Molto bello, puoi vedere una vista davvero bella di Kota Kuala Lumpur. I miei figli erano così felici e hanno persino chiesto di prenotare lo stesso hotel le prossime volte. Grazie per la gestione dell'hotel e tutto il resto. Ci divertiamo molto lì.

Location wise is very very good as its centrally located, with many malls surrounding and train stations 2 mins walk. Room was all clean except there were stains on the carpet which wasn't much bother.

Location is amazing and convenient to go anywhere. MRT station is literally at your doorstep, monorail across the road. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely would come again. Room is slightly on the smaller side, but very comfortable

Nice and special design for in room furniture. All work smooth and clean. Nothing to complain about.

Like everything abt the hotel. Althougb no windows...very comfortable and in the middle of bukit bintang. So accessible. The toiletries only hv toothbrush...good to hv like cotton bud, comb etc. Essential items will be good.

Superb locatiion. Small room but acceptable Amenities are not the same like what it’s posted on the hotel page.

Location is best, walking distance to Pavilion around 5mins. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Room Cozy & Clean. Bed & Pillow comfortable. Everything okay.

Location, location, location! This place doesn’t get any better than that. Short walk to Pavillion, 1 MRT stop away from TRX. Stayed here 1.5 years ago and the standards are still maintained. Highly recommended to stay here if you’re traveling without a car. Many eateries around the area till wee morning.

It was really strategic places to stay in. With the warmth and friendly staff, it was really calm and safe to stay here. Thank you for the hospitality.

very good place at centre of city and easy to looking food and drink

They never change the bedsheets because the blood stain still there until the day we checked out. They should change our bedsheets every day. We saw the blood stain since the day we checked in.

Overall good & nice hotel except cleanliness can be improve further especially on shower area as well as the stain carpet. Not a good sleep due to soft pillows which caused neck pain although 5 stars mattress. Great amenities and the design. For short staycay with the penny its ok but not for returnee due to high rate in prime location

Excellent location . Requested for Birthday decoration and paid MYR 200 included balloons and sparkling fruit juice. I thought the towel birthday cake is for us to take back, but No just for display only . Huh...then I think the MYR 200 is on the high side to paid for just balloons and juice . Guess what the decorations birthday was wrongly spelt .
