È stato un viaggio molto insoddisfacente. Anche se avevo già utilizzato la pre-autorizzazione, tutte le informazioni sulla mia carta di credito sono state registrate. Le carte di credito estere sono facili da rubare. Anche dopo che l'ho fatto notare, hanno comunque continuato. Ero Mi è stato addebitato un sovrapprezzo per il viaggio al momento del check-out. Ho detto che avevo già pagato la tassa nella tariffa della camera, ma la reception ha insistito ancora. Dopo aver negoziato con Ctrip per mezz'ora, hanno comunque insistito e si sono rifiutati di ammetterlo.

Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata buona, la camera è pulita e tutto il personale è cordiale. L'unica brutta esperienza da dire è che la TV non funzionava bene.

Such a great hotel 🤩 We really enjoyed the beauty of it, everything looked so nice! The location was perfect for us and it's super convenient to use subway, there is a straight bridge from the hotel to the station 👌 Also it is so close to Little India area wich is nice too Breakfast buffet was really good with big variety of food ( cost around 95¥/person)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The plush bedding was decent for me and I had restful nights throughout my stay. The dining options at Alila Bangsar are top-notch. The rooftop bar and restaurant quickly became my favorite spot, offering a delectable array of international and local dishes, paired with spectacular panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur. The café served delightful lighter meals, and the lounge bar was perfect for unwinding with a cocktail in the evening. The hotel’s facilities are impressive. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, providing a tranquil oasis amidst the urban hustle. The service at Alila Bangsar was impeccable. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Only downside would be that, I had to take two lifts each time to get to my room. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The hotel’s proximity to public transportation made it easy to visit major attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang shopping district. Overall, my stay at Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, superb dining, excellent facilities, and outstanding service makes this hotel a standout choice for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

Spent a few days with my family and had a great time here at Alila. Very spacious rooms and 2 big beds, very suitable for families. Location not too strategic, but we don’t mind since we’ve been out to the city for the whole day

Very photogenic hotel, nice pool view Helpful staff Unfortunately the first room I stayed in had some bad smell from the sewage but the staff quickly responded and changed the room for me Location is a bit far from the KLCC area, not many food choices nearby, but you can check out the Midvalley Mall/ NU Sentral, plenty of restaurants there Footbridge from hotel to LRT station is convenient

Another stay in this Vlvery nice hotel with the best bed I got in any hotel. The room are big and the views are amazing. Staff always pro and top nutch restaurant gastronomy.

I had high expectations for this luxurious brand, but the surrounding area was a bit rundown with old buildings and many vacant shops. However, the room was spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

Happy with my stay. Will book again in future. We went to Entier too. Just next door

This is our second time staying as we love the place so much. Clean, big and comfortable. Price is also affordable imo for the size of the room. Breakfast selection is average but good enough. Only downside is it's too short a stay! 😭 will definitely stay again if we visit KL.

Arriving at the upper lobby on level 42 the guest is welcomed into a double height space, a lantern open to the surrounding city which allows the maximum natural light.Adjacent to this is the swimming pool, connected by a theatrical grand staircase, which becomes a stage to see and be seen. Overall, I am re-impressed by the design of the hotel.

Very nice accommodation to stay if you would like to away from the gem of the downtown. The lift is a bit too complicated for the guest that you need to keep transiting from the carpark to the room. Carpark is not complimentary.

Heard great things about Alila, so we decided to give it a try. And it definitely did not disappoint! Room's interior design was great. Service was awesome, and cleanliness was spot on. On top of all these, it's situated in a very accessible location too! Will return for sure!

Nice hotel, cosy and quiet. One bad thing is that we need to take lift to reception at level 41 and after that need to take another lift from level 41 to other levels to my room. And this takes sometime.
