathroom was ok, although could do with some TLC. Tiles on the floor were cracked and in the shower. Also very tiny and hard to move around in. Shouldn’t really be rented out for 3 people. Even 2 people in this room would struggle. I knew in London you’ll be limited on space but this was just a way too small to exist in. We were out most of the time, which you would want to do in London anyway, but you’d want a comfortable bed to sleep in. Even if you paid for just the bed! We paid well over £250 for two nights, so wasn’t hoping for too much , just comfy bed but we didn’t get that. It was very noisy with all the traffic but that’s expected in London. Staff were very friendly. Sorry to write this review but I’m just being honest. Wouldn’t stay there again.

A great little hotel with very reasonable prices for London. Hotel reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the facilities that you would want. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return next time I am in London. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the hotel is on a busy main road, so I woke up a few times in the night with traffic going past, however this of course cannot be helped!

I stayed here with my 11yr old child to attend a show in West End. We stayed for two nights. Budget was a factor. I could not complain for price we paid. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Great location. No bar, lounge, typical reception area bit again for great location in London, we were happy

A gem of a hotel in an excellent location. Lovely decor. Clean well appointed rooms. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, nice shower. Excellent value for money. And most of all a warm welcome from staff especially Osian who looked after us very well.

The rudest and worst hotel receptionist I've ever encountered, in charge of a very poorly managed establishment. We were told check-in was at 2pm. Arrived at 2:05pm and the room wasn't ready. Receptionist said it'd be ready in five minutes. Fifteen minutes later the room still wasn't ready. I asked when the room would be ready, pointing out that I'd paid a considerable sum of money for it on the understanding that check-in was at 2pm. Receptionist then threatened to cancel the booking, calling me rude and saying that the room was actually cheap compared with other hotels nearby - as if that were justification for the poor service! (In his view the room was cheap, but to me as someone from a household with a lower than average income, it was a considerable sum to pay for what turned out to be a terrible and humiliating experience and a tiny, noisy room.) This receptionist must learn to understand that it isn't rude for a paying customer to complain when they don't receive the service for which they paid. Rather, it's he who was rude, to the extreme. I think he's in the wrong job as his manner of interacting with customers was appalling. If he's the owner he should find another career path, and if he's an employee he should be dismissed. This hotel doesn't deserve three stars, making us wait half an hour after the promised time to check in. The only good thing about the hotel was the very helpful and friendly cleaning staff; I feel sorry for those people, having to work for or with that tyrant of a receptionist.
