Sono piuttosto sconvolto quando entro nella camera d'albergo perché si può vedere che anche il muro, il pavimento, il lenzuolo e la sedia sono in pessime condizioni. Non solo, la stanza ha un odore molto forte, come di muffa. La vasca è ancora un po' intasata. Si spera che l'hotel possa fare pulizia per questo o magari qualche ristrutturazione per la camera che è in cattive condizioni. Grazie.

I have been staying at this hotel a few times last few years. I come back this year and staying here again. I noticed that there are some changes has been made by their management.. buutttt pls don't expect much from them as this is not 4 or 5 stars hotel okayyy.. just fair enough for you to stay for a short period. If you want to iron your clothes, they had prepared the place for it at level 8.

Overall. Location is the only reason why I stay here. Having stay here for many days. Like the surrounding foods but the cleanliness of the hotel room has to be improved.

The hotel quite comfortable and clean. The check in process also not taking long time. But only for iron we need to go downstairs to irin clothes because its not prepare in the room.

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER BOOKED. I checked in at midnight and i saw they posted at the lobby that - there is no refund after check in - i never seen a hotel post something like this at their reception table. And after i came inside the room, i finally understand why they show it. First of all, the room don’t even look like the photos. I book a deluxe room with a big window in the end they give me a room that don’t even can walk easily. Super tiny, with 2 small windows that i couldn’t open.The room was so dirty. Inside the wardrobe, lot of trash . The floor and the furniture was super dusty. And lot of insects. Ants, spiders webs on the walls… it’s everywhere. Last but not least…. Look at the toilet bowl…. It’s so disgusting. I contacted trip services. And there was nothing helpful here. They declined my request to cancel my stay. But the staff in the morning promised to change me another better room. When i go back and tell the receptionist in the evening, he just told me all fully booked. And not even apologize for it. His attitude was so impolite. This is my worst experience ever

location near to lrt and restaurant……… worth for the price…… grab from lrt to hotel around RM5 also can walk to hotel but not recommend because there is a very quiet street… but toilet abit smelly

Will stay here again for thw proximity to all the good foods

very strategic location, near to ICC Pudu, Berjaya Times square and lot of good food. Very nice to meet the men staff at morning which help my problem, cos the 2 women staff at night didn't help at all. Room is standard, maybe need improvement in maintenance wallpaper&bathroom.

Went there with my family and they gave us a room which are smelly (like real bad) ( the smell of a room that haven’t been used for like years, not only that even the pillow got black spot / fungus. And yes, the ceiling room also got fungus. Then we tried to stay there, but we cant, cause the room smells really annoying. At that point i’m just afraid of my skin breaking out. Then we complained to the receptionist and even she got shocked to see the pillow condition. So she offered us another room, which were better. And yeah ofc we agreed. After moving to another room, around 12 in the midnight, WE WERE WOKEN UP TO THE SOUND OF THE GUEST NEXT DOOR ARGUING. THE COUPLES WERE SHOUTING AND SCREAMING TO EACH OTHER. So we tried to call the reception but no one answered. We almost wanted to call the police lol. Imagine having to hear them shouting in the middle of the night for like 15 minutes. So yeah those were our experience of staying at this hotel 😭🤣 Overall : ⭐️⭐️

Room good..quite dusty…aircond functional..tv all can use..no coffee

The receptionist need to improve of communicating with the guest. No courtesy at all when midnight around 1am I'm having air-conditioning issue
