1) nessuna sedia è stata fornita nella stanza, molto sorpresa & deluso; 2) Su 6 stazioni televisive solo 2 possono sentire voci; le altre 4 non hanno voci o sono parzialmente danneggiate; 3) serratura di camera molto di base, non fornendo serratura di sicurezza aggiuntiva con bloccaggio di catena per la sicurezza dei visitatori. 4) In qualche modo l'acqua di copertura in acciaio e il design della baia d'acqua sono costruiti molto vicino allo specchio vicino. Ogni volta che mi giro sul coperchio d'acqua, ha avuto un certo colpo con lo specchio ...Perché è così?!? Sono molto preoccupato che possa rompere lo specchio un giorno ...lol Spero che l'Hotel Valenza possa migliorare su questi temi.

Questo posto è stato scelto per un solo isolato dal mio luogo di riunione. La zona di lobby è bello, anche una buona scelta di colori. La stanza stessa è semplice. Considerato il prezzo, è ok.. pulito e non così stretto. Ha un tavolo di lavoro, una grande finestra. Il servizio di mancanza era che una delle tolette che avevano fornito era mezzo asciutto e profumato, e poi non mi hanno pulito la stanza il giorno dopo, anche se ho già appeso la carta di ricamo. Il telefono in camera non funzionava, quindi devo andare al lobby e chiedere che la mia stanza fosse pulita. Quando arrivarono i funzionari del KH, le chiesi perché la stanza non era pulita. Dicono che prima devo chiedere al ricevitore. Non è disponibile colazione ma hanno una cucina comune con attrezzature complete e un'area da pranzo è disponibile davanti alla cucina. Altre buone cose sono l'hotel è sul 4-9floor mentre si possono trovare gli negozi artigianali sul pavimento e sul minimalt davanti all'edificio. La piscina è anche abbastanza grande e hanno giornata di giornata ...

Sono arrivato nel cuore della notte con un volo ANA e l'ho utilizzato come collegamento per il mio hotel il giorno successivo. L'orario di visita è dalle ore 1:00 alle ore 11:00. Il personale della reception non era particolarmente scortese. L'interno della stanza era generalmente vecchio, ma non sono entrato in contatto con gli scarafaggi e ho potuto dormire profondamente. La stanza si affacciava sulla monorotaia, quindi era rumorosa ogni volta che passava la monorotaia, ma era entro limiti accettabili. Non ci sono pantofole in camera e il pavimento non è adatto per camminare a piedi nudi, quindi se sei giapponese dovresti portare le tue pantofole. L'acqua potabile non è fornita, quindi consigliamo di acquistarla presso un minimarket nelle vicinanze. Si tratta di un hotel per viaggiatori esperti, consigliato solo a coloro che possono permettersi di soggiornare in un hotel solo per dormire. Questo hotel è bloccato in una zona fuori città, ma questo è dove il fascino è. E 'veramente nuovo e la camera è super spaziosa! Amore lo specchio e le strutture della camera da bagno. E il cassetto con illuminazione automatica. La camera è ben attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature, tra cui forniture da bagno e sacchetti da caffè e tè. La posizione era ottima. Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente. La camera era bella, ma c'è la zanzara. Attualmente non è disponibile alcun ristorante in hotel. ma nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti, fast food e minimarket. vicino alla stazione degli autobus e alla stazione LRT. nel complesso l'hotel era buono.

La camera è pulita, con una vista magnifica! Quando siamo arrivati c'era un sacco di persone nel lobby, ma abbiamo aspettato meno di 10 minuti per controllare perché c'era un sistema di numero efficiente. Ho letto molte recensioni sulla situazione dell'ascensore, ma siamo andati giu' un paio di volte per andare a mangiare, o prendere qualcosa da prendere, e il processo di ascensore era piuttosto liscio. In tutto, un grande soggiorno.

Ottimo albergo. Hotel e centro commerciale con una fermata. Facile accesso alla MRT, al centro commerciale e al cibo. Parcheggio enorme dal 4° al 9° piano. Soddisfa la richiesta e per prenotazione. Servizi eccellenti per tutto l'equipaggio e la direzione del tram. Poco tempo in questo hotel. Pieno di sorprese e inaspettati da parte della direzione. Ci vediamo la prossima settimana

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own ...The rest inside the room was OK Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all Photo is the view from Level 40
