The worst hotel ever!! On convocation day, the elevator just went up to the important floors for students and parents. There’s no chance for hotel guest to used it almost an hours! Useless hotel teams member.
They purposely send a guy on GROUND FLOORS just click number to 11th floors.
If there’s emergencies, what can hotel do for the hotel guest?
Called to reception couple of times and just said “there’s convocation”.
“IRRESPONSIBLE HOTEL STAFF” “Not recommended to outsider”
Reception only provided INTERNSHIP students. There’s no other position staff.
Whole hotel with full of student accommodation. Only left two floors for guests.
- Delay for check in
- Rooms are not clean
- Toilet were not clean and wet everywhere for new guest
- dust everywhere
- wardrobe are broken and ages
The hotel price are not reasonable!

Good location near to the highway, easy to locate. Friendly staff and good service provided. Adequate Room amenities, nice room view, can see the highway express.

Overall average.
1. Room size smaller than expected but acceptable.
2. No metal securtiy door guide, feel not safe at night.
3. Found ants on the table (mostly) and few on wall and bed; hygiene concerns.
4. Access to guest floor opens to everyone. No control in lift and from lift lobby to each floor. Safety concerns.
5. Parking isn't free. Only free for first bill.

Poorly managed property in terms of hygiene and insect control. Breakfast is a joke in terms of quality and no refill for late comer, breakfast session ends at 10am and reached at 9am and no refill, food are cheap and cold, complained to crew but no action.
